Design for world domination
Pyongyang, March 22 (KCNA) -- The "new world order" called for by the U.S. ruling quarters is intended to put the whole world and mankind under their domination, Rodong Sinmun says today.
The U.S. rulers assert that a "new world order" should be established in order to ensure "democracy" and "stability" of the international community and realize "integration" of the world and all the countries and nations should abide by the order, the paper notes, and says:
Above-mentioned "democracy" means western-style democracy, and the "new world order" is precisely the U.S.-led world order.
The United States' doctrine on "new world order" is a version of the cosmopolitism rejected by history.
The American design for "new world order" is, in essence, to turn the world into one-polar world led by the United States in which each country and nation should act in keeping with its demand, policy and interests, and thus rule the world as intended by it.
With strength and economic superiority, it is trying to undisguisedly intervene in other country's internal affairs and all regional matters including diputes and handle them in the American way and at its will.
One of the U.S. important policies for "new world order" is to bring into submission and dominate other countries and nations with strong arm.
In particular, the United States is reinforcing its forces and operational capacities in the Korean peninsula and the Persian Gulf. It is aimed at enforcing the policy of war and aggression with these regions as main fronts, stifling the revolutionary and independent nations and taking the military initiative and strategic supremacy in big powers' scramble for supremacy and thus dominating the world by strength.
As above said, the United States, which regards strength as "panacea", is unhesitatingly taking arbitrary and high-handed, military actions in disregard of the progressive mankind, the United Nations and international law.
Its rulers now try to revive "Monroe Doctrine" and "Marshall Plan", clamouring about the worldwide trend toward "integration" and "superiority" of the American way and order. It is part of its moves intended to establish American laws and order in the world and thus Americanize the world.
