Japanese crimes since DPRK satellite launch
Pyongyang, December 10 (KCNA) -- One hundred days have passed since the DPRK launched the first artificial satellite "Kwangmyongsong No. 1."
The world wonder at the successful launch of artificial satellite by the DPRK. Only Japan, however, describes the launch as "the launch of a ballistic missile," betraying its true colors as the sworn enemy.
Japan's hysterics in the wake of the launch have revealed its U.S.-toeing policy with no principle, moral inferiority peculiar to Japan, which is jealous of and slandering other's success, and ignorance of international laws.
While creating a hostile atmosphere towards the DPRK to the extreme, Japan committed outrages and threats against the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan (Chongryon) and the Koreans in Japan without hesitation. It also ran amuck to tarnish the dignified image of the DPRK in the international arena and bring into shape a "cooperation system" against the DPRK. Particularly, it, taking sides with the U.S. crying for "inspection of an underground nuclear facility," betrayed its intention to take the lead in carrying out the "operation plan 5027" for the second Korean war of aggression.
The past one hundred days also fully lay bare what Japan has sought in its frantic anti-DPRK, anti-Chongryon campaign in the wake of the artificial satellite launch in the DPRK.
The development and deployment of the "theatre missile defense" system, introduction of intelligence satellites and the enactment of the "emergency legislation" attest the fact that Japan, considering the launch a perfect chance for the realisation of its wild ambition to stage a comeback, is trying to round off in the final stage the preparations for criminal overseas expansion the first target of which is the Korean peninsula.
Japan staged anti-DPRK military manoeuvres of various names together with the U.S. Forces based in Japan and South Korea and made public a plan to send the maritime "Self-Defense Force" to the East Sea of Korea for joint maneuvers with South Korea in next spring.
The Korean people will remember Japan's thrice-cursed crimes and make Japan pay one thousand-fold price for its ever-increasing crimes.
Sophistry unacceptable to anyone
Pyongyang, December 10 (KCNA) -- The U.S. hardline conservatives are foolishly attempting to disarm the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.
On December 7 White House spokesman, Lockhart, in a press briefing said, "We believe there are some serious questions about underground nuclear sites in north Korea," adding that if there proves to be a violation of the Geneva agreed framework, "there will be serious consequences."
His remarks are a brigandish and ridiculous sophism which cannot go down with anyone.
As already known, more than once we declared that we have no underground nuclear facility.
Why do the U.S. hardline conservatives persistently describe our civilian underground facilities as "nuclear"?
Lurking behind their description is their sinister intention to search our inside as they wish, and disarm and stifle us without difficulties.
That is why they are insisting on the inspection of our underground facilities, going on about the DPRK-U.S. framework agreement, and bringing the situation of the Korean peninsula to the extreme pitch of strain through the medium of wildcat military manoeuvres.
It is the U.S. that has not implemented the framework agreement with sincerity, but violated it.
The U.S. honored none of its obligations, including supply of light water reactors and heavy oil and lift of economic sanctions against the DPRK, though it promised them in the Geneva agreement.
The U.S. still describes our civilian underground facilities as "nuclear ones" and cries for "inspection," while refusing to honor its obligations. This is, in the final analysis, a revelation of its criminal intention to break the framework agreement and provoke a war against the DPRK.
The U.S. considers that the framework agreement is white elephant and that to break it is in complete concord with the U.S. interests. We have no idea to oppose it. It is the stand always maintained by us.
If the U.S. breaks the framework agreement and provokes a war, we will take a tough self-defensive countermeasure.
What is called "suspicion" and "inspection" may work on other countries. We cannot allow them at all. We will never do anything harmful to our security and interests in any circumstances, but answer enemy's "retaliation" with retaliation, an all-out war with an all-out war.
The U.S. hardline conservatives should have a good knowledge of their rival and act with discretion.
Kye Sun Hui wins 52 kg judo gold

Rodong Sinmun on outbursts of prueher
Pyongyang, December 10 (KCNA) -- Rodong Sinmun today comes out with a signed commentary on the outbursts made by Prueher, commander-in-chief of the U.S. Armed Forces in the Pacific, in Hong Kong on December 4.
At a meeting, he said that the U.S. should maintain its armed forces in the Pacific region to check threats from North Korea and that the U.S. strategy is to continue to highlight the U.S. military presence in Asia and the Korean peninsula.
The news analyst of the paper says:
His utterances revealed once again the ulterior intention of the U.S. conservative hardliners to occupy the northern half of Korea at any cost with armed forces and, furthermore, invade Asia.
We take a serious view of the fact that his outbursts came at a time when aggressive "operation plan 5027" has been put into effect.
Nuclear-powered aircraft carriers, nuclear-propelled attack submarines and fighter planes of the U.S. Pacific command and in the U.S. mainland have been ready for action after being amassed in waters near the Korean peninsula.
Recently alone, all the major warships of the U.S. naval force stationed in Japan have been equipped with an ultra-modern combat system called "ground attack combat system" and its test has already been completed. Moreover, an emergency alert order was issued to all the operational areas of the U.S. Pacific command to gather more information about the DPRK and intensify surveillance on it.
The United States is going to ignite the train of war to make a preemptive attack on the DPRK.
U.S. brasshats' clamourings about "check of threats from someone" and "deterrent to war" are nothing but an artifice to cover up their nature as warmongers.
The DPRK has already made a declaration.
Instantly the enemies pounce upon the DPRK, its striking means aiming at them will be fired.

Reunification sunrise on Mt. Paektu
Pyongyang, December 10 (KCNA) -- Vice-chairman Jon Se Hwan of the Thongilsanak society in South Korea published an article captioned "Reunification Sunrise on Mt. Paektu," Seoul-based radio Voice of National Salvation said.
In the article Jon said he has climbed up Mt. Paektu and the sunrise on Mt. Paektu is reunification sunrise representing the greatness of Marshal Kim Jong Il.
The article said prominent figures of South Korea made an explicit diagram such as "The Sunrise on Mt. Paektu=the Great Sun=Marshal Kim Jong Il" after seeing the sunrise on Mt. Paektu.
It is only too natural that our people see the image and greatness of the marshal in the sunrise on Mt. Paektu, the article said, and continued:
The moment of the sunrise on Mt. Paektu was a breath-taking event in which the 3,000-ri land, not divided into the north and south, was born under the brilliant rays of the great sun. The sun is the great image of the marshal, the symbol of a reunified country, implanting the conviction of reunification in the minds of all the fellow countrymen.
