Bellicose outburst of S. Korean "PM"
Pyongyang, September 25 (KCNA) -- Kim Jong Pil, "Prime Minister" of South Korea, at a "government"-sponsored function held on Wednesday ballyhooed about the "engagement policy towards the north" and in sheer vexation cried out for "establishing a perfect security posture to defeat" someone "in an emergency."
What Kim Jong Pil has done over the last nearly four decades is nothing but selling off the country and the nation to outside forces, fascistizing South Korean society and laying obstacles in the way of the country's reunification.
That day he raved about the "engagement policy" and unexpectedly made such bellicose outburst revealing his wild ambition for aggression on the north. This proves that the "engagement policy" on the lips of the present ruling quarters is just the other side of the policy for aggression against the north.

Pyongyang, September 25 (KCNA) -- General Secretary Kim Jong Il is a peerlessly great man who opened a new turning phase of the revolution through his extraordinary ideological and theoretical activities over the past five years, says Rodong Sinmun in a signed article today.
It is Kim Jong Il who wrought miracles in such adversities as the nation's greatest loss in its history spanning thousands of years, serious economic difficulties and consecutive years of natural calamities, the imperialists' heinous moves to isolate and stifle the DPRK in the wake of the collapse of socialism in different countries and their reactionary ideological offensive, the article says, and goes on:
His ideological and theoretical activities over the past five years are characterized by his intense loyalty to hold the preceding leader in high esteem for all ages and the burning patriotic determination to build our country into a powerful socialist nation with the greatest vitality in all domains.
He put forward many ideological and theoretical policies to perpetuate the memory of the leader including the idea of upholding the President Kim Il Sung as the eternal leader of the Worker's Party of Korea and revolution, the eternal President of the DPRK, the idea of making all the people live and fight as befitting the soldiers and disciples of the leader and the policy of considering all the instructions given by the leader in his lifetime as his behest and carrying them through. As a result, the revolutionary theory of the working class on perpetuating the memory of the leader has been consummated.
His steadfast will to faithfully carry forward the revolutionary idea of the President without the slightest deviation is fully reflected in his strong resolution that no change should be expected from him and in his works including "on preserving the Juche character and national character of the revolution and construction."
He also set forth the army-first revolutionary idea which can confidently guarantee the building of a powerful nation and the idea of revitalizing the socialist economy, the idea of running at a canter on steed and many other ideas and policies based on an analysis of the realistic requirements of the developing Korean revolution.
His ideological and theoretical activities are based on the noble mission to lead the destiny of humankind, the destiny of the overall socialist cause in a responsible manner. He clearly indicated the way of rebirth of the socialist movement and its final victory in many works including "socialism is a science."
He could perform the great ideological and theoretical feats which will shine forever with the century over the past five years through his extraordinary ideological and theoretical activities as he has clairvoyant philosophical wisdom, superhuman extraordinary passion, a history of prolonged revolutionary activities and exceptionally rich experience of revolutionary leadership as the thinker and theoretician whom no one can match.
