Kim Jong Il, incarnation of revolutionary obligation
Pyongyang, September 19 (KCNA) -- Andria Velonandro Anselme, chairman of the Madagascan National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea, released a statement on the subject "Epoch-making event in Korea" on Sept. 11 in the wake of the repatriation of unconverted long-term prisoners.
Epoch-making events shocking the world are taking place in Korea one after another, he said, and continued:
Since he took back unconverted long-term prisoner Ri In Mo to the north the great leader Kim Jong Il has taken wise measures to bring back home all the unconverted long-term prisoners remaining in the south.
This shows that Kim Jong Il with warm love and comradely obligation to revolutionary soldiers spares nothing for like-minded soldiers who entrust their destinies to the party and follow it on the road of revolution.
That is why the unconverted long-term prisoners unanimously said that they could unyieldingly keep their revolutionary faith and principle behind the bars and proudly come back to the embrace of Kim Jong Il to glorify human dignity and life because they had firm conviction that the motherland watched them and Kim Jong Il would take them back to home.
All these events in Korea are attributed to Kim Jong Il who takes care of the whole nation with his peculiar benevolent politics and all-embracing politics.
KCNA on Ishihara's outbursts
Pyongyang, September 19 (KCNA) -- Kinhide Mushakoji, director of the board of the International Institute of the Juche Idea, on a visit to Korea, said that his. Korea visit brought the validity and vitality of the Juche idea home to him.
Saying that the Juche idea is being disseminated and studied on a worldwide scale, he noted that it is, indeed, the greatest guiding idea of the present times.
He went on:
The Juche idea is the most correct guideline indicating the road that should be followed by progressive humankind.
This great idea will remain forever a banner of sure victory on the road of the cause of independence.
Juche idea, greatest guiding idea
Pyongyang, September 19 (KCNA) -- Tokyo Metropolitan Governor Ishihara reportedly let loose outbursts again to fan up militarism on Sept. 14.
He said that the "three principles of arms export" banning and restricting the arms export of Japan are "foolish rules," "it is a guarantee for security in different respects to sell arms and it is good for Japan to develop its own arms."
Ishihara with militarism and ultra-nationalism imprinted in his mind criticized the "three principles of arms export" and insisted on the "justification" of arms export and laid stress on the development of ultra-modern weapons, which is not accidental.
This indicates that the moves of the ultra-right wing forces of Japan and their political influence presented themselves in the political arena as the main source of actual threat which evokes serious apprehensions.
The Japanese authorities did not care a fig for the militarist outbursts of Ishihara and others, regarding them as an "expression of personal view" with no political and practical danger.
As developments show, however, the embellishment of the history of the past aggression is now assuming official character along with the outbursts of Ishihara and arms buildup aiming to become a military giant is being stepped up as a policy in Japan.
These facts show that the blast of Ishihara is not a personal remark but represents the intention of the political forces who are hell bent on taking systematic and legal measures to legalize the militarism of Japan and formulates their immediate target.
The Japanese reactionaries should act with discretion, mindful that their reckless militarist moves lead to destruction.
Moves of Japan Defense Agency to deploy F-2 fighters denounced
Pyongyang, September 19 (KCNA) -- The Defense Agency of Japan decided to deploy F-2 support fighters, which may conduct aerial operations on the Korean peninsula, to the air "Self-Defense Force."
Commenting on this decision, Rodong Sinmun today warns that if the Japanese reactionaries reinvade Korea at any cost, they will get nothing but ruin.
The news analyst goes on:
It is very dangerous that the Japanese reactionaries decided to deploy F-2 fighters after examining the plan for air raids on "a missile-launching site" in the DPRK by use of the planes.
They are seeking to reinvade Korea, reiterating rapid and effective "countermeasures" in "emergencies in the areas surrounding Japan" including "an emergency on the Korean peninsula." Their moves are going beyond the limit line, assuming unprecedented nakedness and feasibility.
What they intend is to make a forestalling attack on the DPRK by force of arms. Japan always says it hopes the relaxation of tension and peace on the Korean peninsula. It is a sheer lie and a camouflage to cover up its attempt to reinvade Korea.
The Japanese reactionaries' move to deploy F-2 support fighters focussing on the Korean peninsula is a danger signal of reinvasion. The Japanese militarists' reinvasion of Korea is a matter of time.
But, we are not afraid of it. We are fully ready to counter any attack.

Japan warned to act with discretion
Pyongyang, September 19 (KCNA) -- Minju Joson today in a signed commentary denounces Japan for conducting "keen activities" to use the UN Millennium Summit and the UN General Assembly session as a stage for realizing its political purpose.
The Japanese Prime Minister at the UN Millennium Summit talked about Japan's "financial contributions" to the UN and called for adopting a gradual formula for the reform of the UN Security Council.
And he met with leaders of some developing countries and asked them to support Japan's "hope" to become permanent membership of the security council and its stand toward the UN reform.
Meanwhile, Japanese diplomats and bureaucrats have visited many countries and asked them to vote for Japan's bid to take a permanent seat on the UNSC in return for "aid" and went the length of "threatening" the UN to cut financial expenditure if it does not give a permanent seat.
This is a despicable act aimed to buy the permanent seat of the UNSC with money, the commentary notes, and goes on:
Permanent membership of the UNSC is the responsible position that should adopt fair decisions on behalf of the interests of all regions and countries around the world.
It is preposterous that such a country as Japan, which committed crimes unprecedented in human history and has not yet settled it even at the turn of century, becomes a permanent member of the UNSC.
It is too impudent behaviour making a mockery of the international community and human conscience that Japan attempts to take a responsible UN position with a few money.
Japan should abandon its way of thinking that money decides everything.
If Japan wants to be a full-fledged member of the international community it should act with discretion, mindful what it should do.
