U.S. war moves condemned

Pyongyang, June 27 (KCNA) -- Cha Sang Bo, vice-chairman of the General Association of Koreans in China, released a statement on Monday, which condemned the united states for ceaselessly committing war provocations against the DPRK, instead of drawing a serious lesson from its bitter defeat in the last Korean war and withdrawing its troops from South Korea. The U.S. imperialist aggression forces still refuse to abandon their wild ambition to deprive the Korean nation of its dignity and sovereignty and make a victim of it in realizing their strategy of world supremacy, and are getting ever more pronounced in massive arms buildup and reckless war moves, the statement noted, and said:
If the U.S. stages an invasion of the DPRK again, oblivious of its defeat in the 1950s, the Korean nation will give vent to its pent-up wrath and hatred and take thousand-fold revenge upon the aggressors for deep-rooted rancour against the Yankees without fail.

Anti-U.S. rallies across country

Pyongyang, June 27 (KCNA) -- Mass rallies "June 25, day of struggle against U.S. imperialists" were held in South Phyongan Province, North Hwanghae Province and Nampho yesterday. Speakers said at the rallies that the Korean War ignited by the U.S. imperialists was a war of the most shameless aggression to stifle the DPRK in its cradle and to dominate Asia and the rest of the world and a war of the most brutal mass killings ever known in the world history of war.
The U.S. imperialist aggressors mobilized their armed forces of aggression as well as troops of 15 satellites in the Korean War to kill innocent people in a merciless and brutal way and destroy peaceful cities, villages, factories, rural and fishing villages, schools and hospitals, they said, and went on:
Although nearly half a century has passed since the ceasefire, the U.S. is resorting to the hostile policy toward the DPRK, offering a vicious challenge to the peace and reunification-oriented efforts of the DPRK, instead of drawing a proper lesson from its tragic defeat in the Korean War.
The Korean people will answer the U.S. imperialists' "hardline counteraction" with the toughest countermeasure and their anti-DPRK confrontation with merciless retaliation and will wipe out the aggressors to the last and vent the grudge of the nation if they provoke a reckless war.
