DPRK Foreign Ministry spokesman on Bush's slanders

Pyongyang, February 22 (KCNA) -- A spokesman for the Foreign Ministry of the DPRK released a statement today as regards the fact that U.S. President Bush revealed a dangerous intention to stifle the DPRK during his recent tour of Asia. The statement says:
During his trip to Asia from Feb. 17 to 22, Bush made clearer the U.S. intention to violate the sovereignty of the DPRK, openly interfere in its internal affairs and stifle it by force.
Engaging himself in mud-slinging at the DPRK, he talked about "change" of its system and, furthermore, outrageously slandered the supreme headquarters during his current trip.
The facts prove that his description of the DPRK as a member of "axis of evil" came not from such issues as weapons or "relationship with terrorism" but, in essence, from his personified denial to the supreme headquarters and political system of the DPRK, as estimated by the world public.
Of course, his outbursts do not deserve even a passing note in the light of the present international evaluation of him.
However, the DPRK can never pardon anyone who dares pull up its supreme headquarters and slander its political system though he is a man bereft of an elementary reason or a politically backward child.
Bush's foolish remarks betray his own "calculation" to drive a wedge between the supreme headquarters of the DPRK and its people.
The remarks of Bush, prompted by the desire to conquer the government of other country by dint of strength and dollars, remind people of a puppy knowing no fear of the tiger.
It is ridiculous for him to imagine that the DPRK's political system is the same with that of the U.S. where he took up the presidency with the votes of less than half of the electorate.
The DPRK's political system is the man-centered socialist system of its own style which its people chose themselves and value as their life and soul.
Bush will never know forever the peculiar essence of the DPRK social system under which the leader, the party and the masses are singleheartedly united and the popular masses help and lead each other forward, enjoying true political freedom.
Bush's outbursts against the DPRK system are an insult to the national feelings of the Korean people based on its system and little short of declaring denial of dialogue with the DPRK.
His loud-mouthed "mass-destruction weapons" and "starvation" are a product of the hostile policy toward the DPRK, and military threat and economic blockade against it the U.S. has persisted in for over half a century.
He has gone the length of forcing the DPRK to change its political system, not content with distorting the truth. This fully reveals what he seeks through his talk about dialogue.
We are not willing to have contact with his clan which is trying to change by force of arms the system chosen by the Korean people.
Useless is such dialogue advocated by the U.S. to find a pretext for invasion, not admitting the DPRK system.
We make it clear once again that we are most watchful against those who are trying to stifle the DPRK supreme headquarters that is enjoying absolute trust of the Korean people and the precious popular system by force of arms and a strong arm.
The army and people of the DPRK will adopt our own countermeasure against those who are trying to bring the Korean people to their knees by force of arms to have them in their clutches and will mercilessly wipe out those who pounce upon the DPRK.
