Pyongyang, October 16 (KCNA) - General Secretary Kim Jong Il inspected KPA unit no.368 on Tuesday.
He was warmly welcomed by servicemen at the frontline post.
He first went to a battery of the unit. Seeing the training of its soldiers in a training room, he noted with great satisfaction that all the servicemen have been prepared as a-match-for-a hundred brave combatants ready to defeat any formidable enemy at one stroke. And he advanced important tasks that would serve as guidelines in further increasing the unit's combat capability.
He also went round cultural, educational and logistic facilities of the battery, saying that best living conditions should be provided to our precious soldiers.
He gave the soldiers of the battery a pair of binoculars and an automatic rifle as gifts and posed for a picture with them.
Then, he visited a goat farm newly built by the unit.

Flocks of goats can be raised in any part of the country if everyone displays the spirit of absolutely and unconditionally carrying out the WPK policies as the unit's servicemen did, he said, calling for launching a brisk nationwide drive to raise goats, following their example.

The commentary went on:
It is sheer sophism for the United States to talk about human rights in other countries.
Its clamour about the "humanitarian issue" is nothing but a laughing stock of all people.
