Work of Kim Jong Il Published in Nigeria

     Pyongyang, October 9 (KCNA) -- Leader Kim Jong Il's famous work "The Workers' Party of Korea Is the Party of the Great Leader Comrade Kim Il Sung" was published in pamphlet by the Onitsa Publishing House of Nigeria on October 1. The work, made public on October 2, Juche 84 (1995), is an immortal programme of party building and activities that proudly sums up the glorious history of the WPK which hewed out a new road of building a revolutionary party in the era of independence under the leadership of President Kim Il Sung and indicates the way of developing the WPK into his party.
    The pamphlet said in its preface that the foundation and development of the WPK are unthinkable apart from Kim Il Sung, founder of the party. The WPK led by Kim Jong Il who is identical with Kim Il Sung in ideology, leadership and trait will always shine as the party of the President, the pamphlet stressed.

Letter to Kim Jong Il from Paris Seminar

     Pyongyang, October 9 (KCNA) -- Leader Kim Jong Il received a letter on October 4 from the participants in the Seminar of the Juche Idea on the Independence of Europe in the Present World held in Paris. It was particularly stressed at the seminar that the Songun politics administered by Kim Jong Il is the most powerful and dignified politics of independence in our times that embodies the Juche idea and the Songun idea is a great idea that indicates the way of victory in the cause of independence, said the letter.
    It pointed out that in order to make Europe independent they would hold fast to the Juche idea and brave all sorts of domination and subjugation, aggression and war moves of the imperialists and thus establish a new international order based on justice, equality and impartiality in international relations.
    It is entirely thanks to the outstanding and tested Songun politics of Kim Jong Il that the DPRK is making a triumphant advance despite the reckless U.S. nuclear racket and moves to stifle it, the letter said, expressing the firm belief that Kim Jong Il would continue to play a leading role in the struggle for independence of the whole world.

Kim Jong Il Sends Gifts to S. Korean Figures

     Pyongyang, October 9 (KCNA) -- Leader Kim Jong Il sent gifts to families and relatives of Jong Ju Yong, former honorary chairman of Hyundai Group, and Jong Mong Hon, former chairman of Hyundai Asan, and Kim Yun Gyu, president of Hyundai Asan of south Korea, and his party who came to Pyongyang t participate in the opening ceremony of Ryugyong Jong Ju Yong Indoor Stadium. The Korea Asia-Pacific Peace Committee conveyed the gifts to them on Wednesday.

Palestinian Ambassador Hosts Reception

     Pyongyang, October 9 (KCNA) -- Shaher Mohammed Abdlah, Palestinian ambassador to the DPRK, arranged a reception at his embassy on Wednesday evening on the occasion of the 6th anniversary of leader Kim Jong Il's election as general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and the 58th anniversary of the WPK. Present on invitation were Secretary Choe Thae Bok of the Central Committee of the WPK, Chairman Ryom Sun Gil of the C.C., the General Federation of Trade Unions of Korea, Vice Department Director Pak Kyong Son of the C.C., the WPK, Vice-Minister Kung Sok Ung of Foreign Affairs and other officials concerned.
    The ambassador in his speech said that the Juche-based policy of party building set forth by President Kim Il Sung has been successfully carried forward by Kim Jong Il. Saying that the Palestinian people always remember the constant support and encouragement Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il extended to them, he expressed the belief that the friendly Korean people would achieve progress and prosperity and thus win victory in the revolution and construction.
    Choe Thae Bok said in his speech that the election of Kim Jong Il, who has creditably carried forward and developed Kim Il Sung's cause of party building, as general secretary of the WPK was an event of epoch-making significance in the development of the party and the revolution in the country.
    He noted that the friendly relations between the DPRK and Palestine are solid as they were provided by Kim Il Sung and President Yasser Arafat and are developing under the deep care of Kim Jong Il.

Gift to Kim Jong Il

     Pyongyang, October 9 (KCNA) -- Leader Kim Jong Il received a gift from the delegation of the visiting Mongolian Mt. Paektu Association. N. Sarantuya, executive chairman of the association who is heading the delegation, handed it to an official concerned Wednesday. .

DPRK Foreign Ministry Arranges Friendly Meeting

     Pyongyang, October 9 (KCNA) -- The DPRK Foreign Ministry arranged a friendly meeting on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the DPRK and Nordic countries. Present on invitation were diplomatic envoys and embassy officials of Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Iceland in Pyongyang and guests of Nordic countries working in the DPRK.
    Vice-Minister Choe Su Hon of Foreign Affairs and other officials concerned were on hand.
    Speeches were made there.
    The participants recalled the last three decades since the establishment of diplomatic relations when the friendly and cooperative relations between the DPRK and Nordic countries have grown stronger in various fields. They talked to each other about the need to develop mutual contact, dialogue and cooperation in the future, deepening the friendship.

Foreign Diplomats Visit Various Parts of DPRK

     Pyongyang, October 9 (KCNA) -- Charge d'Affaires ad Interim Tian Baozhen and staff members of the Chinese embassy in Pyongyang Wednesday visited the Party Founding Museum on the occasion of the 6th anniversary of leader Kim Jong Il's election as general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and the 58th anniversary of the WPK. The guests looked round historic relics and mementoes with keen interest, being briefed on the fact that President Kim Il Sung founded the WPK right after the country's liberation on the basis of the organizational and ideological foundation for the party founding laid by him in the days of the anti-Japanese revolutionary struggle and wisely led the struggle to strengthen and develop the party.
    At the end of the visit Tian Baozhen said that the WPK is playing a guiding role in speeding up the building of a great prosperous powerful socialist nation holding aloft the banner of Songun policy under the leadership of Kim Jong Il. The WPK has fulfilled its mission as the headquarters of the revolution as it is led by Kim Jong Il, he noted.
    That day the guests visited the Ssuksom Revolutionary Site, too.
    They looked round the United Front Tower, the conference site, a shed, etc. with keen interest. Kim Il Sung, after initiating the north-south joint conference, went there with the south Korean political figures who participated in the conference to clearly indicate ways of achieving the cause of national reunification and showed warm care for them. Meanwhile, diplomatic envoys of Palestine, Cuba, Egypt, Libya and Nigeria here visited the Mt. Ryongak Revolutionary Site on the same day.

Russian Diplomats Help Korean Farmers in Harvesting

     Pyongyang, October 9 (KCNA) -- Ambassador Andrei Karlov and staff members of the Russian embassy here Wednesday helped the farmers of the DPRK-Russia Friendship Kochang Cooperative Farm in harvesting. The guests carried rice-sheaves with farmers there.
    During the break, they conversed with farmers, deepening the friendship.
    The ambassador said that the friendly and cooperative relations between Russia and the DPRK have grown stronger under the deep care of leader Kim Jong Il and President Putin.
    Saying that great successes have been made in the DPRK under the wise leadership of Kim Jong Il, he wished the farmers greater success in the agricultural production.
    The guests conveyed aid materials to the farm.

Meeting of Council of European Society for Study of Juche Idea Held

     Pyongyang, October 9 (KCNA) -- The 8th meeting of the Council of the European Society for the Study of the Juche Idea was held in Paris on Oct. 3. Present there were members of the council and chiefs of the European Juche idea study groups.
    The meeting reviewed the activities of the society and discussed on its future action program.
    The meeting revised the rules of the society and elected the new leadership of the council.

KCNA Accuses Japan of Violating DPRK-Japan Pyongyang Declaration

     Pyongyang, October 9 (KCNA) -- Right after the appearance of the new cabinet called "second term Koizumi cabinet" in Japan on September 22 there happened disturbing acts of violating the main spirit of the DPRK-Japan Pyongyang Declaration. The chief executive of Japan in a policy speech at an extraordinary Diet session on September 26 again insisted on a "package solution of the abduction, nuclear and missile issues of north Korea."
    Right after his formation of the new cabinet he gave to Ishiba, director general of the Japan Defense Agency, his first instruction to "fundamentally reexamine the equipment and organization to cope with threat of ballistic missiles".
    Koizumi did not utter even a word about the issue of redeeming Japan's past, the core issue in implementing the declaration, but raised a hue and cry over the issue of abduction which had already been settled and the nuclear and missile issue to be solved between the DPRK and the U.S. This is a mockery and violation of the declaration.
    The declaration stipulates that the DPRK and Japan shall not threaten each other's security. The DPRK has never threatened Japan: Not only before the signing of the declaration but after it.
    The basic spirit of the declaration calls for settling the issue of Japan's liquidation of its past, not the "removal of non-existent nuclear and missile threat" to Japan from the DPRK.
    Much talk about the removal of "threat" and "abduction" apart from that issue is little short of refusing to implement the declaration.
    Shelving the issue of redeeming the past after the publication of the declaration, the Japanese authorities are busy floating the fiction of "threat" from the DPRK in collusion with the U.S. They have stepped up its militarization and put spurs to the establishment of the missile defense system. They, at the same time, put spy satellites into orbit and put sanctions upon the DPRK, disturbing the regular service of its ships.
    Japan's vicious anti-DPRK smear campaign and violation of the declaration will only stoke the bitter anti-Japanese sentiment and pent-up wrath of the army and people of Korea.
    The DPRK is closely following the attitude of the Japanese authorities.
    It will never allow Japan to encroach upon its sovereignty and dignity even a bit.
    The Japanese authorities should not violate the basic spirit of the declaration, well aware that Japan's liquidation of its past is a legal and moral obligation whose fulfilment brooks not a moment's delay.

DPRK Foreign Ministry Denounces Israel's Attack on Syria

     Pyongyang, October 9 (KCNA) -- A spokesman for the DPRK Foreign Ministry Wednesday answered a question put by KCNA as regards Israel's recent military attack on Syria. He says:
    Israel mounted a military attack on the Syrian territory under the pretext of a "war on terrorism" in the wake of the recent suicide bomb attack of Palestinians in Haifa.
    The DPRK vehemently denounces this as a wanton violation of the sovereignty and the territorial integrity of a sovereign state and state-sponsored terrorism, the most hideous form of terrorism.
    The DPRK government, opposed to all forms of terrorism, can never tolerate Israel's act of using "war on terrorism" as a pretext for an aggression of a sovereign state.
    Israel mounted a military attack on Syria in the wake of its recent decision to expel the Palestinian leader. This has touched off a strong protest and denunciation of not only people in the Mideast and Arab but other world people.
    The recent incident once again proves that the situation in the Mideast growing tense due to ceaseless violence is attributable to Israel's policy of aggression.
    The DPRK strongly demands Israel stop clinging to the policy of aggression harassing peace and security in the Mideast and pull out of the occupied Arab territories without delay.

Letter to Kim Jong Il from Former Unconverted Long-Term Prisoners

     Pyongyang, October 9 (KCNA) -- Leader Kim Jong Il received a letter from the former unconverted long-term prisoners Wednesday on the occasion of the 6th anniversary of his election as general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and the 58th anniversary of the WPK. Pointing out that his election as general secretary of the WPK was a historic event worthy of special mention as it firmly guaranteed the vigorous advance of the Party and the Korean revolution and the eternal prosperity of the country, the letter noted:
    It is thanks to the Party founded by President Kim Il Sung and led by Kim Jong Il that the cause of the Korean revolution has confidently advanced along the orbit of Juche while successfully pulling through all sorts of stern trials of history and there arrived a new era of national grandeur and prosperity in this land.
    It was also entirely thanks to the WPK, the party of Kim Il Sung, which is a banner of victory and glory, that we could remain true to our revolutionary faith despite brutal torture and appeasement in cold prison cells in the south for scores of years.
    Saying that they waged an indomitable struggle against the enemies with the belief that they would certainly emerge victorious when they fight, deeply trusting Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il only, and the strong determination not to allow their high honour of being members of the WPK to be besmirched even if they might perish on scaffolds, the letter said that this made it possible for them to finally come into the care of Kim Jong Il, the benevolent care of the Party into which they wanted to come even after their death.
    Though we are old physically we will always breathe the same breath and keep pace with the Party as soldiers of Kim Jong Il and its members and work heart and soul to remain loyal to his great Songun revolutionary leadership in the future, too, the letter stressed.

Seminar on Juche Idea in Paris

     Pyongyang, October 9 (KCNA) -- A seminar on the Juche idea for making Europe independent in the present world was held in Paris on October 4. The opening address at the seminar was followed by congratulatory speeches by the director general of the International Institute of the Juche Idea, the secretary general of the International Liaison Committee for Reunification and Peace in Korea and the head of the delegation of the Korean Social Scientists Society.
    Edmond Jouve, president of the Council of the European Society for the Study of the Juche Idea, in his report said that all the points at issue in the present era with regard to the encroachment upon global peace and security and threat to the existence and development of humankind trace their origin in the violation of independence. Europe, he added, must not fail to advance along the road of independence to ensure global peace and security and make contributions to the building of a new independent world.
    As the Juche idea gives perfect answers to all the theoretical and practical questions arising in defending and realizing independence, it is the most advanced and scientific idea which can lead to the independent development of Europe and the rest of the world by awakening the popular masses to consciousness under the conditions of the present era, he stressed.
    The main point in the struggle for defending independence and rights to independence is to repulse the pressure of the imperialist, dominationist forces and baffle their high-handed practices, hegemonism and unilaterialism, he said. It is important here to learn from the achievements and experience of socialist Korea.
    Pointing to the role of the study and dissemination of the Juche idea in the struggle for making Europe independent, he set forth tasks and ways for conducting such work as constantly enlarging the organizations for the study of the Juche idea and widely staging activities for studying and disseminating the Juche idea.
    Speeches were made at the seminar by over 20 figures from 17 countries including France, UK, Russia, the Ukraine and Germany.
    Highly praising the greatness and immortal feats of Kim Jong Il in constantly deepening and developing the Juche idea founded by President Kim Il Sung and guiding the cause of independence along a road of victory, they expressed their firm resolution to build an independent Europe and make energetic contributions to the accomplishment of the cause of making the whole world independent under the uplifted banner of Juche.
    Adopted at the seminar was the Paris Declaration on the building of an independent Europe.

U.S. Talk about Sale of Weapons of Mass Destruction Dismissed

     Pyongyang, October 9 (KCNA) -- The United States is not entitled to talk about "sale of weapons of mass destruction" in the international arena as it is chiefly responsible for the proliferation and threat of these weapons worldwide, says Minju Joson in a signed commentary today. It goes on:
    The U.S. much touted "sale of weapons of mass destruction" is nothing but a crafty artifice to justify its moves for aggression of other countries under such pretext and disarm the anti-imperialist independent countries in a bid to realize its design for world supremacy with ease. Its talk about the DPRK's "sale of those weapons" is also intended to disarm the DPRK and easily stifle it by force.
    If the U.S. truly wants global peace and security, it should opt for disarmament and the elimination of weapons of mass destruction before any other countries. Only then, the U.S. will have the face to say anything about it.

U.S. Pronounced Moves for Nuclear War under Fire

     Pyongyang, October 9 (KCNA) -- The Bush administration is busy developing and producing new type weapons including nuclear weapons of the new generation, squandering a colossal amount of fund. Commenting on this Rodong Sinmun today says:
    While attempting to develop new type nuclear weapons the U.S. asserts that this is necessary for attacking rogue states. This is, however, arousing vigilance of the army and the people in the DPRK.
    The U.S. bellicose forces are stepping up preparations for the second Korean war at the final phase after making the outbreak of the war a fait accompli. The U.S. development of new type nuclear weapons merits a serious attention as they are being escalated against such backdrop. The U.S. imperialists' nuclear buildup is aimed to attack the DPRK. The situation on the Korean peninsula is so tense due to the U.S moves that a nuclear war may break out there any moment.
    The U.S. nuclear threat only compels the army and the people of the DPRK to heighten the revolutionary vigilance and increase its deterrent force to cope with the U.S. nuclear attack.
    The DPRK is taking a practical measure to increase its nuclear deterrent force to repel the U.S. preemptive nuclear attack and preserve peace and security on the Korean peninsula and in the region according to the recent decision of the Supreme People's Assembly.
    The DPRK will maintain and steadily increase nuclear deterrent force as a self-defensive means to cope with the U.S. policy to stifle the DPRK.

Report Made in India on Visit to DPRK

     Pyongyang, October 9 (KCNA) -- A report on visit to the DPRK was made by B.C. Gupta, chairman of the Juche Idea Study Society of Delhi on October 2. He had visited the DPRK as a member of a congratulatory group of the International Institute of the Juche Idea. Recounting the honor and happiness he felt while visiting the DPRK, he said: We saw the true looks of the DPRK where the leader, the party and the popular masses are single-heartedly united as one while watching functions celebrating its 55th anniversary including the military parade and mammoth demonstration, visiting the Kumsusan Memorial Palace and Mangyongdae and going round different parts of Pyongyang and local areas such as the International Friendship Exhibition and the Tower of the Juche Idea.
    The United States posing as the "only superpower" in the world has been pushed into a position of passive defense in nuclear confrontation with the DPRK by the latter's independent Songun policy. This fact shows the might of the DPRK which has definitely taken the position of a powerful state, he stressed.
    All the changes taking place in the DPRK are brilliant fruits of the Songun policy, he said. Under the Songun policy of leader Kim Jong Il the Workers' Party of Korea will always advance along the road of victory and glory.

Federal Formula Supported

     Pyongyang, October 9 (KCNA) -- The reunification proposal of federal formula is a reasonable and judicious proposal which fully conforms with the desire of the Korean nation to achieve the reunification of the country independently by united efforts of the nation to suit the actual situation of Korea, stressed J. K. Patel, director of the Indian Institute for the Foreign Policy, in his statement published on October 3 on the occasion of the 23rd anniversary of the publication of President Kim Il Sung's proposal for founding the Democratic Federal Republic of Koryo. He further said: Kim Il Sung's cause of national reunification is being vigorously carried forward by leader Kim Jong Il. With an iron will to achieve national reunification as desired by the President, he set the stage for the historical Pyongyang meeting and had the June 15 North-South Joint Declaration adopted.
    Fully supporting the Korean people's struggle to achieve the independent reunification of the country under the original Songun leadership of Kim Jong Il, he expressed firm solidarity for it.

Immortal Exploits in Party Founding

     Pyongyang, October 9 (KCNA) -- October 10 is the 58th anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea. On this auspicious occasion, the entire Korean people are looking back on the immortal feats performed by President Kim Il Sung in founding the WPK, the organizer and guide of all the victories, and expressing deep thanks to him.
    The President stood in the van of the Korean revolution in the darkest period when Korea was under the Japanese imperialists' colonial rule. He, with a plan to found a Juche-type party, organized the Down-with Imperialism Union, a historic root of the Party, on October 17, Juche 15 (1926).
    He put forward the line of founding an independent party at the historic Kalun Meeting in 1930 and organized the Society for Rallying Comrades, the first party organization, with young revolutionaries of the new generation. It was the origin of the Workers' Party of Korea guided by the Juche idea.
    Thanks to his energetic leadership and activities, armed units and many basic party organizations were formed at home and abroad in a short span of time.
    In the latter half of the 1930s, the President organized the Internal Party Working Committee, the Changbai County Party Committee and the East Manchuria Party Working Committee and established the Party guidance system through the Party Committee of the Korean People's Revolutionary Army.
    The Party leadership over the revolutionary movement strengthened the close relations between the Party and the masses and made it possible to awaken and organize people and arouse them to struggle.
    Basing himself on this precious experience and foundation provided during the arduous anti-Japanese armed struggle, he founded the WPK within two months following the liberation of the country.
    Now the Korean people, rallied close around leader Kim Jong Il, are vigorously striving to develop and strengthen the WPK as the glorious Party of Kim Il Sung forever.

Japan Urged to Stop Anti-DPRK and Anti-Chongryon Moves

     Pyongyang, October 9 (KCNA) -- The Korean people will never tolerate the Japanese reactionaries' moves against the DPRK and the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan (Chongryon) but will certainly force them to pay dearly for their moves, warns Rodong Sinmun today in a signed commentary. Referring to the fact that the Japanese authorities are becoming more desperate in their moves against the DPRK and Chongryon, betraying bitterer anti-DPRK sentiment, the commentary dismisses this as an intolerable challenge to the Korean nation and an unpardonable provocation to the dignified DPRK and Chongryon.
    The commentary goes on:
    The Japanese authorities' recent reckless anti-DPRK and anti-Chongryon moves are aimed to attain its sinister goal, pursuant to the U.S. policy to lay an international siege to the DPRK and pressurize and stifle it.
    The hostile policies pursued by the U.S. and Japan are identical in their nature. The only difference is that Japan seeks to achieve its ambition for reinvasion with the backing of the U.S. while the U.S. is keen to realize its policy to isolate and stifle the DPRK with ease with the help of Japan.
    The abduction issue raised by the Japanese reactionaries at the Beijing six-way talks was a playing card they wanted to use to hamstring a solution to the nuclear issue. In this Japan sought a sinister aim to avoiding redemption of its past under the pretext of "abduction issue."
    Japan's act of perpetrating more crimes, instead of redressing the crimes the Japanese imperialists committed against the Korean nation in the past, has evoked bitterer resentment and hatred of the army and the people of the DPRK against Japan.
    The Japanese reactionaries would be well advised to stop such criminal acts as getting on the nerves of the DPRK and threatening Chongryon, bearing in mind that their anti-DPRK and anti-Chongryon moves will only precipitate their self-destruction.

Delegation of Korean Women Leaves to Visit Cuba and Brazil

     Pyongyang, October 9 (KCNA) -- A delegation of the Korean Democratic Women's Union led by Chairwoman of its Central Committee Pak Sun Hui left here today to visit Cuba and Brazil. The delegation was seen off by Ri Yong Hui, vice-chairwoman of its Central Committee, and Esteban Lobaina Romero, Cuban ambassador to the DPRK, at the airport.

South Side's Group Leaves

     Pyongyang, October 9 (KCNA) -- The south side's group led by Kim Yun Gyu, president of the Hyundai Asan of south Korea, left here today after participating in the opening ceremony of Ryugyong Jong Ju Yong Indoor Stadium. The group went back this afternoon along the Kaesong-Munsan temporary main road on the west coast.
    It was seen off in Kaesong by Ri Jong Hyok, vice-chairman of the Korea Asia-Pacific Peace Committee, Kim Il Gun, chairman of the Kaesong City People's Committee, and officials concerned.
    Earlier, the members of the group toured various places in Kaesong including the Mausoleum of Wang Gon, the first king of Koryo, the Sonjuk Bridge and the Koryo Museum.

     Pyongyang, 9 de octubre (ATCC) -- La editorial Onitsha de Nigeria dio a luz el dia primero en folleto la obra del Dirigente Kim Jong Il "El Partido del Trabajo de Corea es el partido del gran lider camarada Kim Il Sung" publicada el 2 de octubre del 84 (1995) de la Era Juche. Esta obra es un gran programa imperecedero de la construccion y las actividades del partido. Hizo balance con gran orgullo de la gloriosa historia de nuestro partido que allano un nuevo camino para la construccion de un partido revolucionario de la epoca de independencia bajo la direccion del gran Lider e indico la via para hacer eternamente del PTC uno del Presidente Kim Il Sung.
    En la introduccion el folleto senala que la fundacion del PTC y su desarrollo no se pueden concebir al margen de su fundador Presidente Kim Il Sung.
    El folleto subraya que el PTC, guiado por el Secretario General Kim Jong Il, exactamente igual que el Presidente Kim Il Sung en la idea, la direccion y los rasgos, tambien en el futuro brillara como el partido del Presidente.

Inmortales hazanas de la Fundacion del Partido del Trabajo de Corea

     Pyongyang, 9 de octubre (ATCC) -- El 10 de octubre es el aniversario de la Fundacion del Partido del Trabajo de Corea. Por esa efemerides, todo el pueblo coreano elogia las inmortales hazanas del Presidente Kim Il Sung y le agradece aun mas por haber fundado el PTC, organizador y orientador de todas las victorias del pueblo coreano.
    En el periodo mas tenebroso de la dominacion colonial del imperialismo japones, el Presidente Kim Il Sung, puesto en la cabeza de la revolucion coreana concibio el proposito de fundar el partido de tipo jucheano y para lograrlo organizo el 17 de octubre del 15 (1926) de la Era Juche la Union para Derrotar al Imperialismo, lo cual ha sido la raiz historica del PTC.
    El Presidente presento la orientacion original de la fundacion del partido en la historica conferencia de Kalun, que tuvo lugar en 1930,y dio origen al PTC, que tiene la idea Juche como la idea directriz, al organizar la Asociacion de Camaradas Konsol, la primera organizacion del partido compuesta de los jovenes revolucionarios de nueva generacion.
    Gracias a su direccion y actividades dinamicas se formaron numerosas organizaciones basicas del partido tanto en las unidades armadas como en el interior y el exterior del pais, en un corto plazo.
    En la segunda mitad de la decada de 1930, el Presidente organizo el comite del trabajo del partido en el interior del pais, el comite del partido del distrito Changpai, el comite del trabajo del partido del Este de Manchuria y establecio el sistema de la direccion partidista a traves del comite del partido del Ejercito Revolucionario Popular de Corea.
    Con la realizacion de la direccion partidista sobre el movimiento revolucionario se fortalecieron las relaciones consanguineas entre el partido y las masas, y se concientizaron y se hicieron organizativas las masas populares para asi llamarlas a la lucha.
    Estas valiosas experiencias y cimientos preparados en la ardua lucha armada antijaponesa sirvieron de importantes causas que facilitaron la fundacion del partido en menos de dos meses despues de la restauracion del pais (1945).
    Hoy el pueblo coreano, unido firmemente en torno al Dirigente Kim Jong Il, lucha vigorosamente por fortalecer el PTC como el eterno y glorioso partido de Kim Il Sung.
