Struggle of WPK Supported

     Pyongyang, October 3 (KCNA) -- The Communist Party of Denmark (Marxist-Leninist) will positively support the struggle of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK) to smash the U.S. imperialists' threat of aggression and war moves and to achieve national reunification and defend socialism, Jorgen Petersen, chairman of the National Leadership of the party, said when meeting DPRK Ambassador e. p. to Denmark Jon In Chan on September 22. The struggle of the WPK against U.S. imperialism is greatly contributing to the defence of peace and security in the Korean peninsula and Asia and greatly encouraging the socialist movement in Denmark and the rest of the world, he said, adding:
    It is important to further strengthen cooperation and relationship among progressive political parties under the complicated situation of the world. He stressed that he would make positive efforts to develop the relations with the WPK.

Passage of "Bill on Human Rights of North Korea" Protested

     Pyongyang, October 3 (KCNA) -- The Democratic Workers' Party of south Korea reportedly held a press conference in front of the U.S. embassy in Seoul on September 30 as regards the passage of a "Bill on Human Rights of North Korea" through the U.S. Senate. Spokesman Pak Yong Jin, Secretary General Kim Chang Hyon and parliamentarian Ri Yong Sun of the DWP, speaking at the press conference, said the U.S. passage of the bill through the Senate was aimed to topple down the north.
    The passage of the bill will result in worsening the north Korea-U.S. dialogue as well as the south-north relations and aggravating the tensions on the Korean peninsula, they said, stressing that they will make every possible effort to make the bill ineffectual.
    A letter of protest read out at the press conference strongly demanded the U.S. government authorities and Congress drop at once its hostile policy toward the north and withdraw the bill which will exert bad influence upon the north Korea-U.S. dialogue as well as the south-north dialogue and wreck peace in the Korean peninsula and Northeast Asia.
    The participants handed the letter of protest to the U.S. embassy side.

Danish Queen Hopes for Developing Relations with DPRK

     Pyongyang, October 3 (KCNA) -- Danish Queen Margrethe II hoped that the relations between Denmark and the DPRK would more favorably develop in the future. When receiving credentials from DPRK Ambassador e. p. to Denmark Jon In Chan on September 22, she wished the Korean people a new success in their work for prosperity of the country and promotion of welfare.

Stop to U.S. War Provocation Moves Demanded

     Pyongyang, October 3 (KCNA) -- The South Headquarters of the National Alliance of Youth and Students for the Country's Reunification reportedly made public a statement on September 27, demanding a stop to the U.S. war provocation moves. Recalling that the U.S. announced its plan to additionally deploy a lot of war equipment including Aegis destroyers and a nuclear carrier in and around south Korea, the statement charged that it is little short of the declaration of a war against the Korean nation.
    The statement said that the U.S. should clearly see that it will face the doom of empire before long, immediately stop its war provocation moves and get out of this land.

KCNA Urges Japan to Liquidate Past Wrongdoings

     Pyongyang, October 3 (KCNA) -- The Japanese prime minister, in a recent speech at the UN General Assembly, reportedly said that Japan has the willingness and capability to play a major role in international peace and security and that the role of Japan which has so far played in the international community constituted a fixed ground for the assertion that Japan should become a permanent nation of the UN Security Council. His remarks cannot work on anyone as they revealed Japan's attempt to cover up its past crimes and mislead an unbiased public opinion in a bid to attain a responsible seat of the UN.
    Japan, not yet clearing itself of the stigma of an "enemy state" specified in the UN Charter, is unqualified to talk about advance into member nations of the UNSC for its past crimes.
    Japan has been hell-bent on justifying the crimes with which it imposed all the immeasurable misfortunes and sufferings upon the Korean and Asian peoples in the past, far from repenting of and liquidating them.
    In the presence of the international community Japan has not yet admitted even the existence of "comfort women" for the Japanese Imperial army but openly paid homage to the criminals of the Second World War. Particularly, the present chief executive and ruling forces of Japan visited the "Yasukuni Shrine" several times and are attempting to revise the pacifist constitution and revealing their ambition for overseas expansion in a bid to step up their moves for militarization. They are openly revealing their territorial ambition and aggressive attempt by compiling history textbook beautifying the history of aggression and claiming dominium over Tok islet, which shows that Japanese politicians have no remorse of conscience on their crimes of having not liquidated the past crimes.
    Such being the case, Japan's attempt to have a cardinal seat at the UN the purpose of which is to promote world peace and security and economic and cultural cooperation among countries is an impudent act and a challenge to the world people aspiring after world peace and security.
    It is not accidental that as regards Japan's move to advance into permanent nations of the UNSC a spokesman for the Chinese Foreign Ministry said in a press conference on September 21 that Japan should have a clear understanding of the issue of history if it is to play a role of a responsible country in the international community.
    The liquidation of the past is the issue of legal and moral responsibility of the Japanese government and only doing so is a just behavior of Japan to play its role as a UN membership and a member of the international community.
    Japan would be well advised to clearly liquidate its past crimes it committed against the Korean and Asian peoples and get trust from these countries, before coveting a responsible seat of the UN.

President of Russian Supreme Court Interviewed

     Pyongyang, October 3 (KCNA) -- A press interview with President of the Supreme Court of Russia Byacheslav Mikhailovich Rebezev who is heading the delegation of the Supreme Court took place at the airport on Saturday. Answering to questions put by journalists, the president said that the delegation's visit to the DPRK was effective and constructive.
    He referred to the fact that contacts and talks were held between the delegations of the courts of the two countries and cooperative issues were discussed during the visit.
    Staying here he was deeply moved to see the creative labor of the diligent Korean people, he noted, wishing them happiness.

U.S. Hit for Pulling Up DPRK over Religious Issue

     Pyongyang, October 3 (KCNA) -- The Korean Council of Religionists bitterly denounces the United States bent on the anti-DPRK campaign with the "religious issue" full of lies and intrigues as a band of evils ignorant of ethics and religious belief and strongly demands the U.S. unconditionally stop its shameless act of abusing the "religious issue" for its hostile policy toward the DPRK. A spokesman for the Korean Council of Religionists said this in a statement Sunday.
    Some time ago, the U.S. announced an "annual report on international religion freedom" in which it is persistently labeling the DPRK as a "state of suppressing religion" over its "religious issue". This was prompted by a heinous intention to stifle the DPRK at any cost by all wicked and base means, the spokesman said, and went on:
    As the crime-woven history of the U.S. stained with aggression and war and the present complicated international situation prove, the U.S. is the worst state of suppressing religion in the world and the ringleader of obliterating it.
    It is preposterous that the U.S., bereft of elementary qualification to say of the freedom of religious belief, is talking about the religion policy of the DPRK as if it were an "international judge of religion" and it is ignorance of religious idea and mockery of religionists.
    All the religionists in the DPRK will consolidate its single-hearted unity as firm as a rock and fulfill their honorable responsibility and role in the building of a great prosperous powerful socialist nation and in the era of the independent reunification after the publication of the June 15 joint declaration, with the high degree of consciousness and pride of being citizens of the socialist country.
    The spokesman called upon the world progressive people and international religious communities aspiring after love, justice and peace to see through the real nature of the U.S. base religious moves and anti-DPRK moves and extend positive support and encouragement to the just voices of the Korean people against them.

Kim Jong Il Receives Head of Shanghai Juvenile Art Troupe

     Pyongyang, October 3 (KCNA) -- Kim Jong Il, general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and chairman of the National Defence Commission of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Sunday received Zou Wei, head of the visiting Shanghai Juvenile Art Troupe of China who is deputy general secretary of the Chinese Welfare Society. Present there were Wu Donghe, Chinese ambassador e. p. to the DPRK, and his wife.
    Kim Jong Il warmly welcomed the visit of the juvenile art troupe to the DPRK and had a warm conversation with the guest.
    Same day, he appreciated performance together with schoolchildren a performance given by the Juvenile Art Troupe of China.

Book "History of the Workers' Party of Korea" Sees Light

     Pyongyang, October 2 (KCNA) -- The Workers' Party of Korea Publishing House brought out a new book "History of the Workers' Party of Korea" compiled by the History Institute of the WPK Central Committee. The book has three parts, 15 chapters and 102 sections dealing with the long great history of the WPK.
    The book part 1 devoted to the period from Juche 15 (1926) to August Juche 34 (1945) has 4 chapters telling how the organizational and ideological basis for the founding of the party was laid in the period of the anti-Japanese revolutionary struggle and how the historic cause of national liberation was achieved.
    The book recalls that President Kim Il Sung formed the Down-with-Imperialism Union, the first genuine vanguard of the revolution in Korea in October Juche 15 (1926).
    The book gives a detailed account of the facts that the President founded the Juche idea which serves as a guiding idea of the WPK, set forth the policy of building an independent and revolutionary party at the historic Kalun meeting, formed the Society for Rallying Comrades, the first party organization which gave a glorious origin to the WPK and energetically conducted the work to create basic party organizations with the society as a parent body and establish a system of organizing and guiding them.
    The book part 2 devoted to the period from August Juche 34 (1945) to February Juche 63 (1974) has 6 chapters dealing with the historic course in which the WPK was founded, strengthened and developed into the revolutionary party of Juche type and its feats performed in leading the building of Korean-style socialism to victory.
    The book comprehensively deals with leader Kim Jong Il's feats performed in party building and activities for 10 years after he started his work at the Central Committee of the WPK.
    The book part 3 devoted to the period from February Juche 63 (1974) has 5 chapters dealing with the facts that the WPK energetically accelerated the work to model the whole party and society on the Juche idea and brought about a fresh change in the party work and activities and the building of a great prosperous powerful socialist nation under the banner of Songun while giving steady continuity to the cause of party building of Juche type under the leadership of Kim Jong Il.
    The book puts particular stress on the historic exploits the Party performed by most successfully solving the issue of succession to its leadership. It deals with the facts that Kim Jong Il formulated the President's revolutionary idea as an integral system of idea, theory and method of Juche and declared the modeling of all members of the society on the Juche idea the supreme programme of the WPK and the general task of the Korean revolution.
    The book says that a new turn was brought about in the WPK work and the Party grew stronger to meet the requirements of the Songun era.
    The book also deals with the exploits Kim Jong Il performed by accomplishing the cause of perpetuating the memory of President Kim Il Sung for the first time in history, setting out a unique theory on the driving force of the revolution to create the political mode of Songun and leading the "Arduous March" to victory to lay the foundation for building a great prosperous powerful socialist nation.

Truth of South Korea-U.S. Alliance Disclosed

     Pyongyang, October 2 (KCNA) -- The Secretariat of the Committee for the Peaceful Reunification of the Fatherland issued a statement Friday 51 years after the conclusion of the south Korea-U.S. "defence treaty." It disclosed the truth about the "alliance" between the U.S. and south Korea which the U.S. and pro-U.S. flunkeys and traitors in south Korea paint as relations between the friendly nations and those of partnership. The statement said:
    The alliance between south Korea and the U.S. is the master-servant relationship: The U.S. dominates political, economic, military and all other fields of south Korea and it serves its American master.
    After setting its feet in south Korea on September 8, 1945 the U.S. forcibly dismantled people's committees organized by south Koreans according to their own will and proclaimed its military rule. After bringing pro-U.S. stooge Syngman Rhee to south Korea the U.S. staged the traitorous "separate election" on May 10, 1948 to install the first puppet regime with him as president.
    16 presidential elections and 17 National Assembly elections have taken place in south Korea since then but all of them proved to be politicalfarces orchestrated by the U.S. according to its scenarios.
    It was none other than the U.S. which engineered the May 16 military coup, the December 12 army purge coup and the June 29 bloodless coup that gave rise to the military fascist dictatorial rule in south Korea. Pro-U.S. stooge Kim Young Sam also became its president under the backstage manipulation of Washington.
    The "agreement on the transfer of prerogative of supreme command over the army" signed between the then UN Forces Commander McArthur and traitor Syngman Rhee on July 15, 1950 resulted in transferring this prerogative to the U.S. The prerogative has since been in the hands of the U.S. forces ommander in south Korea.
    The "defence treaty" concluded between the U.S. and south Korea on October 1, 1953 was a traitorous treaty as it proclaimed south Korea as a permanent colony and military base of the U.S.
    The "agreement on economic and technological assistance " or "new agreement on economic assistance" which was signed between south Korea and the U.S. on February 8, 1961 stipulates that the U.S. shall decide on the nature and scope of assistance and directly supervise and control the processes of consumption and sale of aid goods and south Korea unconditionally obey the U.S. allegedly with a view to ensuring an effective use of aid materials.
    As early as in the mid-1960s the U.S. put under its control the large portion of financial budget and capital of south Korea and monopolized 70-80 percent of raw materials to be supplied and 80 percent of foreign trade.
    The south Korean authorities, yielding to the U.S. pressure to open markets, cut down an average of 5-20 percent of tariffs on 278 items of imports including vehicles, computers, building equipment, tools, tobacco, etc. on four occasions in the year 1987 alone. From January 1988 they decided to reduce the same percentage of tariff on 194 items of imports including all kinds of films and printing papers.
    The latter half of the 1990s when south Korea was placed under the IMF mandate were years when the U.S. disclosed its black-hearted intention by driving the south Korean economy into serious bankruptcy.
    According to official information available after the conclusion of the south Korea-U.S. "Status of Forces Agreement" in July 1966, more than 2,000 cases of crimes were reported to have been committed by GIs every year but none of them were subject to criminal jurisdiction of the south Korean authorities according to the agreement.
    South Korea has paid the U.S. forces stationed in south Korea billions of dollars raised as taxes collected from the people every year for the up-keep of the U.S. military bases and its aggression troops in south Korea.
    During the three-year long Korean war the U.S. imperialists massacred at least 1.24 million innocent civilians in all parts of south Korea. Even in the post-war period GIs cruelly killed innocent civilians, regarding them as preys, playthings and inferiors of a colony. They did not hesitate to commit such shuddering crimes as raping south Korean women in broad daylight.
    It was attributable to the south Korea-U.S. alliance designed to fabricate two Koreas that the Korean nation's desire to set up a democratic reunified state after its liberation could not come true and the spirit of alliance with the north for reunification that was mounting in south Korea in the 1960s under the slogan of "Let's go to the north, come to the south and let's meet at Panmunjom!" was chilled and the July 4 Joint Statement clarifying the three principles of national reunification--independence, peaceful reunification and great national unity--and the north-south "agreement on reconciliation, non-aggression, cooperation and exchange" were reduced to dead documents, failing to take even the first step towards its implementation.
    This traitorous south Korea-U.S. alliance also threw a serious hurdle in the way of implementing the June 15 joint declaration, a landmark for reunification common to the Korean nation.
    Team Spirit, Foal Eagle, Ulji-Focus Lens and other anti-north joint military exercises staged under various codenames and reckless military provocations perpetrated against the north almost every day were, without an exception, products of the alliance.
    The past 59 years of the south Korea-U.S. relations have been, in fact, a history of disgrace and disasters as the national dignity and sovereignty have been wantonly encroached upon and anything national and democratic cruelly violated in all fabrics of social life and a crime-woven history in which the Korean nation's uniform progress has been hampered and the peace and stability of the Korean peninsula have been exposed to a serious threat.
    The Korean nation should not allow the south Korea-U.S. relations characterized by cooperation for treachery, permanent division and war to go beyond 60 years.

U.S.-Fabricated DPRK Uranium Enrichment Program Refuted

     Pyongyang, October 2 (KCNA) -- There is public opinion in the United States that its talk about the "DPRK uranium enrichment program" is a sheer lie deliberately invented by the Bush administration. In this regard, Rodong Sinmun Saturday in a signed commentary dismisses the U.S. assertion as an entirely groundless fabrication, as claimed by the American public. The commentary says:
    If the U.S. truly hopes for a peaceful solution to the nuclear issue it should withdraw its wrong assertion about the DPRK's "uranium enrichment program" and approach the negotiations with a sincere attitude.
    The DPRK's relations with various countries expanded as the days go by in the new century, driving the U.S. attempt to isolate and stifle the DPRK into total failure. Much upset by this, the U.S. sought a new pretext for keeping the Korean peninsula unstable in the nuclear issue, the issue of "enriched uranium."
    After fabricating the story about the above-said program, the Bush group worked hard to get even a nuclear expert of a third country involved in the issue in a bid to make it sound plausible. After all, they cited the non-existent DPRK "uranium program" to charge it with nuclear development and pressured other countries to regard its settlement as a precondition for improving relations with the DPRK.
    The U.S. knows well that the DPRK does not admit this "uranium program."
    Yet, the U.S. is dramatizing it in a bid to isolate the DPRK internationally, disarm and stifle it come what may. This is what the U.S. is really seeking in the nuclear issue.
    The U.S. is sadly mistaken if it thinks it can browbeat the DPRK with the assertion about the fictitious "uranium enrichment program."

New Medicine Developed to Prevent Cancer

     Pyongyang, October 2 (KCNA) -- The tumor research group of the DPRK Academy of Medical Science has developed a new medicine of Korean style which increases the inborn immunity of human body to destroy cells of cancer. The medicine was highly estimated at the recent examination of the state medicine standard and has been designated and registered as a "preventive medicine against the relapse and transfer of cancer".
    The group is made up of researchers of the Tumor Institute and other institutions.
    The group made animal experiments with the preventive medicine and found the inhibitory rate and survival rate of tumor tissue. And it has laid the scientific foundation of clinical examination through its experimental, histopathological and immunological study into anti-tumor effects.
    Clinical researchers have made a deep analysis of the factors of exerting a decisive influence on the survival rate of those patients who underwent operations for cancer and improved the immunity of the preventive medicine.
    They have also made a regular remote observation of those patients who were inoculated with the preventive medicine and those who were not inoculated after operations for cancer and increased its clinical effectiveness. The advantages of the preventive medicine have been proved through such clinical practices of several years.
    The medicine is greatly popular among patients and medical workers and in great demand.

Kim Yong Nam Greets Cyprian President

     Pyongyang, October 2 (KCNA) -- Kim Yong Nam, president of the Presidium of the DPRK Supreme People's Assembly, sent a message of greetings to President of Cyprus Tassos Papadopoulos on Sept. 30 on the occasion of the 44th anniversary of its independence. The message wished the president success in his work for the prosperity of the country and the peaceful solution to the Cyprian issue.

Probe into Cases of S. Korea's Secret Nuclear Experiments Urged

     Pyongyang, October 2 (KCNA) -- It will be impossible to expect any development of the inter-Korean relations unless the truth about south Korea's secret nuclear experiments is probed, declared a spokesman of the Committee for the Peaceful Reunification of the Fatherland in a statement today. The cases of secret nuclear experiments disclosed one after another in south Korea recently are all but a tip of the iceberg of the serious nuclear development activities that the south Korean authorities have so far conducted in a premeditated manner, the statement pointed out, and said:
    The clandestine nuclear development pursued for over 20 years helped south Korea acquire basic criteria for nuclear armament such as extraction of nuclear substance, production of nukes, access to means for nuclear delivery and preparations for a nuclear war and put all this under a perfect system.
    This is a serious case as it seriously affects the situation on the Korean peninsula and the relations between the north and the south. If south Korea has access to nukes, they will be used for attacking its fellow countrymen in league with outsiders. Then these nukes will exterminate the nation and reduce the Korean peninsula to ruin.
    The recently disclosed facts once again lay bare the double-dealing nature of the United States which shuts its eyes to the development and possession of nuclear arms by its junior "allies" such as south Korea but is working hard to stifle the DPRK even by inventing sheer lies about it.
    The south Korean authorities should fully settle its nuclear issue to convince the entire nation and the world people before raising a hue and cry over other's "nuclear issue."

El libro esta compuesto de 3 partes, 15 capitulos y 102 epigrafos alusivos a la gran y larga historia del PTC.
    La primera parte (desde el 15 (1926) hasta agosto del 34 (1945) de la Era Juche) recopila en cuatro capitulos los hechos de que en la epoca de lucha revolucionaria antijaponesa se echo la base ideo-organizativa para la fundacion del PTC y se logro la causa historica de la restauracion de la patria.
    Se refiere a que el Presidente Kim Il Sung fundo en octubre del 15 (1926) de la Era Juche la Union para Derrotar al Imperialismo (UDI), primera organizacion de vanguardia de la revolucion en Corea, a que el Presidente creo la idea Juche, la directriz del PTC, y dilucido en la historica conferencia de Kalun la orientacion de fundar a un partido revolucionario independiente y a que el constituyo la primera organizacion del partido- Asociacion de Camaradas Konsol, y desplego con energia la labor para formar organizaciones de base de partido tomandola como modelo e implantar un ordenado sistema de direccion sobre ello.
    La segunda parte (desde agosto del 34 (1945) hasta febrero del 63 (1974) de la Era Juche) redacta en 6 capitulos el proceso historico de la fundacion y fortalecimiento del PTC como un partido revolucionario de tipo jucheano y el hecho de que este condujo a la victoria la construccion del socialismo al estilo coreano.

FDNSC exhorta a levantarse en lucha por abolir "tratado" leonino

     Pyongyang, 2 de octubre (ATCC) -- Segun el sitio Web del Internet "Frente de Salvacion Nacional", el portavoz del Frente Democratico Nacional del Sur de Corea (FDNSC), en su declaracion del dia primero publicada por el 51 aniversario de la concertacion del vergonzoso "tratado de defensa mutua" Sudcorea- EE.UU., senalo que este protocolo constituye un documento agresivo y leonino que inventaron los Estados Unidos a fin de convertir para siempre al Sur de Corea en una colonia y base militar a traves la presencia perenne de sus tropas agresoras, y prosiguio:. La concertacion de este tratado posibilito durante mas de medio siglo a los EE.UU. estacionar permanentemente sus colosales fuerzas de agresion al Norte en el Sur de Corea y asi convertir la tierra patria en una base de intendencia para la realizacion de su estrategia de dominar el mundo y en un polvorin de maxima dimension en el Extremo Oriente. Ademas, a raiz de dicho tratado desigual, la Norteamerica justifica hasta hoy en dia su ocupacion del Sur de Corea e introduce en gran escala armas sofisticadas asesinas y pertrechos belicos agravando constantemente la situacion. Las fechorias del Tio Sam de justificar su dominacion, intervencion y rapina no se limitan al sector militar sino se manifiestan tambien en varias esferas de la politica, economia, cultura y diplomacia.
    Practicamente, este pais norteamericano se arroga el papel del gobernante del territorio surcoreano.
    El "convenio de administracion" Sudcorea-EE.UU. estipulado a tenor de este "tratado" es un documento de esclavitud de moderna edicion que atribuye a las tropas yanquis ocupantes del Sur de Corea la extraterritorialidad y otras prerrogativas.
    En virtud del apendice "notas de puntos acordados" de dicho "convenio", hasta la fecha, los EE.UU. estan ejerciendo el derecho al mando del "ejercito de defensa nacional" y lo utilizan como protectores de la division nacional y la dictadura fascista, aparatos represivos a las masas y mercenarios para la guerra de agresion a ultramar.
    En estos tiempos tambien alegan la "coexistencia Sudcorea-EE.UU." justificandola con dichos protocolos caducos e incitan a las actuales autoridades surcoreanas al enfrentamiento, a la guerra contra la RPDC y la anti-reunificacion.
    Este "tratado" de caracter agresivo, leonino y desigual es una verguenza para todos nosotros.
    Hoy, nuestra nacion se esfuerza por lograr la reunificacion independiente con sus fuerzas unidas, por lo tanto este residuo de la guerra fria no tiene justificacion de seguir vigente.
    Todos los habitantes surcoreanos deben levantarse como un solo hombre en la lucha por abolir el "tratado" en cuestion para poner fin a la ocupacion militar norteamericana del Sur de Corea y preservar la paz de la Peninsula Coreana y ejecutar satisfactoriamente la Declaracion Conjunta del 15 de Junio.

Rodong Sinmun desmiente "enriquecimiento de uranio" de RPDC

     Pyongyang, 2 de octubre (ATCC) -- En relacion con que en estos dias, en EE.UU. circulan criterios de que el rumor del "enriquecimiento de uranio" de la Republica Popular Democratica de Corea es un caso manipulado por la administracion Bush, el periodico Rodong Sinmun inserto en su numero del dia 2 un comentario individual que los confirma. El rotativo senala que esas opiniones son correctas porque el "programa de enriquecimiento de uranio" de la RPDC es de punta a cabo un caso manipulado por la administracion norteamericana sin pruebas y fundamentos sustanciales, y continua:
    Si esta superpotencia desea de veras la solucion pacifica del problema nuclear debera retirar tal planteamiento injusto y acudir a la mesa de dialogo con sinceridad.
    Al sentirse amenazados por la ampliacion en el nuevo siglo de las relaciones entre Corea y varios paises del mundo y el inminente fracaso de las maniobras de aislamiento y aplastamiento de EE.UU. a Corea, los EE.UU. encontraron el nuevo pretexto para mantener la inestabilidad de la Peninsula Coreana en el problema nuclear, especificamente, en el "enriquecimiento de uranio".
    En este contexto, la banda liderada por Bush a fin de dar credibilidad al supuesto "programa de enriquecimiento de uranio", inventado por ellos mismos, involucro en este asunto hasta a un especialista nuclear de otro pais. En fin, este fantasmal "programa" les sirvio para acusar a la RPDC del "criminal" e imponer a otros paises a que lo utilicen como requisito de la mejora de relaciones con esta.
    Es decir, el Tio Sam, difundio el rumor de "enriquecimiento de uranio" calculando de antemano la negativa de la RPDC. Asi son tan persistentes las maniobras gringas para realizar su ambicion de aislar internacionalmente y aplastar a nuestro pais mediante el desarme.
    Es muy erroneo si EE.UU. piensa que puede asustar a la RPDC con ese rumor vacio de contenido.
