Pro-U.S. Conservative Forces' Crafty Plots Assailed
Pyongyang, November 27 (KCNA) -- The Solidarity for Implementing the South-North Joint Declaration reportedly issued a commentary on Nov. 22 as regards the "illegal wiretapping case". It called on the progressive and reformist forces to build an anti-conservative allied front by united efforts and foil the pro-U.S. conservative forces' crafty moves.
The commentary recalled that Ri Su Il, former deputy chief of the Intelligence Service during Kim Dae Jung's tenure of office, committed a suicide on Nov. 20 extremely harassed by the prosecution authorities' investigation into the "case", disclosing that they began directly targeting against figures during the period of "government for people".
Illegal actions, infringement upon human rights by intelligence organs and political inspection are typical crimes perpetrated by pro-U.S. conservative power group, the commentary said, underscoring the need to focus the investigation into the "case" on this point.
The commentary underlined the need to institute a "special law" at an early date and reinvestigate the crimes committed by the intelligence organs so as to totally uproot "information policy", disband the Intelligence Service and abolish the "National Security Law" in connection with this case.
The Grand National Party, in particular, should confess to the crimes it has committed so far, in stead of talking about someone's "illegal wiretapping" and immediately disband the party, the commentary urged.

Strict Measures Taken to Prevent Bird Flu
Pyongyang, November 27 (KCNA) -- Strict state measures are being taken in the DPRK to prevent bird flu as the world is now plagued with its rapid spread and fatal consequences.
The State Emergency Veterinary and Anti-epizootic Committee has been reinforced with officials and specialists of the Cabinet, the Ministry of Agriculture and other relevant fields. There is now a well-organized anti-epizootic system in different provinces, cities and counties.
The committee is providing a coordinated guidance over the preventive work across the country on the basis of a series of measures recently taken in this respect.
The National Epizootic Prevention Centre under the ministry is making a comprehensive analysis of the data on the outbreak and epidemiology of the bird flu worldwide and the latest information available from international organizations and sending its results to different units.
Meanwhile, information service regarding bird flu is brisk among working people in different provinces, cities and counties to help them know well about its danger, course of infection and take necessary preventive measures against it.
Chicken farms including those in Mangyongdae, Sopho and Hadang under the Pyongyang Poultry Guidance Bureau have taken strict measures to examine the workers there, while thoroughly checking and inoculating poultry against bird flu.
Big efforts are being made in different parts of the country to watch the movement of seasonal birds, the main spreader of virus of bird flu.
The committee has obtained correct information about the movement of seasonal birds and its period, their main temporary habitats and their places for wintering in close touch with zoologists and, on this basis, built up hundreds of watch posts, taking the country as a whole, in order to prevent wild and seasonal birds from approaching chickens, ducks and geese and other poultry raised at all units and institutions, enterprises, farms and households in the border areas.
It instructed all of them to inform it of any abnormal symptom found in birds and poultry in time and keep them in quarantine.
Meanwhile, a campaign is now under way to intensify the researches into vaccine against virus of bird flu, medicine for treating it and reagent to diagnose the case and disinfection. Measures are being taken to improve the quality of preventive medicine.
Strict quarantine is now underway at ports, airports and border transit points to prevent bird flu.
Railroading of "Proposal on Rice Negotiations" under Fire in S. Korea
Pyongyang, November 27 (KCNA) -- The south Korean Federation of University Student Councils (Hanchongryon) reportedly released a statement on Nov. 23 assailing the "Grand National Party" and the "Uri Party" for passing the humiliating "proposal on rice negotiations" in the end.
The statement said that this action is little short of forcing the peasants to die and abandoning the food sovereignty of the nation and, at the same time, sentencing them to death.
The political camp's passage of this proposal only hardens the will of all the people in south Korea including peasants, workers, the poor and youths and students to launch joint actions against it, the statement pointed out, declaring that Hanchongryon would also join in the struggle.
Torchlight March Medal Instituted in DPRK
Pyongyang, November 27 (KCNA) -- A decree of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK was promulgated on Nov. 23 to institute a torchlight march medal.

Kim Jong Il Inspects KPA Unit
Pyongyang, November 27 (KCNA) -- Supreme Commander of the Korean People's Army Kim Jong Il, general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and chairman of the DPRK National Defence Commission, inspected KPA unit 638 honored with the title of O Jung Hup-led 7th Regiment.
After acquainting himself with the unit's performance of duty, he watched the training of its servicepersons in the military lecture rooms.
He set forth tasks to be fulfilled to increase the unit's combat capability in every way, expressing his satisfaction over the fact that the unit has successfully built a modern drill ground to suit the content and nature of training and creditably carried out its training program.
He learnt about how the political work is conducted at the unit, going round the servicepersons' hall, a library and other entertainment and educational facilities.
Praising the unit for having displayed a variety of educational materials at the above-said establishments and conducted political and ideological education to suit soldiers' level of education, preparedness and mentality, he urged the unit to train all its servicepersons as vanguard fighters of the revolution firmly equipped with a high level of revolutionary consciousness and working class awareness so that they may become young heroes in the era of Songun who ardently love the country and readily dedicate their youth and lives to it like hero Ri Su Bok.
Making the rounds of a mess hall, a kitchen, a non-staple food store, a food processing room and other supply service facilities, he was greatly pleased to learn that the unit has provided its servicepersons with good living conditions.
He highly appreciated the successes made by the unit in the past, noting that it is a model not only in the military and political training but in all other aspects including supply service, soldiers' culture and morality and its management.
All units have brought about signal turn in the supply service, greatly contributing to increasing their combat capability, he said, adding that the reality today proves in practice the validity of President Kim Il Sung's instruction that supply service precisely means a political work. He called for steadily holding fast to this work.
He had a photo session with the servicepersons of the unit.
He was accompanied by KPA Generals Ri Myong Su, Hyon Chol Hae and Pak Jae Gyong and Vice Department Director of the C.C. the WPK Hwang Pyong So.
International Meeting of Communist and Workers' Parties Held
Pyongyang, November 26 (KCNA) -- An international meeting of communist and workers' parties was held in Athens from Nov. 18 to 20 under the sponsorship of the Communist Party of Greece. It was participated in by 73 delegations and delegates of those parties from 60 countries.
Delegates, addressing the meeting, said that the DPRK is a fortress of socialism, adding that it is the noble duty of the world progressive political parties to support socialist Korea at present.
They underscored the need to wage a positive solidarity movement in various forms and methods for disclosing and condemning the frantic U.S. moves to isolate and stifle the DPRK.
A resolution on solidarity with the DPRK adopted at the meeting noted that the U.S. reckless moves to escalate the political and military tension on the Korean Peninsula, swimming against the trend of the times towards a free and peaceful new world, are touching off the unanimous resentment among the world progressives.
The resolution extended support to the Workers' Party of Korea and all the Korean people in their just struggle to pull down the barrier of division forced by foreign forces upon the Korean nation for more than half a century and achieve the independent and peaceful reunification of the country under the banner of the historic north-south joint declaration.
Meanwhile, the press release, the final document adopted at the meeting, pointed out that it extends firm solidarity to the DPRK exposed to sanctions, blockade and threat of invasion by the U.S.-led imperialist aggressor forces.
Unionists Call General Strike in South Korea
Pyongyang, November 26 (KCNA) -- The "Korean Railway Establishment and Public Corporation Workers' Union" went on a general strike on Nov. 22, according to the south Korean CBS.
The union, enraged at the persistent insincere attitude taken by the management side in the negotiations on the three rights of labor that had been under way since February, held a meeting in Kongju City, South Chungchong Province at which it declared it would stage the first phase general strike from Nov. 22.
Passage of Bill on Rice Negotiations Protested
Pyongyang, November 26 (KCNA) -- Farmers waged fierce struggles in Seoul and all other parts of the country as regards the south Korean authorities' railroading of the humiliating "bill on rice the negotiations" through the "National Assembly" on Nov. 23, according to the south Korean KBS, MBC and CBS.
Farmers in the area of Seoul were holding a rally in Youido from morning that day. Upon hearing the news that the "bill on the rice negotiations" was railroaded through the NA session, they broke into angry shouts and burnt a NA building cutout in effigy.
They marched toward the NA building, declaring that 3.5 million farmers would never forget this disgraceful day with resentment.
Meanwhile, farmers in 97 cities and counties in south Korea held regional farmers' rallies all at once.
They hardly repressed their indignation, saying that the year 2005 marked the lapse of 100 years since the five traitors of 1905 sold off the country and that day was a disgraceful day when the food sovereignty on this land was usurped. They vehemently denounced the crimes committed by the authorities against the people, burning rice sacks and destroying farm implements.
At the end of the rally they drove tractors and trucks on a highway demonstration in order to wage a large-scale struggle in Seoul.
More than 1,600 farmers belonging to North Kyongsang Provincial Federation of the south Korean Federation of Peasants Associations held a rally in Susong District, Taegu to oppose the NA ratification of the bill on the rice negotiations in front of the building of the North Kyongsang Provincial Office of the "Grand National Party".
The Central Federation of south Korean Agricultural Executives went to the office of the Uri Party and staged a strong protest against the carriage of the bill.
More than 30,000 riot police of at least 200 companies were rushed to the venues of the rallies and at entrances to highways, etc, where they walked off more than 400 farmers and arrested 124 of them.
KCNA Blasts CNN's Anti-DPRK Diatribe
Pyongyang, November 26 (KCNA) -- CNN is now acting a shock force in conducting the U.S. psychological campaign against the DPRK.
It aired a video tape which seriously misrepresented the independent and fair and aboveboard measures taken by the DPRK for enforcing laws, without confirming their truth.
The video tape is full of sheer lies negating the popular and class nature and the democratic principle of the DPRK's laws and tarnishing its image from A to Z.
CNN telecast without hesitation what other media hesitated to do so in the past. This clearly proves that the CNN has been reduced to a trumpeter and a political waiting maid for the U.S. administration.
The U.S. set in motion reptile media whenever its hostile policy toward the DPRK was caught in a cleft. This is its trite method.
Last year, too, the U.S. instigated the Washington Post to spread the story of "experiment of poisonous gas on human bodies" on the basis of "testimonies allegedly made by defectors from the north".
The U.S. has left no means untried to slander the DPRK, prompted by its inveterate rejection of the political system in it. After its unsuccessful attempt to force the DPRK to "scrap its nuclear program first" aimed to disarm it the U.S. has become frantic with orchestrating various forms of psychological operations.
The video tape the CNN broadcast at the instigation of the U.S. administration might be a product of its psychological campaign against the DPRK to realize a "regime change" in it.
It is nothing surprising that such video tape is aired in the U.S. as it is infamous for concocting the whole gamut of smear operations such as "human rights abuse", "drug smuggling", "human traffic" and "counterfeit money."
We are compelled to criticize the CNN styling itself the world's most independent broadcasting body, for having behaved so mean in pursuit of profits.
The CNN is losing popularity as the days go by although it had high audience rating in the world in the past. Much upset by this, the CNN staged such poor farce to improve its image.
But such farce only deprived it of objectivity, impartiality and independence in the international arena. The U.S. has lost both principle and interests.
No sooner had the video tape been broadcast than those who know about the DPRK even a bit claimed that the way of speaking and dressing of those who appeared on the screen and the background against which the scenes were shot were quite different from the reality in the DPRK, a clear proof of a sheer fabrication.
Whenever it visited the DPRK CNN blamed other Western media for their lack of impartiality and objectivity, asking the host to grant the right to cover events in the DPRK to it only.
So, the DPRK side allowed its press corps to visit it several times and provided it with every possible condition for news coverage.
However, recently CNN has broken faith with the DPRK, giving rise to a question as to whether it has done it, displeased with its opening the door to other media in the U.S. on the principle of ensuring broad-based nature of news coverage or because of the pressure from its authorities or prompted by its foolish calculation to improve its image with the adoption of the anti-DPRK "human rights resolution" at the UN as a momentum.
Through the recent farce the CNN dug its own grave.
CNN's behavior of serving the administration in its hostile policy toward the DPRK only revealed its despicable ulterior motive to prolong its dirty remaining days and make profits.
It is deplorable that CNN is in such a position to depart from objectivity and impartiality in its service, away from the basic press ethics.
The recent farce helped the DPRK know well about the reason why the international community does not trust CNN, terming it a prejudiced and self-justified reptile broadcasting service.
As far as the issue of enforcing state laws is concerned, the doctrine of "freedom and democracy" advocated by CNN may suit the specific reality in the U.S., the world's worst human rights abuser. But the DPRK has law and order and democracy of its own style which defend the ideology and system chosen by its own people and provide them with genuine human rights.
We do not deny the fact that the DPRK also has its own punishment system such as death penalty for those who committed felony by infringing upon its own sovereignty and system and people's life and property as is the case with many other countries.
But the DPRK does not use such barbaric execution method as the U.S. has used in different parts of the world in the present century as well as in the last century.
It is only the U.S. that is using such harsh torture and execution method as forcing the prisoner to sit on an electric chair, the method unanimously denounced by the world people.
We will not show any mercy to those who are hostile to the DPRK no matter how often the U.S. may cite its independent law enforcement measures for attaining its political purpose to bring down the inviolable and dignified political system in the DPRK.
All the facts go to clearly prove that its words that "it recognizes the DPRK as a sovereign state" and it "wants to normalize relations with it" are nothing but hypocrisy and its ambition to realize a "regime change" in the DPRK remains unchanged.
The DPRK will consolidate the single-minded unity of its people around the supreme headquarters as firm as a rock in order to frustrate the hostile forces' ever-more undisguised moves to isolate and stifle it.
U.S. Chief Negotiator's Irresponsible Remarks under Fire
Pyongyang, November 26 (KCNA) -- Christopher Hill, assistant secretary of State for East Asian and Pacific Affairs who is leading the U.S. delegation to the six-way talks reportedly made contradictory remarks about the DPRK at the round-table talks with student representatives of APEC member states on Nov. 19 after participating in the APEC summit talks held in Pusan.
He was reported to have made serious accusations against the DPRK, questioning even the reason why it exists. He went the lengths of asserting that north Korea seems to have no other objective than maintaining its power and its policy priority is so and so.
If it is true that the U.S. chief negotiator at the six-party talks made such remarks it is a very serious matter as they meant totally rejecting the ideology and system chosen by the people of the DPRK themselves.
Hill who claims to be clever let loose such outcries totally rejecting the system in the DPRK which its people consider as their life and soul. It is not clear whether he said so because of his lack of understanding of the DPRK or he was not aware of the world community's common understanding of the six-party talks.
He was mean enough to make such provocative remarks revealing the U.S. aim to bring down the system in the DPRK though he talked about a negotiated peaceful settlement at the negotiating table. This helps the DPRK guess what the U.S. really aims at negotiating with it.
The government of the DPRK and its system precisely mean the life and soul of the people as they were chosen by themselves.
Their present and future would be unthinkable without the DPRK and its system.
What Hill uttered is in contravention of the spirit of the Sept. 19 Joint Statement which calls for respecting each other's sovereignty and peaceful co-existence.
If one sits at the negotiating table in pursuance of "regime change" on the basis of the notion that there can be no co-existence though talks are under way, there naturally arises the question as to whether it is possible to continue talks with that one.
His logic meant the U.S. intention not to recognize the DPRK as a state.
He seems to consider the six-party talks not as the talks among states but as a mere discussion among non-governmental institutes for policy studies.
In the final analysis, Hill's utterances once again proved that the U.S. policy to stifle and overthrow the DPRK at any cost remains unchanged.
Otherwise, the president of the U.S. styling itself "super power" would not have backtracked from its international commitment and the U.S. chief negotiator would not have made such irresponsible remarks.
The U.S., however, seems to misunderstand the DPRK, intoxicated with its successes in bringing about "regime changes" in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Is it possible to discuss the issue of dismantling nuclear deterrent with those keen only to topple the system in the DPRK, showing not an iota of confidence in their dialogue partner?
Whenever the U.S. true colors are brought to light, the DPRK more keenly realizes the validity of the Songun policy and the importance of bolstering up its self-defensive deterrent for defending its system. The DPRK is very proud of its Songun policy and its military power.
The U.S. would be well advised to properly understand the Korean people struggling to defend their dearest socialist system under the uplifted banner of Songun.
Authorities' Offer of Land to U.S. Forces in S. Korea under Fire
Pyongyang, November 26 (KCNA) -- The All-People Measure Committee for Checking the Expansion of the U.S. Military Base in Phyongthaek, members of the Phaengsong Township Measure Committee against the Expansion of the U.S. Military Base and inhabitants in Phyongthaek on Nov. 23 staged a protest in Songnam, Kyonggi Province, against the authorities' approval of the resolution on offering land for the transfer and expansion of the U.S. military base in Phyongthaek, according to a news report.
They held a rally for checking the approval of the resolution in front of the entrance to the "Land Corporation" where a meeting of the "Central Committee for Land Expropriation" was under way. In the meantime, their representatives talked to those concerned over the issue.
But the committee held a meeting attended by its members only and passed the resolution, deceiving those representatives.
Upon hearing the news, representatives from all walks of life, members of civic and public organizations and inhabitants of Phyongthaek stated that it is little short of a death sentence passed to them and occupied the office of the "corporation" where they staged a sit-in strike till late at night.
Representatives of the All-People Measure Committee held a meeting for urgent measures there and called a press conference there.
In a press release they demanded the "government" totally reexamine the plan for the expansion of the U.S. military base and threatened to continue the sit-in strike there till their demands have been met.
Meanwhile, inhabitants of Phyongthaek held a candlelight meeting in front of the entrance to the "Land Corporation."
Halt to U.S. Smear Campaign against North Urged in S. Korea
Pyongyang, November 26 (KCNA) -- Song Hyo Won, chairperson of the south Korean Federation of University Student Councils (Hanchongryon), issued a statement on Tuesday denouncing the unreasonable adoption of a "resolution on human rights performance" in the north at the Third Committee of the UN General Assembly.
The "resolution" misinterpreted the north's stand of opposing the U.S. offensive against it under the pretext of "its human rights issue" as the former's "refusal to cooperate" with the international community and the UN., mentioning no word about the former's efforts as its old member, the statement noted, and continued:
The U.S. promised to take measures for normalizing the relations with the north in the joint statement adopted at the fourth round of the six-party talks. But it has escalated its campaign against the north, focusing on the so-called "the human rights issue in the north" in a bid to hamstring the implementation of the joint statement, chill the atmosphere of reconciliation and cooperation on the Korean Peninsula and, furthermore, isolate and bring down the north.
The statement urged the U.S. to stop at once its anti-north campaign over its "human rights issue" and earnestly opt for normalizing its relations with the north and help peace settle on the Korean Peninsula and in the rest of Northeast Asia in line with the Sept. 19 joint statement.
Hanchongryon will strongly react against the unjust "resolution" adopted under the manipulation of the U.S. and the human rights offensive and plots of America and the ultra-right forces against the north, declared the statement.
National Music and Dance Developed to Meet Modern Tastes in DPRK
Pyongyang, November 26 (KCNA) -- The Korean National Music and Dance Institute is working hard to find out and readjust the excellent heritages of national culture of the Korean people in view of historicism and develop to meet the tastes of the times.
The institute true to the intention of leader Kim Jong Il is making big efforts to represent folks songs in a new form of playing, keeping alive their own trills.
The institute made successful representation of folk songs including "Ryonggangginari", "Jangsangod Tharyong" and "Yangsando" to meet the modern tastes and made progress in the efforts to find out and readjust many folk dance rhythms such as "Girl of Koguryo" and "Dancers of mural paintings" that reflect the desire of the then people and their love for their hometowns and keep them in their origin.
It also works hard to find out and preserve the traditional dancing costumes to classify and systematize over 430 dancing costumes of more than one hundred dances in the chronological order and according to dancing pieces.
It set forth a book that give the working people and school youth and children a deep understanding of the national music and dance and a book explaining the songs dating back to the period of enlightenment which had been sung imbuing the people with patriotism and the idea of independence in the people despite the Japanese imperialists' moves to obliterate national culture.
Frantic War Preparations of U.S. and Japan under Fire
Pyongyang, November 26 (KCNA) -- The common use of military bases of the U.S. forces in Japan is part of the frantic war preparations stepped up by those forces and the Japan "Self-Defence Forces" (SDF) to carry out coordinated military operation.
Rodong Sinmun Saturday says this in a signed commentary.
It goes on:
The U.S. military bases in Japan serve as forward bases for carrying out the U.S. strategy for domination over Asia.
The U.S. is now going in the direction of readjusting and reinforcing all its military bases in Japan as required by its strategy for this region and the strategy for "anti-terrorism war", in particular. Part of these moves is to allow the "SDF" to use those military bases.
These moves to tighten the military nexus between the U.S. and Japan aimed at integrating military bases reveal their intention to reinforce their military alliance for aggression and wage a new war of aggression by allied force.
The above-mentioned military tie-up between the U.S. and Japan is aimed to round off their preparations for a new war against the DPRK. What the U.S. mainly seeks through this common use of the military bases is to successfully fight the war against the DPRK. At the outset of this century the Bush regime listed the DPRK as part "of the axis of evil" and a target of preemptive nuclear attack and has since intensified its offensive to stifle the DPRK by force in an unprecedented dimension.
The moves for the common use of military bases by the U.S. and Japan clearly suggest that their scenario for a new war on the Korean Peninsula has entered the phase of its implementation.
The Korean people are keeping themselves fully ready to cope with this situation with a high degree of vigilance. The U.S. and Japanese reactionaries would be well advised to stop their reckless war moves straining the situation and increasing the danger of war in this region.
All Koreans Urged to Remain True to Joint Declaration
Pyongyang, November 26 (KCNA) -- The cause of national reunification is a patriotic cause advancing and emerging victorious thanks to ardent patriotism and efforts of the members of the nation.
Patriotism displayed in the struggle for national reunification serves as a source of strength encouraging all the fellow countrymen in the sacred cause of achieving great national unity and national reunification. Rodong Sinmun today says this in a signed article. It goes on:
It is a proud tradition and spirit of the Koreans to ardently love the country and the nation and value its dignity more than anything else.
The Japanese imperialists committed unprecedentedly monstrous criminal acts to exterminate the Korean nation after occupying Korea.
The Korean people, however, protected their national identity, not yielding to them, and defeated the brigandish Japanese imperialists through a bloody struggle, thereby saving the destiny of the country and the nation.
Since the U.S. imperialists occupied south Korea by force of arms under the mask of "liberator" after the defeat of the Japanese imperialists, they have left no stone unturned to trample down upon the Korean sovereignty and wipe out the consciousness of independence of the south Korean people by pursuing a crafty policy for colonial domination and harsh fascist dictatorship there. However, the south Korean people have waged a ceaseless struggle for achieving independence against the U.S. in protest against the outside domination and subjugation in the spirit of the Korean nation.
The Koreans' common feelings and desire to put an end to the national division and achieve national reunification are fully reflected in the national sentiment and patriotic spirit of the Korean people.
Noblest and strongest are the patriotic idea and sentiments of the Koreans who love the country and the nation and value its dignity very much formed in the history spanning 5,000 years. No force on earth can wipe out the excellence of the homogeneous Korean nation and its national identity.
Underlining the need for the Koreans to cherish the precious tradition and stamina and fully display it in order to achieve the great national unity and the cause of national reunification without fail, the article concludes that it is the priority task for the Korean nation to uphold and implement the June 15 North-South Joint Declaration at present.

Pyongyang, November 26 (KCNA) -- Supreme Commander of the Korean People's Army Kim Jong Il, general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and chairman of the National Defence Commission of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, inspected KPA Unit 781.
He first saw materials on the unit's history of development.
Noting that the unit has performed exploits in the defence of the country and in socialist construction, he called for steadily upholding its glorious tradition and adding shine to it.
He learned about the unit's performance of duty before looking round its combat and technical equipment.
Going round the servicepersons' hall, a library and other entertainment and educational facilities, he acquainted himself with how the ideological education is being conducted among them. It is good that the unit has successfully built entertainment and educational facilities and effectively operated them to prepare servicepersons as staunch fighters standing guard over the country, he said.
Walking the compound of the barracks, he highly appreciated the patriotic spirit of the servicepersons of the unit, pleased to know that they are keeping them neat and tidy and created a thick woodland by planting hundreds of thousands of trees inside and outside the compound.
Every unit he visited is assiduously managing its economic life and making mountains and rivers of the country look beautiful, he said, adding that this stirring reality in the era of Songun is the shining fruition of ardent patriotism displayed by the servicepersons of the KPA.
He familiarized himself with the servicepersons' living, making the rounds of a mess hall, a kitchen, a non-staple food store, a food-processing room and other supply services facilities.
He highly appreciated the efforts made by the commanding officers of the unit, noting that they have gone among the soldiers to overcome difficulties and bottlenecks in reliance upon them and helped them solve knotty problems arising in their living in time, thus laying a good groundwork for their living even under the unfavorable geographical conditions and becoming a model for the whole army in the sideline farming, too.
He had a photo session with the servicepersons of the unit.
He was accompanied by Hwang Pyong So, vice department director of the C.C., the WPK.
