June 15 Joint Committee Meets

     Pyongyang, December 11 (KCNA) -- A report on the meeting of the Preparatory Committee for Joint Functions of Koreans in the North, South and Overseas for Implementing the June 15 Joint Declaration (June 15 Joint Committee) was made public in Shenyang, China on Saturday. The report said: A meeting of the June 15 Joint Committee was held in Shenyang, China from Dec. 9 to 10 amid the expectation and interest of the public at home and abroad.
    Present at the meeting were a delegation of the north side's preparatory committee headed by its Chairman An Kyong Ho, a delegation of the south side's preparatory committee headed by its Chairman Paek Rak Chong and a delegation of the overseas side's preparatory committee led by its Co-Chairmen Kwak Tong Ui and Mun Tong Hwan. The meeting recalled the fact that the committee successfully held grand festivals for national reunification in Pyongyang and Seoul in this significant year which greeted the 5th anniversary of the publication of the June 15 joint declaration and the 60th anniversary of the liberation of Korea to boost the atmosphere of national reconciliation, unity and reunification and make a great contribution to the nationwide movement for the reunification. Delegates of the north and the south and overseas preparatory committees had an in-depth discussion on the need for the joint committee to vigorously conduct the reunification movement in the future to live up to great expectation and trust of the whole nation and perform its duty and role as permanent solidarity organization for the reunification movement and agreed on the following points:
    1. They decided to rename the Preparatory Committee for Joint Functions of Koreans in the North, South and Overseas for Implementing the June 15 Joint Declaration the National Joint Committee for Implementing the June 15 Joint Declaration (June 15 National Joint Committee) as required by the developing reality.
    The regional preparatory committees in the north and the south and overseas will accordingly be renamed the North Side's Committee, South Side's Committee and Overseas Side's Committee for Implementing the June 15 Joint Declaration.
    2. They also decided to adopt and effectuate the Statute of the National Joint Committee for Implementing the June 15 Joint Declaration from Dec. 10 to more effectively operate the joint committee as a solidarity organization of the north and the south and overseas.
    3. Delegates of the north and the south and overseas sides expressed unanimous views on consolidating the achievements made in the reunification movement this year and bringing about a fresh turn in the movement for national independent reunification by the concerted efforts of the nation in 2006, too, under the banner of the June 15 joint declaration.

U.S. Scenario for Preemptive Nuclear Attack on DPRK Blasted

     Pyongyang, December 11 (KCNA) -- The U. S. imperialists recently decided to deploy the latest carrier "George Washington" in their naval base in Yokosuka, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. This was a revelation of their undisguised intention to mount a preemptive nuclear attack on the DPRK to invade and stifle it. Rodong Sinmun Sunday says this in a signed article.
    It goes on:
    The U. S. imperialists have turned south Korea into the biggest nuclear base in the Far East to threaten the DPRK with nukes and find a pretext for mounting a preemptive nuclear attack on it.
    Having massively deployed their nuclear forces in south Korea, they openly disclosed their intention to launch a preemptive nuclear attack on the DPRK in the event of "contingency."
    When starting the Korean war, U.S. President Truman ordered to work out a criminal plan for using atomic bombs in the war. It was stipulated in the "guidelines for the security" of the U.S. troops in south Korea that nuclear weapons are bound to be used should a war break out in Korea. This goes to clearly prove that the U.S. imperialists' preemptive nuclear attack on the DPRK is an established fact.
    The U.S. bellicose elements created serious nuclear crises on the Korean Peninsula in the 1990s and even in the new century. All of them were aimed at finding pretexts for mounting a preemptive nuclear attack on the DPRK.
    The present U.S. administration became more undisguised in its attempt at the preemptive nuclear attack on the DPRK. It suspended all dialogues and negotiations which had been under way in the period of the previous administration and listed the DPRK as a part of "an axis of evil" in its "State of the Union Address" for 2002. The U.S. also listed the DPRK as the target of its preemptive nuclear attack in March of the same year.
    As seen above, it is the unchangeable strategy and ambition of the U.S. imperialists to stifle the DPRK through a preemptive nuclear attack. It was none other than the U.S. that compelled the DPRK to bolster up its physical deterrent forces.
    If the United States truly wants a solution to the DPRK-U. S. nuclear issue, it should drop the above-said reckless intention and take practical steps for the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula.

Wysokie Branch of Poland-Korea Association Formed

     Pyongyang, December 10 (KCNA) -- The Wysokie Branch of the Poland-Korea Association was formed with due ceremony in Wysokie on Dec. 4. On display in the venue of the inaugural ceremony were works of leader Kim Jong Il, photos showing his immortal Songun leadership feats and photos and printed matters dealing with the progress made by the DPRK.
    At the ceremony the formation of the Wysokie Branch of the association was declared and Marek Smorowski was elected its chairman. Slaboy January Guzowski, member of the Central Committee of the Poland-Korea Association, at the ceremony referred to the originality and vitality of the Juche idea founded by President Kim Il Sung. He briefed its attendants on the situation on the Korean Peninsula, noting that the Korean people are pushing forward the building of a great prosperous powerful socialist nation and intensifying the struggle for Korea's reunification, while reliably guaranteeing peace and security in Northeast Asia including Korea with strong nuclear deterrent built under the Songun leadership of Kim Jong Il. The members of the branch warmly congratulate the Korean people on the 14th anniversary of Kim Jong Il's assumption of office as supreme commander of the Korean People's Army and the 88th birth anniversary of anti-Japanese war hero Kim Jong Suk, he noted. They wished the Korean people bigger success in their efforts to build a great prosperous powerful nation and accomplish the cause of national reunification under the leadership of Kim Jong Il.

"Rally on Human Rights Issue in North" Assailed in S. Korea

     Pyongyang, December 10 (KCNA) -- South Korean organizations including the South Headquarters of the National Alliance for the Country's Reunification, the Federation of south Korean Trade Unions, the south Korean Women's Association against the United States, the People for Achieving Peace and Reunification, the south Korean Council of Youth Organizations and the Pusan Solidarity for Implementing the South-North Joint Declaration and the chairperson of the south Korean Federation of University Student Councils and others in commentaries and statements issued on Dec. 6 and 7 denounced a "rally on the human rights issue in the north" in Seoul. The commentaries and statements termed the U.S. administration-sponsored rally a farce intended to create an atmosphere hostile to the north in the south under the pretext of the "human rights issue" and fool the Koreans and other peace-loving people of the world desirous of the implementation of the June 15 joint declaration and the joint statement adopted at the six-party talks.
    They charged that the call for the rally and the "human rights issue in the north" were based on sheer fabrications and lies.
    The commentaries and statements strongly demanded an immediate cancellation of the plan to hold the rally designed to incite confrontation with the north.

U.S. Brigandish Demand Rejected in S. Korea

     Pyongyang, December 10 (KCNA) -- The People for Achieving Peace and Reunification, the organization for peace against war in south Korea, reportedly held a press conference in Seoul on Dec 6 in protest against the "fifth south Korea-U.S. meeting on security policy initiative". The organization at the press conference charged that the U.S. seeks to realize the "strategic flexibility" of its forces present in south Korea and increase the role of the south Korea-U.S. "alliance" in return for transferring the "right to command the wartime operation" to the south Korean forces and tighten its control over them through this.
    The above-mentioned right cannot be an object of any bargaining as it is a matter pertaining to sovereignty, the organization held, declaring that it categorically rejects this U.S. brigandish demand and claim.

Authorities' Unreasonable Suppression under Fire in S. Korea

     Pyongyang, December 10 (KCNA) -- The south Korean Federation of University Student Councils reportedly issued a statement on Dec. 6 assailing the south Korean authorities for walking away students affiliated to the federation and personages from different social standings, more than 200, for staging a surprise demonstration in front of Chongwadae on Dec. 4 and investigating them. The statement termed this an anachronistic behavior of the south Korean authorities to cover up their murder of the farmer who was on protest against the opening of the rice market.
    The federation will carry on its actions to win back all people's rights to existence, the statement noted.

DPRK's Efforts for Peaceful Reunification Supported

     Pyongyang, December 10 (KCNA) -- We most sincerely wish the Workers' Party of Korea and the Korean people great successes in their struggle to apply the Juche idea and step up the building of a great prosperous powerful socialist nation under the wise guidance of leader Kim Jong Il, said General Secretary of the New Yugoslav Communist Party Branko Kitanovic and Chairman of the Workers' Party of Yugoslavia Petar Velickovic when meeting DPRK Ambassador Jo Sung Ju on Dec. 1. They highly praised the struggle waged by the WPK and the Korean people to build a great prosperous powerful socialist country and expressed support to their great efforts for self-reliant defence of the country.
    Congratulating all achievements made in the DPRK, they expressed full support to its struggle to achieve independent and peaceful reunification of the country, in particular.

S. Korean GNP Gentries' Hooliganism under Fire

     Pyongyang, December 10 (KCNA) -- The worst anti-reunification elements in south Korea committed such despicable vandalism as completely destroying the graveyard of unconverted long-term prisoners in Pogwang Temple, Phaju City, Kyonggi Province on Dec. 5. In this regard Rodong Sinmun Saturday in a signed commentary says:
    The unconverted long-term prisoners deserve to be praised by society and the people as patriotic martyrs for reunification as they dedicated themselves to the country and the Korean nation. However, those elements committed double murder of those prisoners. They are the ruffians utterly indifferent to the country and the nation and bereft of ethics.
    The recent vandalism was instigated and wirepulled by none other than the GNP, a group of wicked anti-reunification conservative elements. The area devoted to honoring unconverted long-term prisoners has become an object of argument due to "the assertion about ideology and political coloring" since it was built by a religious organization of south Korea in May. This was attributable to the far-fetched assertion and provocation on the part of the ultra-right conservatives including the GNP. Some days before the occurrence of the vandalism, Kang Jae Sop, floor leader of the GNP, taking issue with the graveyard of unconverted long-term prisoners, talked nonsense at a meeting of the party leadership that it was little short of totally negating the "nature of the system" to praise the unconverted long-term prisoners "who were operatives sent to the south or guerillas" as patriotic martyrs for reunification. He was reported to have urged the authorities to take responsible measures in that regard. He went the lengths of asserting that the GNP would send lawmakers from the party to the spot to make an investigation into it in a bid to make the issue more complicated.
    This goes to prove that the hideous vandalism was perpetrated by fascist rascals at the undisguised instigation of the GNP and on its scenario. The recent case teaches all Koreans a bitter lesson that if they allow the anti-reunification conservative forces including the GNP to go reckless, south Korea can never be in peace nor can the inter-Korean relations make smooth progress and the Korean nation is bound to undergo greater disasters. These forces can never go scot-free but face a stern judgment of the nation and history as they do not hesitate to trample down upon ethics and morality in a bid to cover up their crime-woven past and prolong their dirty remaining days.

Anti-DPRK Reckless Remarks of U.S. Ambassador in Seoul under Fire

     Pyongyang, December 10 (KCNA) -- The new U.S. ambassador in Seoul at a seminar held in Seoul on Dec. 7 dared slander the DPRK as a "criminal state." A spokesman for the Committee for the Peaceful Reunification of the Fatherland answering a question raised by KCNA on Dec. 9 in this regard said that the successive U.S. ambassadors in Seoul have never made such virulent outcries as those let loose by the new U.S. ambassador. What he uttered is an intolerable provocation and insult to the political system in the DPRK and its dignity and a very serious development that fundamentally overturned the spirit of the joint statement adopted at the fourth round of the six-party talks, the statement noted, and went on:
    The recent case glaringly revealed once again the ulterior aggressive design of the U.S. to stifle the DPRK at any cost. This clearly proved that nothing has changed in its hostile policy toward the DPRK although it signed the joint statement at the six-party talks.
    As far as the criminal state touted by the U.S. is concerned, it is the biggest criminal state.
    It was none other than the U.S. that drenched the world in blood under the pretext of "combating terrorism" and inflicted the whole gamut of misfortune and disaster upon the Korean nation while keeping south Korea under its occupation for 60 years. Such arch criminal known worldwide dares slander the DPRK, a country dignified with independence and justice, as a "criminal state." This is like a thief crying "Stop the thief."
    The DPRK will regard his utterance as a sort of provocative declaration of a war against the whole Korean nation and will mercilessly retaliate against it. South Koreans from all parties, groupings and strata should force him to stand in the Jongro Intersection, punish him in the name of the nation and immediately expel him from their land.

Repeal of NSL Urged in S. Korea

     Pyongyang, December 10 (KCNA) -- We can no longer recognize the "National Security Law", a law dating back to the old era that diametrically runs counter to the trend of the times but demand that it be abolished. This was declared at a press conference held in front of the building of the "Kukmin Bank" in Youido, Seoul on Dec. 1 under the sponsorship of the People's Solidarity for the Abolition of the NSL in south Korea, 57 years after the fabrication of the law. The secretary general of the solidarity, the permanent chairman of the "National Alliance for Democracy and Reunification," the chairman of the South Headquarters of the National Alliance for the Country's Reunification, the honorary chairman of the League of the Movement for National Reconciliation and other speakers said that the law has earned ill fame because it has been used as a means of opposing peace and reunification since its fabrication. It has also been used as a political lever for promoting the interests of pro-U.S. and conservative political forces, they said, calling for abolishing the law at any cost and advancing towards the era for genuine peace, democracy and human rights.
    "A 2005 declaration of democratic figures for the abolition of the NSL" on behalf of 6,745 of them was made public at the press conference.

Koreans Called upon to Advance Guided by Idea of "By Our Nation Itself."

     Pyongyang, December 10 (KCNA) -- The idea of "By our nation itself", the basic idea in the era of independent reunification, serves as a motive force enabling all members of the nation to discharge their responsibility and role in the movement for national reunification and a source of strength for victoriously advancing the movement, says Rodong Sinmun today in a signed article. The Korean nation's movement for independent reunification has turned into a nationwide movement which involves all the Koreans, be they persons in authority or common people, irrespective of their ideology, political views and religious beliefs, the article says, adding:
    It has become a major trend of the history of the nation to advance guided by the idea of "By our nation itself." The historic June 15 joint declaration serves as a landmark for national reunification in the 21st century as it is a declaration on the independent reunification of the nation in which the Koreans in the north and the south committed themselves to solve the issue of national reunification independently by their concerted efforts.
    The basic spirit of the joint declaration is the idea of "By our nation itself."
    If Koreans are to discharge their responsibility and role in the issue of reunification, they should unite as one among other things. They have improved the inter-Korean relations and advanced the movement for national reunification since the publication of the joint declaration despite outsiders' vicious challenges to reunification. These successes and experience gained in it clearly prove that Koreans in the north and the south can reunify the country independently just as desired and required by the nation only when they fully discharge their responsibility and role in close unity as parties responsible for reunification. Herein lies the cause why the idea of "By our nation itself" serves as a motive force enabling all the Koreans to discharge their responsibility and role in the movement for national reunification.
    The idea also serves as a source of strength enabling the Koreans to wage the movement for national reunification as a nationwide patriotic movement, the article says, stressing the need for all the Koreans to hold high the banner of "By our nation itself" and vigorously advance the movement for reconciliation, cooperation and reunification under that banner no matter how desperately the anti-reunification forces at home and abroad may work.

Respecting Human Rights Called for

     Pyongyang, December 10 (KCNA) -- Rodong Sinmun today dedicates a signed article to the world day of human rights. The biggest achievement made in the struggle to build a new world in which human rights are respected is that the man-centered socialist system, the first of its kind in the world, has been established and consolidated in the DPRK, the article says, and goes on:
    The U.S. and its allies have slandered and checked the achievements and experience gained by the DPRK and other developing countries as regards the human rights from spreading to the international community.
    The U.S. and some western forces try to mock and infringe upon the sovereignty of anti-imperialist and independent countries, putting human rights over sovereignty. The U.S. is applying unjust double standards in the field of human rights while taking issue with human rights of other countries and styling itself the human rights judge which no one admits. Rigmarole on human rights made by the U.S. and some other Western forces is, in essence, the theory of overturn of system, regime change and a prelude to aggression.
    They have serious human rights problems although they say this or that about "human rights" issue of other countries. The U.S. is the worst human rights abuser of the world.
    Even in the new century the U.S. unhesitatingly committed such hideous human rights abuses as undisguised aggression on sovereign states and massacre of innocent civilians.
    That is not all. It was recently disclosed that the U.S. has operated secret prisons in European countries and CIA airplanes have used airports in those countries to carry POWs from Iraq, Afghanistan and other areas. This has sparked off a big furor worldwide.
    The U.S. is now treating prisoners barbarously at its forces' concentration camps overseas including the Guantanamo naval base. Like this, the U.S. is covering up its human rights abuses while faking up and taking issue with human rights of other countries. It is using them as a pretext for aggression, pressure and interference.
    Human rights precisely mean the right of the state, the article says, adding that the Songun banner held high by the Koreans is greatly encouraging the world people in their efforts to build a new world in which human rights are respected in the new century.

3rd Video Meetings of Separated Families and Relatives of North and South Held

     Pyongyang, December 10 (KCNA) -- The 3rd video meetings of separated families and relatives of the north and the south were held on Dec. 8 and 9. When the meetings started, the families and relatives of the north and the south talked to each other about the path of life covered by them and exchanged long pent-up inmost thoughts, showing photos of their families and relatives.
    Those from the north side proudly told their kin from the south that they have fully enjoyed a worthwhile life under the warm care of leader Kim Jong Il and devoted themselves to building a great prosperous powerful socialist nation.
    The separated families and relatives of the north and the south in their video meetings resolved in unison to pool their efforts to put an end to the tragedy of national division and bring earlier the day when they will live all together in happiness in the reunified country free from outside forces.

Political Advisor to Swedish PM Leaves

     Pyongyang, December 10 (KCNA) -- Kent Harstedt, political advisor to the Swedish Prime Minister, left here for home by air on Saturday after winding up his five-day visit to the DPRK. While staying here he visited Mangyongdae and the Grand People's Study House.

Greetings to President of Burkina Faso

     Pyongyang, December 10 (KCNA) -- Kim Yong Nam, president of the Presidium of the DPRK Supreme People's Assembly, sent a message of greetings to Blaise Compaore, president of Burkina Faso, on Dec. 8 on the occasion of its national day. The message expressed the conviction that the friendly and cooperative relations that exist between the two countries would grow stronger and sincerely wished him bigger success in his work for peace and economic progress of the country.

     Pyongyang, December 10 (KCNA) -- A delegation of Kim Chaek University of Technology led by President Hong So Hon left here today to visit China and a delegation of the Korean Union of Architects led by Vice-Chairman of its Central Committee Pak Kil U to visit Mongolia. A delegation of the Swedish Foreign Ministry led by Ruth Jacoby arrived here today.

FM Spokesman Blasts Virulent Outcries of U.S. Ambassador to S. Korea

     Pyongyang, December 10 (KCNA) -- A spokesman for the DPRK Foreign Ministry gave the following answer to a question raised by KCNA on Dec. 10 to denounce the U.S. Ambassador to s. Korea Bershbow for letting loose virulent outcries against the DPRK recently: Explicitly speaking, the U.S. tops the world's list of criminal states.
    Bershbow and other officials within the Bush administration have vied with each other to cook up sheer lies and paint other countries as rogue states. This is nothing but a poor trick employed by the Bush group to get rid of the deplorable position it is now finding itself due to countless misdeeds it has committed at home and abroad. His remarks strongly suggest that the present U.S. administration is made up of political imbeciles and master hands at faking up lies. Policies in the U.S. are made by such rude and dangerous guys of illiteracy that the DPRK had no option but to build up nuclear deterrent to defend itself. Ours will serve as an appropriate means for dealing with such guys as Bershbow.
    The U.S. is now overturning the basic principles of the joint statement reached at the six-party talks one by one. It scuttled the DPRK-U.S. financial talks, in particular, holding off the six-party talks for an indefinite period. It, at the same time, has stepped up its preparations for preempting a nuclear attack on the DPRK since the publication of the joint statement, an indication that it has no interest in the negotiated settlement of the nuclear issue.
    The anti-DPRK smear campaigns of the Bush group getting more undisguised these days as clearly evidenced by Bershbow's malarkey go to prove that those farces were staged under its premeditated scenarios to deter the DPRK from going to the six-party talks and lead them to a final collapse. The prospect of the six-party talks' resumption and progress will entirely depend on the U.S. attitude.

Kim Jong Il inspecciona Unidad No. 667 del EPC

     Pyongyang, 10 de diciembre (ATCC) -- El Dirigente Kim Jong Il, Secretario General del Partido del Trabajo de Corea, Presidente del Comite de Defensa Nacional de la Republica Popular Democratica de Corea y Comandante Supremo del Ejercito Popular de Corea, inspecciono la Unidad No. 667 del EPC que ostenta el titulo de Septimo Regimiento de O Jung Hup. Tras recibir el parte de recepcion subio al puesto de mando avanzado donde al admirar la zona de defensa se entero en detalle de la topografia y objetos terrestres y escucho el informe de la situacion del jefe de la unidad.
    Se mostro muy satisfecho de que la unidad defiende seguramente la linea avanzada de la patria e indico las tareas que se presentan para fortalecer por todos los medios la combatividad de la unidad.
    Senalo que los militares deben mantener la tension combativa para defender ferreamente el socialismo coreano centrado en las masas populares. Hizo conocimiento del estado de ejecucion del programa de ejercicios de la unidad y elogio a los soldados quienes con un elevado entusiasmo se entregan al entrenamiento para formarse como combatientes de uno contra ciento.
    Evaluo altamente el hecho de que la unidad, al concentrar todas sus fuerzas al ejercicio, inculca a los miembros de mando y soldados los metodos combate y la capacidad combativa practica y dijo que el primer deber revolucionario de los militares es realizar bien los ejercicios.
    Al recorrer la sala de educacion, el dormitorio, el comedor, la cocina, la sala de elaboracion e instalaciones culturales y educativas, se entero de las condiciones de alojamiento y servicio de comida, la vida cultural de los soldados y el estado de uso de la tabla de presentacion de homenajeados y el periodico mural y los demas detalles de la vida. Se encontro con los oficiales para prodigar infinito amor y benevolencia a los militares preguntandoles personalmente por los problemas que se presentan en la vida de estos.
    Al caminar a pie por el recinto, vio el cuartel y los edificios rodeados de los arboles frutales de toda clase y su contorno bien arreglado y evaluo altamente los meritos de los oficiales y soldados mostrandose muy regocijado de que estos con el ardiente amor a la patria acondicionaron excelentemente sus puestos. El Comandante Supremo se fotografio junto a los militares de la unidad.

CRPP denuncia al nuevo embajador de EE.UU. en Sur de Corea

    @Pyongyang, 10 de diciembre (ATCC) -- En un seminario efectuado el dia 7 en Seul, el nuevo embajador norteamericano acreditado en el Sur de Corea se atrevio a tildar a la Republica Popular Democratica de Corea del "pais criminal". Al respecto, un reportero de la Agencia Telegrafica Central de Corea formulo una pregunta al portavoz del Comite por la Reunificacion Pacifica de la Patria (CRPP) quien le respondio el dia 9 como lo siguiente:
    Los improperios del nuevo embajador yanqui, que ninguno de sus antecesores se atrevio a pronunciar, resultan un insoportable insulto y provocacion al sistema y la dignidad de la RPDC y un desafio al espiritu de la Declaracion Conjunta aprobada en la cuarta ronda de conversaciones a 6 bandas. Ademas, reflejan la intencion agresiva de EE.UU. de aplastar a toda costa a la RPDC. Al mismo tiempo, demuestran que no hay ningun cambio en la politica norteamericana de hostilidad a la RPDC aunque EE.UU. ha firmado la citada Declaracion Conjunta.
    Pero, el pais criminal es precisamente EE.UU.
    Hoy dia, este pais criminal de peor calana metio el mundo en un bano de sangre bajo el pretexto de "exterminio del terrorismo" e impone desgracias y desastres de todo tipo a la nacion coreana durante los 60 anos de la presencia de sus uniformados en el suelo surcoreano.
    Sin embargo, el muy fresco Tio Sam osa calificar de "criminal" a la RPDC, digna por su espiritu independiente y de defensa de la justicia, como si un ladron intentara pegar a la victima.
    La RPDC respondera con un duro contragolpe al embajador gringo tomando por la provocativa "declaracion de guerra" su perorata. Los partidos, fracciones y habitantes de diferentes estratos del Sur de Corea deben juzgarlo en la centrica avenida Jongro y dictar el fallo de desterrarlo inmediatamente.

     Pyongyang, 10 de diciembre (ATCC) -- Tuvo lugar los dias 8 y 9 el tercer encuentro audiovisual entre los familiares y parientes separados del Norte y el Sur de Corea. Estos hablaron de trayectorias de su vida y mostraron las fotos de los familiares y parientes.
    Los participantes de la parte Norte hablaron con dignidad a sus familiares y parientes de la parte Sur el hecho de que gozan de una vida dichosa en el regazo del Dirigente Kim Jong Il y dedican todo lo suyo a la construccion de una gran potencia prospera socialista.
    En la ocasion, los familiares y parientes del Norte y el Sur fueron unanimes en decir que es preciso terminar lo mas pronto posible la tragedia de la division nacional con las fuerzas unidas de ambas partes y adelantar el dia de vivir felizmente en el territorio reunificado exento de las fuerzas extranjeras.

Rodong Sinmun tilda de villanos a los elementos anti-reunificacion

    @Pyongyang, 10 de diciembre (ATCC) -- El pasado dia 5, los connotados elementos anti-reunificacion del Sur de Corea destruyeron totalmente la zona de tumbas de los ex presos de larga condena no abjurados, situada en el templo Pogwang de la ciudad de Phaju de la provincia de Kyonggi. Al respecto el diario Rodong Sinmun publico en su edicion del dia 10 un comentario individual que senala en particular:
    Realmente, los ex presos de larga condena no abjurados merecen elogios y respeto de la sociedad siendo patriotas quienes dedicaron todo lo suyo a la patria, el pueblo y la reunificacion.
    Sin embargo, esos villanos, que se desinteresan por el destino del pais y la nacion y no saben lo que es la etica, cometieron sin escrupulos esa salvajada de matarlos dos veces.
    Quienes orquestaron esta barbaridad entre bastidores son los compinches del "partido Hannara", integrado por los peores conservadores opuestos a la reunificacion.
    Apenas terminada en mayo ultimo la construccion de la zona en cuestion por una entidad religiosa surcoreana, las fuerzas conservadoras ultraderechistas lideradas por el "Hannara" comenzaron a criticar absurdamente que esta obra tiene "ideologia y matiz diferentes". Pocos dias antes del surgimiento del incidente, en una llamada "reunion de los principales cuadros del partido Hannara", el delegado de esta entidad en la "Asamblea Nacional" Kang Jae Sop cuestiono la edificacion de dicha zona aduciendo que "enaltecer como patriotas por la reunificacion a los ex presos de larga condena no abjurados, quienes fueron antes agentes enviados al Sur y guerrilleros, deviene la negacion total a la " y amenazo a las autoridades surcoreanas con palabras intimidantes tales como "esperamos que procedan de modo responsable".
    Ademas, complico mas el problema al procurar que enviaria a los "parlamentarios" militantes del mismo partido para investigar la situacion en el propio terreno de construccion. En fin, se trata de una monstruosa fechoria de los pandilleros fascistas estimulados por el "Hannara". En fin, este incidente enseno a la nacion coreana una seria leccion de que si dejamos intactas a las fuerzas conservadoras anti-reunificacion como el "partido Hannara", no podra vivir en paz el Sur de Corea, ni se desarrollaran sin complicaciones las relaciones Norte-Sur y seran cada vez mas grandes los desastres que recaeran sobre la nacion coreana.
    La nacion coreana y la historia castigaran severamente a esos elementos inmorales que violan sin vacilacion alguna la etica para encubrir su expediente criminal del pasado y alargar su sucia vida.
