Group for Study of Juche Idea Formed in Russia

     Pyongyang, April 27 (KCNA) -- An inaugural ceremony of the Group for the Study of the Juche Idea of a company in Khabarovsk Territory of Russia was held on Apr. 15. Seen on the front wall of the venue of the ceremony were portraits of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il and a photo of the leader shaking hands with Russian President Putin.
    The participants laid a floral basket and bouquets before the portraits before paying tribute to them.
    The general director of the company who was elected the chief of the group said he was very pleased to inaugurate the group for the study of the Juche idea on the significant day, adding:
    The Juche idea scientifically clarifies the position and role of man in the world and how to build a new society.

Greetings to Secretary General of C.C., Communist Party of Vietnam

     Pyongyang, April 27 (KCNA) -- The Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea on Wednesday sent a congratulatory message to Nong Duc Manh upon his reelection as secretary general of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam. The message noted that his reelection is an expression of deep trust of all the members of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the Vietnamese people in him. Expressing the belief that the friendly and cooperative relations between the two parties would develop as desired by the peoples of the two countries, the message wished the secretary general great success in his responsible work for the strengthening and development of the Party and the implementation of the decision of the 10th Party Congress.

Iranians Mark KPA Birthday

     Pyongyang, April 27 (KCNA) -- Iranian Ambassador to the DPRK Jalaleddin Namini Mianji hosted a reception at the embassy here on Wednesday to mark the 74th birthday of the heroic Korean People's Army. Present there on invitation were general officers and officers of the KPA. On hand were staff members of the Iranian embassy.

U.S. Sanctions Get It Nowhere

     Pyongyang, April 27 (KCNA) -- The U.S. was reported to have asked Japan and its allies for cooperation in the efforts to make its sanctions against the DPRK more effective, while working hard to escalate them. Minju Joson Thursday observes in a signed commentary in this regard: This indicates that the U.S. is clinging to the policy of confrontation and pressure based on the theory of strength, far from trying to settle the issues related to the DPRK through the building of mutual confidence.
    It is the calculation of the U.S. that the DPRK will cave in and comply with its brigandish demand if it puts sustained strong sanctions and pressure on it in various aspects.
    This is, however, nothing but a foolish thinking disclosing its ignorance of the dialogue partner.
    The U.S. loud-mouthed financial sanctions and sanctions against north Korean ships only go to clearly prove that it is so preoccupied with the theory of strength that it is utterly insensitive to the reality and not yet awake from its sleep. The U.S. is pressurizing the DPRK to dismantle its nuclear weapons first and committing all sorts of provocations including military pressure and economic sanctions in a bid to achieve its unilateral designs.
    It has now gone so crafty as to use financial sanctions against the DPRK as leverage for pressurizing China to change its financial policy in its favor. In other words, it seeks to attack China's financial institutions under the pretext of the DPRK's "illegal transactions" with China's banks in a bid to urge the Chinese government to agree to appreciating Renminbi and thus cover the deficit in its trade with China. Sanctions are not a cure-all and there would be no more serious political mistake in its relations with the DPRK than this, the commentary notes, and stresses: The more tightened sanctions of the U.S. would only reinforce the DPRK's tough stand against the U.S. and encourage it to more dynamically advance along the path chosen by it.

Japanese Reactionaries' Moves to Seize Tok Islet under Fire

     Pyongyang, April 27 (KCNA) -- The Japanese reactionaries informed the International Hydrographic Organization of their plan to conduct a marine survey in waters off Tok Islet. They blustered that any attempt to check this survey would be a gross violation of international law. Rodong Sinmun today in a signed article terms this a shameless act that can be done only by those seized by the wild ambition to grab other countries' territories. It goes on: It is a well-known historical fact that the Japanese militarists sent "Unyo-Maru" to the waters off Kanghwa Island in 1875 under the pretexts of survey and interview, a provocation against Korea, and, availing themselves of this opportunity, systematically committed invasion of it.
    It is only those accustomed to overseas aggression who insist other countries' territories belong to them.
    Japan uses "marine survey" and "exploration" in the waters off Tok Islet as its pretexts this time but no one can vouch that it will not become so arrogant as to assert that its force should land on the islet to conduct a geological survey there. It is quite obvious why the Japanese reactionaries set their eyes upon Tok Islet. The economic value of the islet is not the mere reason why they are giving their eye-teeth for the islet.
    The islet is of great military and strategic importance as it is situated close to the Korean Peninsula. It is the calculation of Japan that while frequently raising the issue of the islet it will bring the issue to the International Court of Justice one day. The Japanese reactionaries are sadly mistaken if they calculate they can get something by making Tok Islet, an alienable part of the territory of Korea, an internationally disputed islet with such poor trick.
    The Korean people will never allow them to realize their territorial ambition to grab Tok Islet.
    Japan's reckless moves for territorial expansion and its operation to seize Tok Islet is a product of the U.S.-Japan collusion and conspiracy. The Japanese reactionaries would be well advised to give up their attempt to seize the islet.

Dangerous Attempt of Nuclear War Fanatics under Fire

     Pyongyang, April 27 (KCNA) -- It is as clear as noonday that the U.S. imperialists will be engulfed in the flames of a nuclear war if they launch it against humankind. The Bush administration had better stop the foolish act of inviting misfortune. Rodong Sinmun Thursday says this in a signed commentary. Accusing the Bush administration of having planned to produce 125 nuclear weapons of new type every year and decided to establish a comprehensive nuclear substance production centre to this end, and seeking to use nuclear weapons as conventional weapons in all wars, the commentary goes on:
    The U.S. is posing the danger of a nuclear war to the world while stepping up the development and production of new type nuclear weapons behind the scene of "nuclear disarmament".
    The bellicose Bush forces cry for new "danger" to justify their criminal nuclear war policy. Such "danger" is, in essence, just a pretext for a preemptive nuclear attack. They have already designated anti-imperialist independent countries including the DPRK and even nuclear weapons states as targets of their nuclear attack. The reality teaches the countries aspiring after independence and peace to increase their military capacity to cope with the U.S. imperialists' reckless moves for a nuclear war.
    The Korean people will bolster war deterrent to cope with the U.S. intensified nuclear war moves and thus reliably defend the gains of revolution and socialism.

Rodong Sinmun Censures Theory of "Multiracial Society"

     Pyongyang, April 27 (KCNA) -- A strange farce to hamstring the essential characters of the Korean nation and seek for "multiracial society" is now being held in south Korea. In this regard Rodong Sinmun today runs a signed commentary, which censures the farce as an unpardonable bid to negate the homogeneity of the nation, make south Korea multiracial and Americanize it. To deny the peculiarity and advantages of the homogeneous nation now that dominationism and colonialism are posing a threat to the destiny of weak nations is a treacherous act of weakening the spirit of the nation, the commentary says, and goes on: The south Korean pro-American traitorous forces advocating the theory of "multiracial society" are riffraffs who have not an iota of national soul, to say nothing of the elementary understanding of the view on the nation and social and historic development.
    If the homogeneity of the nation is not kept, the nation and the destiny of individuals cannot be defended from the U.S. dominationist moves and the attempt of the Japanese reactionaries for invasion of Korea, which is revealed in their claim to Tok Islet, cannot be checked.
    The theory of "multiracial society" is a poison and anti-reunification logic aimed to emasculate the basic idea in the era of independent reunification. The anti-national logic is advocated in south Korea, contrary to the aspiration of the fellow countrymen. This is ascribable to the criminal attempt of the pro-American elements including the Grand National Party to make the north and the south different in lineages, block the June 15 era of reunification and seek the permanent division of the nation and the manipulation of the U.S. behind the scene.
    The commentary calls upon the people from all walks of life in south Korea to decisively reject the anti-national moves of the sycophantic traitorous forces to tarnish the lineage of the Korean nation and obliterate it, bereft of the Juche character and national character.

Efforts Directed to Preserve Cultural Remains

     Pyongyang, April 27 (KCNA) -- April and November every year have been set as months for preserving cultural remains in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. In this April the management offices for cultural remains across the country are striving to manage and preserve well the historical relics and remains associated with wisdom and talent of the nation.
    In Pyongyang city, efforts are being exerted to keep a lot of historical relics in the area of Mt. Taesong and other parts of the city including the mausoleums of King Tangun and King Tongmyong in their origin and to arrange their surroundings well. People in South and North Hwanghae Provinces are taking good care of the Samsong Temple in Mt. Kuwol, ancient tomb No.3 in Anak, fort in Mt. Jongbang, Songbul Temple and other historical relics and have built cultural recreation grounds for visitors. Over 20 historical relics are being repaired and arranged in North Hamgyong Province. And Kaesong City has repaired roofs of more than 30 buildings and forts, heaped earth over tens of old mounds and repainted structures colorfully.
    The management and preservation institutions for cultural remains throughout the country are taking measures to guide the mass campaign in a technical way.

Pyongyang Middle School No.1

     Pyongyang, April 27 (KCNA) -- Twenty two years have elapsed since Kim Jong Il gave on-the-spot guidance to Pyongyang Middle School No. 1 on April 28, Juche 73 (1984) in spite of the rain. That day he acquainted himself with the school affairs in detail and convened a consultative meeting of leading officials in the field of education to deliver a historic speech on reinforcing the school.
    He, in the speech, set forth concrete tasks and ways to convert the school into a center for training talents. He clarified how to form the education contents, work out teaching program, raise teachers' quality and to arrange educational environment. Anniversary of Kim Jong Il's Work Marked

     Pyongyang, April 27 (KCNA) -- A seminar of literature and art was held at the State Drama Theater on April 26 to mark the 10th anniversary of leader Kim Jong Il's famous work "Let's Create More Masterpieces in the Field of Literature and Art." At the seminar 5 theses were presented to prove the originality, validity and vitality of the idea and theory Kim Jong Il expounded in his work.
    The speakers said the work serves as a militant banner of literature and art for the Songun revolution which indicates the way of creating masterpieces. Referring to the originality and validity of the idea and theory on improving qualifications clarified in the work, they proved with concrete facts that overall and new clarification of the idea and theory ensured a firm guarantee for the creation of masterpieces and made it possible to create world-famous masterpieces as required by the new century.

Resolute Anti-U.S. Patriotic Struggle Called for

     Pyongyang, April 27 (KCNA) -- A struggle for independent reunification for driving the foreign forces out of south Korea and establishing national sovereignty throughout Korea is bound to be accompanied by an anti-U.S. struggle. The independent reunification of Korea can be achieved only through a resolute anti-U.S. patriotic struggle. Rodong Sinmun Thursday says this in a signed article. It goes on:
    The Korean nation's cause of independent reunification represents a struggle against the U.S. standing in its way. The U.S. is chiefly responsible for the split of the Korean nation and a main obstacle to reunification. But for the U.S. occupation, the issue of national reunification would not have cropped up and Koreans would have fully demonstrated their dignity and honor as a homogenous nation.
    The ulterior motive of the U.S. is to keep Korea divided into two and fish in troubled waters.
    The U.S. seeks to perpetuate the split of the Korean nation as it considers the Korean Peninsula as an advanced base for carrying out its strategy for supremacy in Northeast Asia.
    The present Bush administration's policy towards the DPRK is an extremely dangerous and high-handed policy of aggression as it is set to resort to means to exterminate the Korean nation.
    The Bush group, displeased with the inter-Korean relations that have favorably improved since the adoption of the north-south joint declaration, has left no means untried to block reconciliation and unity among Koreans. The desperate efforts made by the U.S. to bring down the DPRK are clearly evidenced by the outcries made by Bush listing the DPRK as part of "an axis of evil", its announcement of the "nuclear posture review report" which made a preemptive nuclear attack on the DPRK an established fact, the largest-ever test nuclear war exercises staged by it, its dangerous attempt to escalate its "anti-terrorism war" into the Korean Peninsula, its ceaseless nuclear racket against the DPRK and its moves to lay a siege to the DPRK behind the scene, etc. All Koreans who wish to be independent and want to exalt the national dignity should turn out as one in nationwide anti-U.S. resistance and drive the U.S. imperialist aggressors out of south Korea.

DPRK Women Table-Tennis Team Proves Successful at World Championships

     Pyongyang, April 27 (KCNA) -- The DPRK women team defeated the French and Hungarian teams in preliminary group matches of the 48th World Table-Tennis Championships now under way in Germany. It overwhelmed the French team 3:0 and the Hungarian team 3:1 in the matches on April 24 and 25.
    Participating in the preliminary group matches are ace teams from more than 20 countries and regions of the world.
    The DPRK team belongs to the preliminary group B that includes teams from Hong Kong of China, Taipei of China, Poland, France and Hungary.

U.S. Plan to Reorganize UN Command Blasted

     Pyongyang, April 27 (KCNA) -- If the U.S. seek to ignite the second Korean war by introducing multinational forces despite our repeated warnings, the army of the DPRK will have no option but to take a decisive and resolute measure to contain them before they go into action, warned a spokesman for the Panmunjom mission of the Korean People's Army in a statement on Thursday assailing the U.S. plan to reorganize the "UN Command" into a "multinational coalition command" on an expansion basis. The statement continued:
    The U.S. brought military personnel from those countries which participated in the Korean war to south Korea under the nonsensical pretext that duties for the implementation of the Armistice Agreement have increased. It allows them to interfere in the activities of officials concerned of the north and the south on the railways and roads under the joint control of the north and the south and even permits them to strut about in the joint security area in Panmunjom under the guise of "guides for visitors". These disturbing moves of the U.S. allies before and after the U.S. announcement of its plan for the reorganization of the "UN Command" go to clearly prove that the U.S. has already begun its operation to build a framework of "the multinational coalition command".
    The "UN Command" is nothing but a by-product from the armistice mechanism, which should have been dismantled long ago. Yet, the U.S. mulls reorganizing it on an expansion basis. This is a high-handed practice swimming against the trend of the times and defying the demand of the Koreans and the UN resolution calling for the dismantlement of the "command".
    Lurking behind such moves of the U.S. is a sinister strategic aim. It seeks to continue using the signboard of the "UN forces" for justifying its forces' presence in south Korea and perpetuating it.
    The U.S. organized the south Korea-U.S. "Combined Command," for fear that it might lose the justification for its forces' presence in south Korea in case the "UN Command" was disbanded according to the resolution adopted at the 30th UN General Assembly in 1975. Now that the issue of transferring the right of operation to south Korea has been placed high on the agenda, the U.S. again got worried about the disbandment of the "command". This prompted Washington to reorganize the "command", a U-turn from its former stand, in a bid to find a pretext for perpetuating its forces' presence in south Korea.
    It is not the only aim sought by the U.S. in its moves for the reorganization of the "command".
    It pursues another sinister strategic purpose to stifle the DPRK militarily, contain China and Russia, and furthermore, expand the sphere of its domination in Asia. The Korean army and people can never remain a passive on-looker to this development as the U.S. is contemplating the introduction of multinational forces to perpetuate its military presence in south Korea, not content with having kept the Korean nation divided into two for more than 60 years since its occupation of it. The KPA always remains highly vigilant against the U.S. bellicose forces' war hysteria and is closely following the moves of the allies of the U.S. dancing to its tune. The U.S. had better disband the illegal "UN Command" without delay just as demanded by the unbiased public opinion and the UN resolution and pull back its forces from south Korea at an early date.

New Graphite Mine Commissioned

     Pyongyang, April 27 (KCNA) -- Jongchon Natural Graphite Mine was commissioned with due ceremony on Thursday. Present there were Kim Chun Gun, vice-chairman of the National Economic Cooperation Federation, and officials concerned and officials and employees of the mine. Also on hand were members of the delegation of the mining promotion company of south Korea led by President Pak Yang Su.
    Speeches were made at the ceremony.
    Noting that the mine was commissioned at a significant time when the Koreans' zeal for reunification is rising than ever before, the speakers said that the mine, built by the concerned efforts of the north and the south, would serve as a starting point for the inter-Korean development of mineral resources.

Kim Yong Nam Meets Lesotho Government Delegation

     Pyongyang, April 27 (KCNA) -- Kim Yong Nam, president of the Presidium of the DPRK Supreme People's Assembly, met and had a talk with a Lesotho government delegation led by Daniel Rakoro Phororo, minister of Agriculture and Food Security, at the Mansudae Assembly Hall on Thursday. Present at the meeting were Minister of Foreign Trade Rim Kyong Man, Vice-Minister of Agriculture Kang Kyong Uk and officials concerned.

DPRK Weightlifters Prove Successful at Asian Weightlifting Championships

     Pyongyang, April 27 (KCNA) -- DPRK players won 19 gold medals and three silver medals at the 7th Asian Adult Club Weightlifting Championships held in Tashkent of Uzbekistan from April 20 to 23. The championships drew at least 80 men and women weightlifters from 12 Asian countries and regions.

Rodong Sinmun repudia el intento de construir una sociedad exotica

    　Pyongyang, 27 de abril (ATCC) -- En estos dias, las fuerzas vendepatrias serviles a EE.UU. abogan por construir una "sociedad multinacional y multirracial" en el Sur de Corea enrareciendo las caracteristicas inherentes de la nacion coreana. Al respecto el diario Rodong Sinmun publico en su edicion del dia 27 un comentario individual calificandolo de una doctrina de exterminio nacional que niega el caracter homogeneo de la nacion coreana para americanizar y convertir el Sur de Corea en una amalgama de naciones y razas.
    En la realidad de hoy, en que las naciones pequenas y debiles viven amenazadas constantemente por el dominacionismo y el colonialismo, la negativa a la inherencia y la superioridad de la homogenea nacion coreana resulta un acto traidor predicando el desarme espiritual de esta.
    Sin embargo, defienden abiertamente dicha doctrina las fuerzas vendepatrias proyanquis del Sur de Corea quienes no saben ni jota del desarrollo historico-social y no tienen ni un comino del espiritu nacional.
    Si no se preserva la homogeneidad nacional, es imposible defender el destino de cada uno de los coreanos ante las maniobras dominacionistas de EE.UU. y frustrar el intento de los reaccionarios japoneses de agredir de nuevo a Corea comenzando por reclamar su soberania sobre la isla Tok.
    Ademas, esa doctrina se opone a la reunificacion, desafia a la aspiracion nacional y carcome el ideal fundamental de la epoca de reunificacion independiente. Sancion no dara ningun provecho a EE.UU

    　Pyongyang, 27 de abril (ATCC) -- Estados Unidos se afana por ampliar y fortalecer las medidas de sancion contra la Republica Popular Democratica de Corea y pide colaboracion a Japon y otros paises aliados para elevar eficiencia de tales medidas. Esto demuestra que el imperio trata de solucionar el problema de las relaciones con la RPDC no por el establecimiento de las relaciones de confianza mutua sino por la presion y la confrontacion de la fuerza.
    Asi senala el periodico Minju Joson en un comentario individual del dia 27 y continua: EE.UU. calcula que si continua asestando la sancion y presion multilaterales de alta densidad contra la RPDC, esta se doblegaria ante tal demanda bandidesca. Esto es una ignorancia a la contraparte del dialogo.
    EE.UU. habla mucho de la sancion financiera y la sobre los barcos del Norte de Corea, lo cual demuestra que el pais americano tiene una vision torpe a la realidad y todavia esta en sueno.
    Impone sin ton ni son a la RPDC la "renuncia nuclear, primero" y se entrega a ejercer la presion militar, sancion economica y provocacion de toda indole contra nuestro pais. Ahora aprovecha taimadamente la medida de sancion financiera contra Corea como un medio para inducir favorablemente a si mismo la politica financiera de China. Es decir, intenta difundir un "rumor de transacciones ilegales" entre los bancos de Corea y China y tomarlo como pretexto para dar golpe a los organismos financieros de la segunda. De este modo, trata de obligar al gobierno chino la subida del valor de la moneda Renminbi y cubrir el deficit comercial con esta potencia asiatica. La sancion no es omnipotente sino seria gravisimo error politico en las relaciones con la RPDC.
    Cuanto mas se recrudece la medida de sancion de EE.UU. tanto mas se hara mas firme la posicion antiyanqui de Corea y sera tan claro el camino a seguir por esta.

Produccion a granel de arma nuclear en EE.UU. amenaza a la humanidad

    　Pyongyang, 27 de abril (ATCC) -- Sera mejor que la banda de Bush no cometa la estupidez de desatar una guerra nuclear contra la humanidad porque ella misma sera evidentemente victima de ella. Aconseja el diario Rodong Sinmun en un comentario individual publicado en su edicion del dia 27 en relacion con que recientemente la administracion Bush decidio construir un centro combinado de produccion de sustancias nucleares para llevar a efecto su plan de fabricar cada ano 125 armas nucleares de nuevo tipo que se usaran como las convencionales en todos los campos de guerra.
    Detras de la cortina de "desarme nuclear", EE.UU. acelera el desarrollo y la produccion de dichos armamentos amenazando al mundo con una guerra nuclear, revela el comentarista y prosigue:
    "Hacer frente a nuevos peligros" - esto es pretexto utilizado por las fuerzas belicosas de Bush para justificar su criminal politica de guerra nuclear. Esos peligros de que ellas hablan tanto, no pasan de ser una justificacion para el ataque preventivo nuclear. En la lista de sus blancos, preparada por ellas ya hace mucho tiempo, se halla la RPDC, junto con otros paises independientes antiimperialistas y hasta los poseedores de armas nucleares.
    La realidad ensena que los paises aspirantes a la independencia y la paz deben fortalecer mas sus fuerzas armadas disuasivas para hacer frente a esas imprudentes maniobras de los imperialistas yanquis.
    De esta manera, el pueblo coreano salvaguardara firmemente las conquistas de la revolucion y el socialismo.

Declaracion del 27 de abril del portavoz del EPC en Phanmunjom

    　Pyongyang, 27 de abril (ATCC) -- En el caso de que Estados Unidos introduzca las fuerzas multinacionales para desatar la "segunda guerra coreana" sin escuchar la advertencia de la Republica Popular Democratica de Corea, el Ejercito Popular de Corea se ve obligado a tomar unas medidas decisivas y categoricas para frenarlo antes de que se muevan los enemigos. 　Senalo asi el portavoz de la Representacion del Ejercito Popular de Corea en Phanmunjom en su declaracion fechada 27, publicada en relacion con que Estados Unidos pretende ampliar y reestructurar la "comandancia de las fuerzas de la ONU" en el Sur de Corea como una "organizacion de las fuerzas aliadas multinacionales" prosiguio:
    En la actualidad, el imperio miente que se ha incrementado la cantidad del trabajo para el cumplimiento del acuerdo de armisticio a fin de justificar la entrada en el Sur de Corea de los personales militares de los paises participantes en la pasada guerra coreana, quienes intervienen ahora en las actividades de los coreanos nortenos y surenos operando en las zonas de administracion conjunta de los ferrocarriles y carreteras que unen el Norte y el Sur y deambulan hasta en la franja de guardia conjunta en Phanmunjom en calidad de "guias para los visitantes". Tales movimientos de los paises satelites de EE.UU., que se notan en visperas del anuncio del plan de ampliar dicha "comandancia", comprueban que ya el imperio entro en accion para preparar la estructura de esa "organizacion de las fuerzas aliadas multinacionales".
    La ampliacion de esa "comandancia de las fuerzas de la ONU", que debio ser disuelta hace mucho tiempo como un residuo del sistema de armisticio, resulta desafiante a la corriente de la epoca, la demanda del pueblo coreano y a la resolucion de la ONU a favor de su desmantelamiento.
    　Se halla un siniestro intento estrategico de EE.UU. en sus maniobras por extender esa entidad ilegal que ni siquiera tiene motivo para existir.
    En primer lugar, calcula seguir usando el manto de la ONU para justificar la presencia perpetua de sus tropas en el territorio surcoreano. Muy preocupado por la resolucion aprobada en el 30o periodo de sesiones de la Asamblea General de la ONU demandando la disolucion de la comandancia en cuestion, EE.UU. organizo la "otra de las fuerzas conjuntas" surcoreano-estadounidenses para no perder la justificacion de la ocupacion del Sur de Corea.
    Pero, hoy dia, se puso sobre el tapete el problema de traspaso del mando operacional de EE.UU. al Sur de Corea y la segunda comandancia va perdiendo la razon de su existencia.
    Entonces, EE.UU. busco la salida en ampliar y reorganizar la primera. En segundo lugar, intenta aplastar a la RPDC por via militar, contener a China y Rusia y, a la larga, tomar el control sobre todo el continente asiatico con las fuerzas multinacionales en la Peninsula Coreana.
    Por culpa de EE.UU., la nacion coreana vive durante mas de 60 anos dividida en dos partes y la parte Sur sigue ocupada por los efectivos gringos.
    　Como si esto fuera poco, EE.UU. trata de introducir hasta a las fuerzas multinacionales con el proposito de ocupar eternamente toda la Peninsula Coreana. 　Por lo tanto, el ejercito y el pueblo de Corea no pueden estar con brazos cruzados ante tal evolucion de la situacion.
    El EPC siempre se mantiene alerto ante la locura de los belicistas estadounidenses y tambien sigue de cerca los movimientos de los paises satelites de EE.UU. Segun demandan la imparcial opinion publica y la citada resolucion de la ONU, EE.UU. debe desarticular sin mas demora esa ilegal "comandancia de la ONU" y retirar lo mas pronto posible a sus tropas del suelo surcoreano.
