Kim Yong Nam and Jo Myong Rok Meet Chinese Delegation

    Pyongyang, July 13 (KCNA) -- Kim Yong Nam, president of the Presidium of the DPRK Supreme People's Assembly, and Jo Myong Rok, first vice-chairman of the DPRK National Defence Commission, on Thursday met with the Chinese friendship delegation led by Hui Liangyu, member of the Political Bureau of the C.C., the Communist Party of China and vice-premier of the State Council of China, on a visit to the DPRK to participate in the celebrations of the 45th anniversary of the DPRK-China Treaty of Friendship, Cooperation and Mutual Assistance. Present there were members of the friendship delegation including the governor of Jilin Province and Wu Donghe, Chinese ambassador to the DPRK, and others.
    Minister of Public Health Kim Su Hak who is chairman of the Central Committee of the DPRK-China Friendship Association, Vice Department Director of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea Pak Kyong Son, and other officials concerned were on hand.
    Kim Yong Nam warmly welcomed the visit of the friendship delegation of the People's Republic of China to the DPRK and referred to the fact that over the last 45 years the friendly relations between the two countries have comprehensively developed in all fields.
    The Korean people will as always firmly join hands with the Chinese people and continue to develop the traditional DPRK-China friendly and cooperative relations with a long history, he added.
    Hui Liangyu said the delegation is pleased to note that over the past 45 years the two peoples have cooperated with each other in different fields, understanding, supporting and helping each other and there have been successful mutual visits and cooperation between the two parties, governments and peoples.
    He sincerely hoped that the Korean people would build their country better in the spirit of self-reliance and fortitude guided by the Juche idea under the leadership of General Secretary Kim Jong Il.
    The Chinese people will as ever render positive support to the Korean people in their efforts for socialist construction, he added.
    The conversation took place in a cordial and friendly atmosphere.

Wu Bangguo on Developing Relations with DPRK

    Beijing, July 12 (KCNA) -- It is the steadfast policy of the Chinese party and government to develop relations with the DPRK, declared Wu Bangguo, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress of China. He was meeting with the DPRK friendship delegation headed by Yang Hyong Sop, vice-president of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly, on an official goodwill visit to China to participate in the celebrations of the 45th anniversary of the conclusion of the DPRK-China Treaty of Friendship, Cooperation and Mutual Assistance at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing on July 12.
    He said the signing of the treaty 45 years ago was a momentous event in the history of China-DPRK relations, noting that over the last 45 years both sides have developed the bilateral relations and conducted successful cooperation in the spirit and on the principle of the treaty.
    To develop China-DPRK friendship accords with the interests of the two peoples and is helpful to peace and stability in this region, he said, and stressed; China attaches importance to its relations with the DPRK.
    Noting with pleasure that the bilateral relations were developing through a smooth course under the care of General Secretary Hu Jintao and General Secretary Kim Jong Il, he expressed the belief that the joint celebration of the 45th anniversary of the conclusion of the treaty by the two countries and the China visit of the DPRK friendship delegation will deepen understanding and boost friendship between the two sides and accelerate the development of bilateral relations.

Chinese Friendship Delegation Sojourns in Korea

    Pyongyang, July 13 (KCNA) -- The Chinese friendship delegation led by Hui Liangyu, member of the Political Bureau of the C.C., the Communist Party of China and vice-premier of the State Council of China, on a visit to the DPRK to participate in the celebrations of the 45th anniversary of the conclusion of the Korea-China Treaty of Friendship, Cooperation and Mutual Assistance visited the Tower of the Juche Idea and laid a wreath before the Tower of Friendship on July 10. The delegation also visited the International Friendship Exhibition, the e-library of Kim Chaek University of Technology and the West Sea Barrage on July 12.

North Side Accuses South Side of Derailing Inter-Korean Ministerial Talks

    Pusan, July 13 (KCNA correspondent) -- The south side rendered the 19th north-south ministerial talks fruitless by toeing the U.S. hostile policy towards the DPRK in contravention of the spirit of the June 15 joint declaration despite the north side's sincerity and good faith. In this connection the delegation of the north side to the talks Thursday took the initiative of proposing the close of the talks and issued a statement clarifying its stand. The statement said:
    At the talks the north side made every sincere effort to make the talks fruitful on the basis of mutual understanding and confidence, guided by the idea of "By our nation itself" clarified in the June 15 joint declaration.
    The south side, however, deliberately threw difficulties in the way of the talks, echoing what others claim quite contrary to the interests of the nation at the talks between compatriots.
    The south side raised only issues irrelevant to the talks contrary to the original mission of the talks, failing to propose any issue pending an urgent solution for the development of the north-south relations.
    The south side went the lengths of refusing to discuss the proposal for developing the cooperation between the north and the south and reunion between separated families and relatives on a higher stage advanced by the north side from its compatriotic and humanitarian stand.
    But the north side's delegation exercised patience and showed magnanimity towards the delegation of the south side, repeatedly urging it to quickly rectify its wrong stand and return to its original approach toward the talks.
    The south side obstinately avoided the discussion on the basic issues under absurd pretexts and with poor excuses, though it claimed it understood the north side's intention and good will.
    There is a limit to the power and patience of the north side to persuade the other party refusing to respond to its sincerity and good faith.
    The delegation of the north side is, therefore, of the view that it has no option but to go back irrespective of its itinerary.
    The responsibility for this entirely rests with the south side.
    The north side never likes an empty talk but will keep to the path chosen by it.
    The south side will have to pay a due price before the nation for having made the hard-won talks fruitless and brought unpredictably catastrophic consequences to the inter-Korean relations.
    The north side will strictly take the south side to task for having rendered the talks fruitless with its hostile and unreasonable attitude towards compatriots in breach of the idea of the joint declaration.

Kim Il Sung Praised

    Pyongyang, July 13 (KCNA) -- Meetings for remembering President Kim Il Sung and film shows took place in Warsaw, Vienna and Conakry from July 6 to 8 on the occasion of the 12th anniversary of his demise. On display in the venues of the functions were his famous works and photos showing his undying revolutionary feats.
    Speeches were made at the meetings.
    The first vice-chairman of the Poland-Korea Association said that the whole life of Kim Il Sung was characterized by his love for the country, the nation and the people as he devoted his all to the prosperity of the country and the people's happiness.
    The chairman of the Austrian Preparatory Committee for Remembering President Kim Il Sung noted that he performed undying feats for the country and the people and for the accomplishment of the cause of global independence.
    The director general of the Kim Il Sung Institute of Agricultural Science in Guinea stressed the need to further glorify the institute which goes by the august name of the President, referring to the warm loving care and benevolence shown by him for the institute.
    The institute has made a positive contribution to the agricultural development of the country under the deep care of Kim Jong Il, the director general said, adding that the institute would achieve greater success in the research work with the help of Korean agro-scientists and thus always glorify the feats performed by the President.

Solidarity with Korean People Expressed in Britain

    Pyongyang, July 13 (KCNA) -- The British Association for the Study of Songun Policy opened a special Internet homepage on June 25 on the occasion of the month of international solidarity with the Korean people. Under the title "U.S. imperialists provoked Korean war" the homepage carried picture-illustrated articles on the atrocities committed by the barbaric U.S. imperialists in Sinchon during the strategic temporary retreat of the Korean People's Army during the Fatherland Liberation War. The army and people of the DPRK will wipe out the U.S. imperialists and certainly achieve the historic cause of national reunification if they ignite another war, it stressed.
    It also posted a joint statement issued by the British Association for the Study of Songun Policy and the British Group for the Study of the Juche Idea on the same occasion.
    The statement said that it is very important for all the adherents to the Juche idea, the Songun idea, to intensify activities for solidarity with the Korean people now that the U.S.-led imperialists have become evermore undisguised in their provocations against the DPRK.

    Pyongyang, July 13 (KCNA) -- The Party for Unity and Progress of Guinea sent a floral basket to the DPRK embassy in Conakry on July 8 on the occasion of the 12th anniversary of demise of President Kim Il Sung.     Havana, July 11 (KCNA) -- Floral baskets were laid before the portraits of smiling President Kim Il Sung with due ceremony in the buildings of the Organization of Solidarity of the Peoples of Africa, Asia and Latin America and at Kim Il Sung Economic Special School of Cuba on July 10 and 11 on the occasion of the 12th anniversary of his demise. Present at the ceremonies were the secretary general of the organization, the manager of magazine Tricontinental, the chairman of the Cuban Committee for Supporting Korea's Reunification, the rector and teachers of the school, the DPRK ambassador to Cuba and officials of the DPRK embassy.
    The participants laid floral baskets before the portraits of smiling President and paid homage to him.
    The secretary general of the organization fully supported the stand of the Workers' Party of Korea and the DPRK government to defend the sovereignty and peace of the country, adding that the organization would in the future, too, extend solidarity to the Korean people in their struggle.

Fight against FTA in S. Korea

    Pyongyang, July 13 (KCNA) -- A "rally of workers engaged in public works to vow a general turnout for strengthening the communality of society, checking the signing of the south Korea-U.S. Free Trade Agreement and winning full three rights of labor" was held in the area of Kwanghwamun in Seoul on July 8, according to a media report. It brought together at least 6,000 workers in the realm of public works.
    The chairmen of the south Korean Government Employees' Union and the south Korean Confederation of Trade Unions said in their speeches that the frantic neo-liberal policy of the "government" bringing restructuring and instability of employment was driving the workers engaged in public works to death. The policy director of the Council of Industrial Unions of U.S. Federation of Trade Unions in his solidarity speech declared that the council would launch a struggle against the signing of the FTA in solidarity with the south Korean workers.
    A "joint declaration of a solidarity struggle of workers engaged in public works" was read out at the rally.
    It noted that the "government's" scheme to sign FTA was nothing but a move to leave the rights to existence of the south Korean workers and people, root and branch, to the tender mercy of U.S. capitalists. In case the demand of the union members is not met, we will stage a fiercer fight, it warned.
    The rally was preceded by a "south Korean teachers rally" involving more than 2,000 members of the south Korean Teachers Union under the Solidarity Council of Trade Unions of Public Works in front of the "government" building and a "rally to vow general turnout of south Korean government employees and workers" bringing together upwards of 2,000 members of the south Korean Government Employees' Union in front of the Seoul Railway Station.
    On the same day, the Headquarters of the All-People Movement for Checking the South Korea-U.S. FTA called a press conference to declare the period of the struggle for checking and frustrating the second negotiation for the conclusion of the FTA.
    It set July 12, the day designated for the second negotiation, as "day of general turnout of people to check the conclusion of FTA" and stated that it would stage an all-people struggle.

Three-point Patriotic Movement Conforming to Koreans' Desire

    Pyongyang, July 13 (KCNA) -- Rodong Sinmun today says that the patriotic movement for independent reunification, peace against war and great national unity is a scientific and realistic form of struggle representing the realities of the divided country and the demand of the June 15 era of reunification and the most judicious mode of reunification movement fully suited to the desire of the Koreans to resolve the national problem and the reunification issue by the efforts of the Korean nation, repudiating the interference and domination of outside forces. National Seminar on Kim Jong Il's Works Held

    Pyongyang, July 13 (KCNA) -- A national seminar on the immortal feats Kim Jong Il has performed by effecting a new turn in the study, explanation and dissemination of the Juche philosophy and education in the Juche idea was held at the People's Palace of Culture Wednesday on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of his famous work "On Some Problems of Education in the Juche Idea" and the 10th anniversary of his another famous work "The Juche Philosophy Is an Original Revolutionary Philosophy". Present there were Ri Kwang Ho, department director of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, officials concerned, officials of national institutions and those in the fields of party and administrative organs and working people's organizations in Pyongyang. It was also attended by officials of scientific and educational institutions, party cadre training institutions, media, literary and art organizations and those in the field of the preservation of revolutionary relics.
    Six papers presented to the seminar explained and proved in depth the originality, validity and vitality of the ideas and theories clarified by Kim Jong Il in the works.
    Choe Chil Nam, editor-in-chief of Rodong Sinmun, and other speakers hailed the work "The Juche Philosophy Is an Original Revolutionary Philosophy" published on July 26, Juche 85 (1996) as an important work as it gave scientific and theoretical answers to the questions arising in the study, explanation and dissemination of the Juche philosophy.
    Basic stand and methodological principles to be held fast to in the study, explanation and dissemination of the Juche philosophy are clearly expounded in the work, they said, stressing that a correct study of the philosophy and explanation and dissemination of it has greatly helped fully apply the Songun politics of the WPK to preserve the destiny of the country and the nation and defend socialism.
    They praised the Juche philosophy as a man-centered philosophy as it raised and clarified the basic issues, which serve as a cornerstone for the establishment of scientific and revolutionary philosophy, with a man as a centre and evolved and systematized all principles related to the world outlook such as philosophical principle, the socio-historical principle and revolutionary principle with main emphasis on the popular masses.
    Prof. and Dr. Pak Jong Won who is vice-rector of Kim Il Sung Higher Party School and other speakers said that the publication of "On Some Problems of Education in the Juche Idea" made it possible to convert all forms of the ideological education conducted by the WPK into the education in the Juche idea and carry it out with main emphasis on upholding the leader as a centre of socio-political organism.
    They went on:
    The establishment of a new theory on the revolutionary outlook on the leader through the scientific clarification of the position and role played by him within the socio-political organism also helped clarify in a unique manner the core issues to be settled in the education in the Juche idea.
    The theory of the driving force for revolution and the socio-political organism is a unique idea and theory enunciated by Kim Jong Il for the first time in history, they said, adding that this theory explained on the basis of the theory of centering on the leader the way the driving force of revolution and the socio-political organism exist and the mode of their activities, thereby providing a sure guarantee for firmly establishing the revolutionary outlook on the leader with a most correct view and stand on the position and role played by him.
    The speakers called upon all the officials to glorify the Juche philosophy for all ages and effect a new turn in the study, explanation and dissemination of Juche philosophy and education in the Juche idea.

U.S. Branded as Kingpin of International Espionage

    Pyongyang, July 13 (KCNA) -- It is a trite method of the U.S. imperialists to spy on other countries before launching a war of aggression and committing military intervention against them, says Rodong Sinmun Thursday in a signed article. It goes on: They have employed diverse ways and means for obtaining secrets of other countries' politics, economy, military and other fields to achieve their aggressive and reactionary purposes.
    The U.S. has been wiretapping telephone messages of the leadership and high-ranking officials of other countries for years.
    According to a recently declassified confidential document of the U.S., it began setting up wiretapping network targeting on the Soviet Union right after the Second World War. After setting up wiretapping centers with maximum capacity in Norway and Canada, the U.S. wiretapped telephone messages exchanged between Soviet vessels sailing across the Arctic Ocean. U.S. spy satellites kept watching Moscow and its spies installed wiretapping devices even inside the Kremlin Palace which housed the headquarters of the Soviet Union.
    Such wiretapping has become all the more undisguised since the demise of the Cold War era.
    The U.S. has attached particular importance to eavesdropping telephone messages and talks of the leadership and VIPs of other countries.
    It has been keen on gathering information through hi-tech devices.
    The U.S. imperialists are watching waters of the Asia-Pacific with the help of supersonic detectors as part of their espionage operations based on the latest science and technology.
    During the Cold War the U.S. developed a supersonic detector to watch submarines in the Asia-Pacific under the pretext of "coping with threat" from the Soviet Union.
    Recently it put waters through which Chinese fleets sail to and from the Pacific under its watch and has been hell-bent on hi-tech espionage against them.
    The U.S. imperialists are also using seabed optical fiber cables for wiretapping and espionage of other forms in the Asia-Pacific.
    The U.S. installed new type supersonic detectors in the Asia-Pacific to intensify its spy operation in the region.
    It set up a new office specializing in espionage against the DPRK in the CIA and keeps WC-135W weather research craft in the air above the East Sea of Korea to intensify its espionage. It is mobilizing various types of reconnaissance planes to spy on the DPRK. All this is a prelude to a new Korean war.

Factory College System, 55 Years Old

    Pyongyang, July 13 (KCNA) -- Fifty-five years have passed since the foundation of the first factory college in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, where workers study while working. The college in a factory in Songchon County, South Phyongan Province, was established on the initiative of President Kim Il Sung on July 15, Juche 40 (1951) when the Fatherland Liberation War was at its height.
    The factory colleges mushroomed in the post-war period to meet the new requirement of the socialist construction. Similar colleges made their appearance in various farms and fishing grounds.
    Today factory colleges have been set up in industrial hubs and giant industrial establishments.
    With the establishment of the factory colleges, the industrial establishments have been converted into a cadre-training center, a center for the development of science and technology. In the years, the factory colleges have trained many working people as special technicians and management officials.
    Chongjin College of Technology in the northern part of the country has graduated thousands of workers. They constitute the main technical forces of the Kim Chaek Iron and Steel Complex and have a big share in the production of iron and steel.
    Tokchon College of Technology has well-furnished experimental and practice bases where students of the college and other universities in the city are practicing.
    Students and graduates of Myongdang College of Technology have advanced many inventions, technical innovation plans and ingenuities for putting production on a normal track. Among them are computerization for measuring the dam water level and the modernization of raw materials transport system.
    The college organizes on-spot lectures. This year it has graduated many officials and workers of the Namgang Station to become electrical engineers.
    The factory colleges give full play to the superiority and vitality of study-while-working system.

Phyongchon Kimchi Factory

    Pyongyang, July 13 (KCNA) --The Phyongchon Kimchi Factory in Pyongyang is producing various kinds of kimchi including rolled cabbage kimchi, whole cabbage kimchi and cucumber kimchi. They are popular with citizens for their fresh and good taste. The factory, built in October Juche 81 (1992), produces hundreds of tons of kimchi a year.
    More than 20 kinds of kimchi produced there are supplied to Pyongyang citizens all the year round and kimchi made of whole cabbage is exported to China and other countries.
    It is one of the kimchi factories constructed in accordance with the plan of President Kim Il Sung to free women from the heavy burden of the household chores.
    General Secretary Kim Jong Il, who is always concerned for the improvement of dietary life of the people, instructed officials that the production capacity of kimchi factories should not be reduced though families prepare kimchi by themselves. He added that factory-made kimchi should be provided to those who moved into new houses, married couples who made a home and hostellers.
    In an interview with KCNA, Kim Kum Hyong, manager of the factory, said: Kimchi is a traditional food peculiar to the Korean nation. The Korean kimchi was selected as one of the five world-best health foodstuffs recently by a world-authoritative health organ. I, kimchi producer, feel the national pride. I will do my best to produce a large quantity of kimchi and thus promote people's health.

DPRK Hit by Heavy Rain

    Pyongyang, July 13 (KCNA) -- Some areas of the DPRK were hit by a torrential rain under the influence of the typhoon No. 3 passing through Korea. According to Kim Won Chun, vice-director of the Central Meteorological Institute under the Hydrometeorological Service, there was a lot of rain across the country between 09 on July 10 and 06 on July 11. The precipitation in the Kosong area of Kangwon Province was 198 millimeters. In particular it witnessed 133 millimeters of rainfall between 18 and 21 on the 10th.
    From the dawn of July 12 it started to rain again after a short suspension and gradually turned into downpour in the eastern and western coastal areas. For three hours from 06 that day, it rained 51, 42, 50 and 52 millimeters respectively in Pyongyang, Kumchon and Thosan of North Hwanghae Province and Maengsan of South Phyongan Province.

    Pusan, 12 de julio (Corresponsal de ATCC) -- Se entablo el dia 12 en esta ciudad del Sur de Corea la XIX ronda de Conversaciones a Nivel de Ministro entre el Norte y el Sur de Corea. Participaron por la parte nortena los miembros de la delegacion presidida por el consejero responsable del Consejo de Ministros Kwon Ho Ung y otros acompanantes y, por la surena, los integrantes de la delegacion con el ministro de Reunificacion Ri Jong Sok como delegado jefe y otros acompanantes.

    Kwon Ho Ung dijo que aprovechando esta ocasion ambas partes deben discutir sinceramente los remedios realistas y trascendentales para desarrollar sustancialmente las relaciones Norte-Sur y presentar sus frutos ante la nacion.

    Como medida practica para reconocer y respetar las ideas y el regimen de su contraparte y acabar con el ultimo sosten de confrontacion entre los sistemas, planteo a la parte Sur que no restrinja mas la visita de la delegacion surcoreana a los lugares sagrados y famosos de la parte Norte cuando participe en el Gran Festival del 15 de Agosto de Pyongyang para la Reunificacion Nacional.
    En segundo lugar, a fin de prevenir la guerra y preservar la paz en la Peninsula Coreana demando el cese del ejercicio militar con las fuerzas foraneas.
    Especificamente, para defender la paz con las fuerzas independientes de la nacion y preparar la garantia de reunificacion pacifica, volvio a exigir a la parte Sur el cese total de maniobras militares con las fuerzas foraneas de todo tipo desde el ano que viene en que se cumple el VII aniversario de la publicacion de la Declaracion Conjunta del 15 de Junio.
    En tercer lugar, insistio en que la parte surcoreana debe abolir la "ley de seguridad" que contraviene a la Declaracion Conjunta del 15 de Junio y obstaculiza la reconciliacion y la unidad de la nacion.
    En cuarto lugar, propuso desarrollar en una etapa mas alta la cooperacion fraternal y humanitaria a base del ideal "entre nosotros, los connacionales".
    Dijo que se necesita ejecutar con rapidez los problemas pendientes dentro del programa acordado principalmente en la pasada ronda de conversaciones ministeriales y organizar el encuentro directo en el monte Kumgang y la cita por medios audiovisuales entre los familiares y parientes separados en el Norte y el Sur para hacer mas fuerte el clima de cooperacion humanitaria intercoreana.

Simposio central sobre obras clasicas de Kim Jong Il

    Pyongyang, 13 de julio (ATCC) -- En ocasion del vigesimo y decimo aniversarios de la publicacion de las obras maestras del Dirigente Kim Jong Il "Sobre algunos problemas referentes a la educacion en la idea Juche" y "La filosofia Juche es una original filosofia revolucionaria", respectivamente, tuvo lugar el dia 12 en el Palacio Cultural del Pueblo el simposio central sobre las imborrables proezas acumuladas por el al propiciar un nuevo viraje en el estudio, interpretacion y propaganda de la filosofia Juche y en la educacion en la idea homonima. Participaron el jefe de departamento del CC del Partido del Trabajo de Corea Ri Kwang Ho y otros cuadros, los directivos de instituciones partidistas, administrativas y de organizaciones de masas del centro y la capital, y los funcionarios de ramas como ciencia, educacion, organos de formacion de cuadros del partido, prensa e informacion, literatura y arte y de la conservacion de vestigios historicos de la revolucion.
    En el foro fueron presentadas 6 disertaciones interpretando y argumentando a fondo la originalidad, la justeza y la vitalidad de las ideas y teorias que dilucido el Dirigente en ambas obras.
    El redactor en jefe de la Editora del periodico Rodong Sinmun Choe Chil Nam y otros oradores subrayaron que "La filosofia Juche es una original filosofia revolucionaria", publicada el 26 de julio del 85 (1996) de la Era Juche, es una obra programatica que dio solucion cientifico-teorica a los problemas que surgen en el estudio, la interpretacion y la propaganda de la filosofia Juche.
    Ademas, -prosiguieron- estan indicados en ella la posicion fundamental y los principios metodologicos a ser mantenidos firmemente en aquellas tres labores que contribuyeron activamente a la defensa del destino de la patria, la nacion y el socialismo materializando globalmente la politica de Songun (priorizacion militar) del PTC.
    La filosofia Juche planteo y soluciono los problemas basicos, que constituyen el pilar para establecer una filosofia cientifica y revolucionaria, enfocandolos al ser humano, resaltaron los oradores y concluyeron que esa filosofia humano-centrica desenvolvio y sistematizo el principio filosofico, el socio-historico, el de la revolucion y todos los demas de la cosmovision centrandose en las masas populares.
    El profesor titular y doctor Pak Jong Won, quien es subdirector de la Escuela Superior del Partido Kim Il Sung, y otros oradores dijeron que la publicacion de la obra "Sobre algunos problemas referentes a la educacion en la idea Juche" posibilito identificar todo el trabajo ideologico y educativo del PTC como la educacion en la idea Juche y dar el peso fundamental del mismo al enaltecimiento del lider como eje del organismo socio-politico.
    Gracias a esta obra, se dilucidaron cientificamente la posicion y el papel del lider dentro del organismo socio-politico y se establecio una nueva teoria acerca de la concepcion revolucionaria del lider, lo cual contribuyo a la aclaracion original del problema sobre lo clave de la educacion en la idea juche, recalcaron.
    La teoria sobre el sujeto de la revolucion y el organismo socio-politico es un original pensamiento dado a luz por primera vez en la historia por el Dirigente, senalaron.
    A base de la teoria centrada en el lider, ese pensamiento indico los modos de existencia y actividad del sujeto de la revolucion y del organismo socio-politico, explicaron y prosiguieron que esto dio una garantia fundamental para implantar firmemente la concepcion revolucionaria del lider con la opinion y concepcion mas correctas sobre la posicion y el papel del lider.
    Por ultimo, llamaron a todos los funcionarios a glorificar para siempre la filosofia Juche y producir un nuevo viraje en el estudio, la interpretacion y la propaganda de la misma y en la educacion en la idea juche.

Cesto de flores del PPUG a la embajada coreana

    Pyongyang, 13 de julio (ATCC) -- Con motivo del XII aniversario del fallecimiento del Presidente Kim Il Sung, el Partido por el Progreso y la Unidad de Guinea (PPUG) hizo llegar el dia 8 un cesto de flores a la Embajada de la Republica Popular Democratica de Corea en su pais. En la cinta del cesto se leian: "Homenaje a Su Excelencia Kim Il Sung. El Buro Politico Nacional del PPUG".

Entidad inglesa abre especial sitio web de internet

    Pyongyang, 13 de julio (ATCC) -- Con motivo del mes de solidaridad internacional con el pueblo coreano, la Asociacion de Estudio de la Politica de Songun (priorizacion militar) de Gran Bretana (AEPSGB) abrio el 25 de junio el especial sitio web de internet. El sitio web inserta un articulo intitulado "Los imperialistas norteamericanos son provocadores de la guerra coreana", que revela con pinturas las atrocidades de los barbaros yanquis perpetradas en la tierra de Sinchon durante el periodo de la retirada temporal estrategica de la Guerra de Liberacion de la Patria y enfatiza que si los yanquis vuelven a desencadenar la guerra, el ejercito y el pueblo de Corea los aniquilaran y lograran sin falta la causa historica de la reunificacion de la patria.
    Tambien, compila la declaracion conjunta de la AEPSGB y del Grupo Britanico de Estudio de la Idea Juche publicada con motivo de esa efemeride.
    El documento senala que es muy importante el que todos los adeptos a la idea Juche y la idea del Songun intensifiquen las actividades de solidaridad con el pueblo coreano hoy en que los imperialistas acaudillados por EE.UU. perpetran perversamente los actos provocativos contra la Republica Popular Democratica de Corea.
