DPRK Foreign Ministry Spokesman Totally Refutes UNSC "Resolution"

    Pyongyang, October 17 (KCNA) -- A spokesman for the Foreign Ministry of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea Tuesday issued the following statement: On Oct. 14 the United States instigated the UN Security Council to pass another "resolution" calling for harsh international sanctions and blockade against the DPRK, unreasonably describing its nuclear test for self-defence as a "threat" to international peace and security.
    The successful nuclear test in the DPRK was an exercise of its independent and legitimate right as a sovereign state as it was a positive defensive countermeasure to protect the sovereignty of the country and life and security of the people from the U.S. escalated nuclear war threat and sanctions and pressure.
    The DPRK was compelled to legitimately pull out of the NPT according to its relevant provision and manufactured nuclear weapons after undergoing the most fair and aboveboard and transparent processes as the U.S. seriously encroached upon the supreme security of the DPRK and the fundamental interests of the Korean nation under the pretext of the nuclear issue.
    The DPRK conducted the test proving its possession of nukes in a legitimate manner after fairly announcing it in advance, something unprecedented in view of international practice.
    It conducted the nuclear test under the conditions where its security is fully guaranteed and clearly declared that the DPRK, a responsible nuclear weapons state, would never use nukes first and will not allow nuclear transfer.
    It also clarified that it would make every possible effort to promote the worldwide nuclear disarmament and the final elimination of nuclear weapons and invariably adhere to the principle to realize the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula through dialogue and negotiations.
    However, the U.S., the very one that has driven the DPRK to the nuclear test, is describing the DPRK's nuclear test as a "threat" to international peace and security, while shelving what it has done like a thief crying "Stop the thief!" This totally preposterous act is intolerable.
    The nuclear test in the DPRK was a great deed that greatly contributed to defending peace and stability not only on the Korean Peninsula but in the rest of Northeast Asia as it demonstrated powerful deterrent for coping with the U.S. nuclear threat and blackmail and foiling its attempt to ignite a new war.
    The UNSC, paying no heed to all these facts, feigned ignorance of the U.S. hostile policy toward the DPRK, the policy that spurned the nuclear issue on the Korean Peninsula, and is now incriminating the DPRK's exercise of its sovereign right to defend the sovereignty of the country, while trumpeting about the denuclearization of the peninsula. This is an immoral behavior utterly devoid of impartiality.
    The UNSC "resolution," needless to say, cannot be construed otherwise than a declaration of a war against the DPRK because it was based on the scenario of the U.S. keen to destroy the socialist system of Korean-style centered on the popular masses.
    The DPRK vehemently denounces the "resolution," a product of the U.S. hostile policy toward the DPRK, and totally refutes it.
    The adoption of this "resolution" made it impossible for the UNSC to evade the historic responsibility for having patronized and connived at the U.S. which caused the division of Korea, the root cause of all misfortunes of the Korean nation, in violation of the UN Charter the cornerstone of which is the principle of sovereignty, equality and self-determination and has systematically perpetrated undisguised moves to "bring down the system" in the DPRK.
    The present development clearly proves once again that the DPRK was entirely right when it decided to have access to nuclear weapons, its people's choice.
    The U.S. would be well advised not to miscalculate the DPRK.
    If the Bush group, oblivious of the lessons drawn from the shameful setbacks recorded in the history of the relations between the preceding U.S. administrations and the DPRK, calculates it can bring the DPRK to its knees through sanctions and pressure, pursuant to the already bankrupt hostile policy toward it, there would be nothing more ridiculous and foolish than its behavior.
    The DPRK had remained unfazed in any storm and stress in the past when it had no nuclear weapons. It is quite nonsensical to expect the DPRK to yield to the pressure and threat of someone at this time when it has become a nuclear weapons state.
    The DPRK wants peace but is not afraid of war. It wants dialogue but is always ready for confrontation.
    As already clarified by the DPRK, it will fulfil its responsibility for realizing the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula. But if anyone attempts to infringe upon the DPRK's sovereignty and right to existence even a bit under the signboard of the UNSC "resolution," it will deal merciless blows at him through strong actions.
    The DPRK will closely follow the future U.S. attitude and take corresponding measures.

Rodong Sinmun Editorially Observes Anniversary of DIU

    Pyongyang, October 17 (KCNA) -- Rodong Sinmun Tuesday dedicates an editorial titled "The tradition and cause of the 'Down-with-Imperialism Union (DIU)' will last forever" to the 80th anniversary of the formation of the DIU by President Kim Il Sung on October 17, Juche 15 (1926). The emergence of the DIU, whose noble objective was to achieve the national independence by the efforts of the Koreans under the banner of the anti-imperialist struggle and build an ideal society of humankind, marked the beginning of the Korean revolution and made it possible for the revolution to advance along a unique path of its development, the editorial says, and continues:
    The 80 year-long history of the Korean revolution since the emergence of the DIU is a history recorded with heroic epic in which the Korean people have emerged victorious in the armed struggle against the imperialist reactionary forces and protected the destiny of the country and the nation under the banner of great Songun idea.
    The revolutionary cause of the popular masses means the cause of the leader and it should be, therefore, pioneered, carried forward and accomplished under his guidance. This is the most precious truth taught by the 80 year-long history which has witnessed victories under the banner of the DIU.
    The Workers' Party, the army and people of Korea will always uphold and glorify the tradition and cause of the DIU.
    The idea of the DIU has come true but the Korean revolution is not yet over. It is the noble sense of moral obligation and a sacred historic mission for the soldiers and disciples of the President to carry forward and accomplish the cause of the DIU.
    We should hold the President in high esteem as the eternal sun of Juche and glorify his exploits and last instructions for all ages.
    We should advance along the road of Juche explored by the President under the banner of the DIU no matter how much water may flow under the bridge and no matter what storm and stress we may face.
    The tradition and cause of the DIU can be defended and carried forward only under the leadership of Kim Jong Il in the future, too.
    Kim Jong Il represents an eternal banner of victory and the destiny of the country and the revolution.
    All the Party members, the servicepersons of the Korean People's Army and working people should become fighters of Kim Hyok and Cha Kwang Su types in the 21st century remaining true to the idea and leadership of Kim Jong Il just as the hot-blooded members of the DIU fought to uphold the cause of the President like flames spreading over the land and hammers breaking iron chains. Herein lies a sure guarantee for the accomplishment of the cause of the DIU.
    It is necessary to carry the revolution to completion under the uplifted banner of the anti-imperialist struggle, the banner of Songun as long as there remains imperialism in the world. It is essential to develop the People's Army into the army of the leader, the army of the Party and the army of the people, the invincible revolutionary army, pursuant to the Songun politics of the Party, and thoroughly establish the spirit of attaching great importance to the military affairs throughout the country. The army and people of the DPRK are sure to win a final victory in the stand-off with the U.S. as they are advancing under the Songun revolutionary leadership of Kim Jong Il.
    The Party, the army and the people of the DPRK will always consolidate the single-minded unity based on the revolutionary comradeship as firm as a rock.
    They will strikingly demonstrate the dignity and might of Songun Korea under the uplifted banner of building a great prosperous powerful nation in the future, too.
    They will follow the headquarters of the revolution to the end of the world. This is the spirit of the DIU and the permanent signpost of the Korean revolution.
    The headquarters of the revolution, a great guide of the cause of Songun, represents a banner of all victories and the future. The army and people of the DPRK will share the destiny with the headquarters of the revolution despite whatever tempest, remaining true to the oath taken before the red flag.
    As we are led by Kim Jong Il, the tradition and cause of the DIU will last forever and Songun Korea have immensely rosy future.

Kim Jong Il's Work Off Press in Mongolia

    Pyongyang, October 17 (KCNA) -- General Secretary Kim Jong Il's famous work "The Workers' Party of Korea Is the Party of the Great Leader Comrade Kim Il Sung" was brought out in booklet by the Mongolia Mt. Paektu Association for Independent Development. The work, published on October 2, Juche 84 (1995), serves as an immortal great programme for party building and activities as it proudly reviewed the glorious history of the WPK in which it paved a new way for building a revolutionary party in the era of independence under the leadership of President Kim Il Sung and indicated the road of developing the party into the eternal party of the President.
    A book-releasing ceremony was held at the Mongolian College of Culture on October 9.

WPK Praised

    Pyongyang, October 17 (KCNA) -- We are convinced that the Workers' Party of Korea and the Korean people will surely achieve their noble historic cause in the near future under the outstanding Songun leadership of Kim Jong Il. Garib Newaz, chairman of the Bangladeshi People's League, said this in a statement issued on Oct.10 on the occasion of the significant anniversaries in October in the DPRK.

    Pyongyang, October 17 (KCNA) -- Meetings took place in Bulgaria, Sweden and Finland from Oct. 3 to 6 to mark the 61st anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea and the 80th anniversary of the Down-with-Imperialism Union (DIU). On display in the venues of the meetings were works of President Kim Il Sung and General Secretary Kim Jong Il, photos showing their exploits and pictures introducing Songun Korea.
    Speakers at the meetings said that the founding of the WPK marked a very significant event in developing in depth the Korean revolution and carving out the destiny of the Korean people. The WPK founded by the President and developed by Kim Jong Il has wisely led the struggle for achieving national sovereignty and victory in the socialist cause under the uplifted banner of Songun despite all challenges and pressures of outsiders, difficulties and trials, they noted.
    The validity of the WPK's Songun policy has been clearly proved by the reality of Korea, they pointed out, stressing Kim Jong Il has developed in depth the President's idea of attaching importance to military affairs and the army as required by the times, thereby pursuing the Songun politics on a higher level in all fields and firmly protecting the sovereignty of the country.

Greetings to Kim Jong Il from Participants in Joint Seminar Held in Bangladesh

    Pyongyang, October 17 (KCNA) -- A message of greetings to Kim Jong Il was adopted at a joint seminar of progressive political parties held in Bangladesh on Oct. 2 on the occasion of the 61st anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea and the 80th anniversary of the Down-with-Imperialism Union (DIU).     Pyongyang, October 17 (KCNA) -- A seminar in the field of fine art took place here on Oct. 16 to mark the 40th anniversary of famous work of President Kim Il Sung "Let Us Develop Revolutionary Fine Art National in Form and Socialist in Content" and the 15th anniversary of famous work of Kim Jong Il "Theory on Fine Art." Anti-U.S. Actions Called for in S. Korea

    Pyongyang, October 17 (KCNA) -- The Solidarity for Implementing the South-North Joint Declaration reportedly made public an appeal on the emergency situation entitled "Let all the people turn out in the struggle against the U.S. and war and for peace" on Oct. 12. The appeal accused the U.S. of trying to put the Korean Peninsula in the danger of war through all sorts of vicious threat, blackmail and intimidation.
    This danger of war will persist on the peninsula unless the U.S. abandons its hostile policy toward the north, the appeal warned, calling upon all the south Koreans to turn out as one in the struggle against the U.S. and war in order to resolutely foil the U.S. reckless moves for a war.

85th Anti-U.S. Solidarity Meeting in S. Korea

    Pyongyang, October 17 (KCNA) -- The 85th anti-U.S. solidarity meeting was reportedly held in Seoul on Oct. 10 under the co-sponsorship of the South Headquarters of the National Alliance for the Country's Reunification, the People for Achieving Peace and Reunification, the Family Movement for Realizing Democracy, the Anti-U.S. Youth Society, the "National Catholic Alliance for Justice", etc. Speakers at the meeting said that if the U.S. truly wants peace on the Korean Peninsula, it should halt all sanctions against the north and opt for direct dialogue with it.
    Should the U.S. persistently pursue its hostile policy toward the north, straining the situation on the peninsula, it will face a fierce anti-U.S. struggle, they warned.
    Referring to the 38th south Korea-U.S. "annual security consultative meeting" to be held in the U.S. on Oct. 20, they demanded that the projected meeting be cancelled as it is aimed at boosting the aggressive south Korea-U.S. "alliance."

    Pyongyang, October 17 (KCNA) -- Floral baskets were laid before the statues of President Kim Il Sung in various parts of the country on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the Down-with-Imperialism Union (DIU). People from all walks of life and school youth and children in Pyongyang visited the statue of the President on Mansu Hill.
    Seen before the statue was a floral basket sent by General Secretary Kim Jong Il.
    Laid before the statue amid the playing of floral basket-laying music were floral baskets in the name of the Party, armed forces and power organs, public organizations, ministries, national institutions, KPA units and scientific, educational, cultural, art, public health and media institutions, factories, enterprises, farms and schools, bouquets and flowers.

    Pyongyang, October 17 (KCNA) -- Senior officials of the Party, the army and the state and people from all walks of life visited the Kumsusan Memorial Palace on Oct. 17 to pay homage to President Kim Il Sung on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the Down-with-Imperialism Union (DIU).     They walked round the orders, medals and certificates of honorary titles he received from the DPRK and foreign countries, the portrait of the smiling President and bronze relievos in the Mourning Hall, a train coach he used during his on-the-spot guidance and visits to foreign countries and a car he used in the last period of his life.
    On the same day, the anti-Japanese revolutionary fighters, servicepersons of the KPA, officials of organs at all levels and people of all social standings visited the palace.

Wreaths Laid at Revolutionary Martyrs Cemetery on Mt. Taesong

    Pyongyang, October 17 (KCNA) -- Wreaths were laid at the Revolutionary Martyrs Cemetery on Mt. Taesong Tuesday on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the Down-with-Imperialism Union (DIU). Seen on the wreath-laying stand was a wreath sent by General Secretary Kim Jong Il.
    Standing at the cemetery were guards of honor.

    The participants paid silent tribute to the revolutionary martyrs who devoted their all to the fight for the accomplishment of the revolutionary cause of Juche started with the formation of the DIU, true to the Songun idea and leadership of President Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il.

    Pyongyang, 17 de octubre (ATCC) -- El portavoz del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores de la Republica Popular Democratica de Corea hizo publica el dia 17 la siguiente declaracion: 　El pasado dia 14, Estados Unidos instigo al Consejo de Seguridad de la ONU a aprobar otra cruel "resolucion" de sancion y bloqueo contra la Republica Popular Democratica de Corea al cabo de cuestionar injustamente la reciente prueba nuclear, realizada por esta con fines de autodefensa, como una "amenaza" a la paz y la seguridad internacionales.
    Siendo una activa contramedida de caracter defensivo para salvaguardar la soberania del pais, la vida y la seguridad del pueblo frente a la creciente amenaza de guerra nuclear y las maniobras de sancion y presion de EE.UU., el exitoso ensayo nuclear de nuestro pais resulta un ejercicio de derechos independientes y legitimos de un Estado soberano.
    Aprovechandose del estallido del problema nuclear, EE.UU. atento gravemente la seguridad suprema de nuestro Estado y los fundamentales intereses nacionales.
    Por lo tanto, nuestro pais se vio obligado a retirarse legalmente del Tratado de No Proliferacion en virtud del articulo correspondiente de este y fabrico el arma nuclear dando pasos mas justos y transparentes.
    Y por encima de las costumbres internacionales, anunciamos digna y previamente ese ensayo para probar la posesion de artefacto nuclear y lo ejecutamos con toda legalidad.
    La prueba en cuestion se desarrollo bajo estricta garantia de seguridad.
    Como un pais responsable con arma nuclear, nuestro pais expuso claramente su posicion de nunca usarla primero ni permitir su transferencia.
    　Ademas, dejamos en claro nuestra voluntad de esforzarnos por todos los medios por el desarme nuclear en el ambito mundial y promover la cancelacion final de artefactos de este tipo y de mantener invariablemente el principio de realizar la desnuclearizacion de la Peninsula Coreana mediante el dialogo y las negociaciones.
    Sin embargo, como si un ladron quisiera golpear a la victima de robo, EE.UU., pais responsable que nos empujo al ensayo nuclear, lo califica de una "amenaza" a la paz y la seguridad internacionales dejando a un lado sus fechorias, lo cual deviene una cosa muy absurda y nunca perdonable.
    Al contrario, nuestro ensayo nuclear mostro la poderosa fuerza disuasiva a la amenaza y chantaje nucleares de EE.UU. y a su intento de provocar una nueva guerra, razon por la cual constituye una gran contribucion a la preservacion de la paz y la estabilidad de la Peninsula Coreana y el resto de la region del Nordeste Asiatico.
    Seria una conducta inmoral y carente de imparcialidad ignorar todos estos hechos y hablar de la desnuclearizacion de la Peninsula Coreana haciendo vista gorda de la politica hostil de EE.UU. a Corea -causa raigal del problema nuclear de la Peninsula Coreana- y acriminando el ejercicio del derecho independiente por parte de la segunda para defender la soberania del pais frente a ello.
    　La "resolucion" del Consejo de Seguridad aprobada recientemente segun el guion de EE.UU., que se desespera por derrocar el regimen socialista al estilo coreano centrado en las masas populares, no tiene otra interpretacion que la declaracion de guerra contra la RPDC.
    La RPDC denuncia categoricamente y rechaza por completo esa "resolucion", producto de la politica hostil de EE.UU. a Corea.
    Al aprobarla, el Consejo de Seguridad violo la Carta de la ONU fundamentada en el principio de igualdad de soberania y de la autodeterminacion, fomento la division de nuestro pais, causa de todos los sufrimientos de la nacion coreana, y amparo a EE.UU. que vino maniobrando sistematica y abiertamente para "derrocar el regimen" de nuestro pais. El Consejo de Seguridad nunca podra eludir la responsabilidad historica por el respecto.
    La evolucion de la situacion actual comprueba una vez mas que resulta completamente justa la decision del pueblo coreano de poseer las armas nucleares.
    EE.UU. no debe equivocarse con la RPDC.
    　Seria muy ridiculo y absurdo si la banda de Bush se cree capaz de doblegar a la RPDC con la sancion y presion recurriendo todavia a la ya caduca politica hostil al olvidar las lecciones de las ignominiosas derrotas registradas en las cronicas de sucesivas administraciones en cuanto a las relaciones con ella.
    　Anteriormente, la RPDC nunca vacilo ante cualesquier vientos y mareas aunque no poseia las armas nucleares. Por lo tanto, es inimaginable que se doblegue hoy ante la presion y amenaza de alguien siendo digno portador de esos artefactos.
    　La RPDC desea la paz, pero no tiene miedo a la guerra y quiere el dialogo, pero esta preparada siempre para la confrontacion.
    　Haremos todo lo que nos corresponde para la desnuclearizacion de la Peninsula Coreana como ya hemos declarado, pero si cualquier pais se atreve a atentar, aunque en lo mas minimo, nuestra soberania y el derecho a la existencia esgrimiendo esa "resolucion", le asestaremos un golpe implacable.
    　Observaremos el posterior movimiento de Estados Unidos y tomaremos medidas correspondientes a ello.

Rodong Sinmun homenajea el 80o aniversario de la UDI

    Gracias al nacimiento de la UDI con su gran proposito de lograr por cuenta propia la independencia nacional bajo la bandera de lucha antiimperialista y levantar una sociedad ideal de la humanidad, la Revolucion Coreana pudo avanzar por el camino de su desarrollo.
    La historia de 80 anos de la Revolucion Coreana, que data de la constitucion de la UDI, es una trayectoria heroica en que se logro con las fuerzas armadas la victoria en la confrontacion con las fuerzas reaccionarias imperialistas y se defendio el destino de la patria y la nacion levantando en alto la bandera de la gran idea del Songun (priorizacion militar).
    La causa revolucionaria de las masas populares es la del Lider, porque se inicia, continua y se completa bajo la direccion de este. Esto es la mas valiosa verdad que enseno la octogenaria revolucion coreana, siempre victoriosa bajo la bandera de la UDI.
    El Partido del Trabajo de Corea, el ejercito y el pueblo de Corea mantendran y glorificaran para siempre la tradicion y la causa de la UDI.
    Aunque se realizo el ideal de la UDI, no ha terminado todavia la Revolucion Coreana. Llevar a feliz termino la causa de la UDI es la noble obligacion moral y sagrada mision historica de los soldados y discipulos del Presidente Kim Il Sung.
    Debemos enaltecerlo de generacion en generacion como el Sol del Juche y glorificar eternamente sus hazanas y legado.
    Aunque pase mucho tiempo y vengan las tormentas de toda clase, debemos avanzar a pasos firmes por la senda del Juche, allanada por el Presidente bajo la bandera de la UDI.
    La tradicion y la causa de la UDI pueden ser mantenidas y heredadas solo bajo la guia del Dirigente Kim Jong Il quien significa la bandera eterna de victoria y el destino de la patria y la revolucion.
    Como los fervorosos integrantes de la UDI que apoyaron con infinita fidelidad al Presidente, todos los militantes del PTC, los oficiales y soldados del ejercito popular y otros trabajadores deben apoyar la idea y la orientacion del Dirigente. He aqui la garantia decisiva para completar la causa de la UDI.
    Mientras existen los imperialistas en este planeta, debemos llevar adelante la revolucion sosteniendo la bandera de la lucha antiimperialista y la del Songun. Segun la politica de Songun del PTC, tenemos que preparar el ejercito popular como invencibles fuerzas armadas revolucionarias del Lider, el partido y el pueblo y establecer en todo el pais el ambiente de dar importancia a los asuntos militares.
    　La victoria final en la confrontacion con los yanquis corresponde al ejercito y el pueblo de Corea que avanzan siguiendo la orientacion del Dirigente sobre la revolucion mediante el Songun.
    El partido, el ejercito y el pueblo de Corea consolidaran mas la unidad monolitica basada en la camaraderia revolucionaria.
    En lo adelante tambien exaltaran la dignidad y el aspecto gallardo de Corea del Songun manteniendo en alto la bandera de construccion de una gran potencia prospera.
    Hasta las ultimas consecuencias junto con la Direccion de la Revolucion, he aqui el espiritu de la UDI y el fundamento eterno de la Revolucion Coreana.
    La Direccion de la Revolucion, gran orientadora de la causa del Songun, es la bandera de todas las victorias y garantiza el futuro. El ejercito y el pueblo de Corea, sin cambiar su decision tomada ante la bandera roja, compartiran la vida y la muerte con la Direccion de la Revolucion en medio de cualesquier vientos y mareas.
    Gracias al Dirigente Kim Jong Il, la tradicion y la causa de la UDI seran inmortales y sera siempre brillante el porvenir de Corea del Songun.

Simposio de bellas artes dedicado a obras de Kim Il Sung y Kim Jong Il

    Pyongyang, 17 de octubre (ATCC) -- Tuvo lugar la vispera en esta capital el simposio del sector de bellas artes en homenaje al 40o aniversario de la publicacion de la obra maestra del Presidente Kim Il Sung "Desarrollemos nuestras artes plasticas de modo revolucionario y con forma nacional y contenido socialista" y al 15o de la obra clasica del Dirigente Kim Jong Il "Bellas artes". La obra del Presidente aclaro de modo cientifico el caracter, mision, contenido y forma de bellas artes del Juche y los remedios concretos para desarrollarlas, comenzaron los oradores y prosiguieron:
    De esta manera, se preparo una guia programatica para convertir las bellas artes de nuestro pais en las revolucionarias y populares que sirvan para el partido y la revolucion y contribuyan al cumplimiento de la causa de independencia de las masas populares.
    Por su parte, el Dirigente, quien da continuidad a la idea y teorias del Presidente acerca de autoctonas bellas artes, determino en su obra, por primera vez en la historia, la posicion que ocupa la descripcion del lider en la creacion plastica en la epoca de independencia indicando asi el verdadero camino que conduce las autoctonas bellas artes a cumplir con su mision revolucionaria.
    Gracias al pensamiento de desarrollar las bellas artes teniendo la pintura al estilo coreano como modalidad principal, las mismas de nuestro pais se convirtieron en las verdaderas y populares con fuerte caracter nacional que reflejan la idiosincrasia y el sentido estetico del pueblo.
    Por ultimo, los oradores resaltaron la necesidad de defender las imborrables hazanas de los Grandes Hombres sin iguales realizadas al dirigir la rama y de crear mayor cantidad de obras plasticas que reflejen la epoca del Songun (priorizacion militar).

Mongolia: obra de Kim Jong Il en folleto

    Pyongyang, 17 de octubre (ATCC) -- La Asociacion Paektusan para el Desarrollo Independiente de Mongolia dio a luz en folleto la obra maestra del Dirigente Kim Jong Il "El Partido del Trabajo de Corea es el partido del gran Lider camarada Kim Il Sung", publicada el 2 de octubre del 84 (1995) de la Era Juche. 　La obra es el gran programa inmortal que hizo balance orgulloso de la gloriosa historia del PTC que bajo la direccion del Presidente Kim Il Sung allano un nuevo camino para la construccion del partido revolucionario de la epoca de la independencia e indico los medios para fortalecer siempre el PTC como partido del Presidente.
    　Una ceremonia de presentacion de la obra tuvo lugar el dia 9 en la Universidad Cultural de Mongolia.
