The writer said that Kim Jong Il has translated the idea of the DIU into a brilliant reality, expressing the belief that the book would serve as a good reference book for the African people in their struggle.

Diamond Jubilee of KCF Observed
Pyongyang, November 28 (KCNA) -- A meeting took place in Pyongyang on Nov. 28 to mark the 60th anniversary of the foundation of the Korean Christian Federation.
Present at the meeting were officials and permanent members of the Central Committee of the KCF, chairpersons of its provincial, city and county committees and office bearers of its organizations and Christians in Pyongyang.
Leading officials of different religious organizations were present there as guests of honor.
Kang Yong Sop, chairman of the Central Committee of the KCF, made a report at the meeting.
He said that the Christians are commemorating the 60th anniversary of the KCF at a time when the dynamic nationwide patriotic movement for independent reunification, for peace against war and great national unity has been under way in the north and the south and abroad under the banner of "By our nation itself" on the occasion of the 6th anniversary of the publication of the June 15 North-South Joint Declaration and the 61st anniversary of the national liberation and the cooperation between Christians and their patriotic solidarity activities for reunification have become more brisk this year.
He referred to the proud course covered by the Korean Christians since the foundation of the KCF, the history in which they have made a tangible contribution to the prosperity and development of the country and the sacred cause of national reunification, fully enjoying a genuine Christian life under the warm care of President Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il and thanks to the correct religious policy of the DPRK government.
Calling upon all Christians to make positive contributions to the prosperity of the country and the sacred cause of national reunification in the spirit of "By our nation itself" as a member of the divided nation and thus perform their missionary duty they assumed before the fellow countrymen and the nation, he proposed concrete tasks to materialize them.
U.S. Accused of Disturbing Justice and Peace
Pyongyang, November 28 (KCNA) -- The United States perpetrated such a rash act as vetoing the UNSC resolution condemning Israel's monstrous atrocities, thereby self-exposing that it is a vicious harasser of peace in the Mideast and the worst human rights abuser. Minju Joson Tuesday says this is a signed commentary.
It goes on:
The U.S. exercise of veto on the resolution indicates that it is not interested in the Mideast peace and its loud-mouthed "respect for human rights" is nothing but a fig leaf to cover its true colors.
In the international arena the U.S. does not bother to brush aside whatever proposal neither in line with its interests nor to its liking in handling any international issues no matter how reasonable it is and how urgently the international community requires.
The same can be said of its attitude toward the Kyoto Protocol.
The majority of developed countries of the world agreed to the protocol and took practical measures to implement it but it is only the U.S. which opposed it and pulled out of it in the end.
Its real intention is to meet its own interests, utterly indifferent to whether the environment of the earth is protected or not.
UN Secretary General Kofi Annan, addressing the meeting of ministers of environment on preventing the global warming held in Nairobi of Kenya, urged the U.S. to return to the protocol and implement it but the U.S. reneged on it.
The U.S. high-handed and arbitrary practices and arrogance have reached their height in the international arena as seen above.
The reality goes to prove that force is the only means of countering the U.S. which behaves as it pleases, showing off its strength, just as a mad dog should be dealt with a stick.
The U.S. had better to behave itself, facing up to the situation.
U.S. Branded as Principal Criminal of Nuclear Threat and Harasser of Peace
Pyongyang, November 28 (KCNA) -- Rodong Sinmun in a signed commentary today brands the U.S. imperialists as the principal criminal of nuclear threat and proliferation, the harasser of peace and security and the arch enemy of humankind. With nothing can they cover up their criminal colors, the paper says, and goes on:
The U.S. is extensively shipping weapons into the disputed areas of different countries and regions to aggravate military clashes.
The U.S. is clamoring for "peace" and "stability, security", but its ulterior intention is different. It is seeking military interference and dominationist purpose by inciting disputes and straining the situation in different regions. This is why the U.S. is increasing the export of weapons.
Its loud-mouthed "ensuring of peace" and "establishment of democratic order" are no more than a lie to cover up its military intervention and method of aggression. As seen in the reality, the U.S. imperialists are destroying international peace order and increasing the danger of a war, not trying to keep peace and stability. This is well interpreted by the fact that the U.S. is continuing to expand nuclear arsenals.
They set a preemptive nuclear attack as basic war strategy and simplified the procedures of using nuclear weapons so as to employ them against "hostile states" at any time. It is to make a preemptive nuclear attack on the DPRK that they have deployed a large number of nuclear weapons in and around the Korean Peninsula.
Owing to the U.S. moves, numerous nuclear weapons have been stockpiled in different regions of the world, the danger of a nuclear war is increasing and thus humankind is faced with the danger of nuclear holocaust.
Songun Politics Praised in S. Korea
Pyongyang, November 28 (KCNA) -- The Internet homepage of the South Headquarters of the National Alliance of Youth and Students for the Country's Reunification reportedly posted an article titled "Chairman of the National Defence Commission Kim Jong Il saves the nation with the patriotic Songun politics."
The world attention is focused on the Korean Peninsula, not a big country, the article said, adding: An Asian country small in its territory and population is standing firm against the U.S. dictating to all over the world.
It continued:
The Songun politics is the source of the strength of the north standing firm in confrontation with the U.S. This represents the patriotic policy pursued by Kim Jong Il.
The Songun politics of the north has tremendous vitality as it is based on the patriotic iron will of Kim Jong Il.
The north is winning one victory after another in the stand-off with the U.S. It is quite impossible to explain the potential of the north to wage resistance against the U.S. by citing any statistical figures. People call this a miracle. It is proper to say the more than six decades during which north has been in stand-off with the U.S. should be called an uninterrupted miracle.
Our nation is immensely fortunate to have Chairman of the National Defence Commission Kim Jong Il. It is thanks to him that the north which has stood in acute confrontation with the U.S. provided an invariable genuine line of national independence rooted among the popular masses.
The U.S. could not shake the resolution of Kim Jong Il not even once, nor even a moment.
As long as the Korean nation is led by him, it will rise as a great prosperous powerful nation and build a powerful unified state.
In a word, he represents our nation.
It is thanks to him that the Korean nation has emerged a dignified and strong nation in the world political arena and it has a rosy future when the country will become one, exercising the national sovereignty.
Kim Jong Il is the genuine leader of our nation, creator of happiness and defender of justice.
He has opened a bright future of a reunified country.
More Vigorous Struggle for National Reunification Called for in S. Korea
Pyongyang, November 28 (KCNA) -- The south Korean Youth and Students Solidarity for Implementing the June 15 Joint Declaration reportedly released a statement on Nov. 23 on the occasion of the 4th anniversary of its formation to call for waging a braver struggle for the reunification of the country with their faith and will for victory.
After its inauguration, the organization has striven to brave the U.S. moves for a war with the banner of anti-U.S. and anti-war, make a strong counterattack on the moves of the south Korean conservative forces to disturb the implementation of the June 15 joint declaration, with national cooperation, and take the lead in practicing the requirements of the times and the nation, the statement said, and went on:
The U.S. imperialists and the south Korean conservative forces against national reunification are now trying to reverse the movement of the Korean nation for independent reunification by resorting to the moves for a war in the Korean Peninsula and seizing power. The present situation requires youth and students to struggle with a higher target.
The Korean nation should open up a turning phase of independent reunification at any cost. The organization will struggle against the anti-reunification moves of the U.S. imperialists and the south Korean pro-U.S. conservative forces in order to achieve national reunification at an early date.
U.S. Anti-Terror War Bound to Meet Fiasco
Pyongyang, November 28 (KCNA) -- In the wake of the "September 11 incident" the U.S. imperialists declared a war against terrorism and kicked off the war by launching armed invasion of Afghanistan. This high-handed military action is brutal international terrorism and a war of aggression to stifle the anti-imperialist independent countries and realize their wild ambition to dominate the world. This anti-terror war launched by them is now fated to meet a debacle. Rodong Sinmun today observes this in a signed article.
It goes on: The Iraqi war has brought to daylight the reactionary and dangerous nature of the anti-terror war. The U.S. imperialists did not bother to commit monstrous crimes against civilians in Iraq.
Their anti-terror war of aggression has brought huge casualties and material losses to them and triggered off an unbroken occurrence of bloody terrorism worldwide, sending shivers down the spine of people.
The above-said war fought by the Bush administration has caused irretrievable serious consequences to the world.
Strong voices critical of the war are heard from the U.S., UK and other allies as its reactionary and dangerous nature has been brought to bold relief.
The results of the midterm Congressional election in the U.S. that culminated in the defeat of the Republican Party on November 7 clearly indicated that Americans are opposed to the above-said war.
The U.S. now finds itself in a very difficult position.
Tight-corned at home and abroad, Bush at last instructed his confidents to reexamine the administration's Iraqi policy and had no alternative but to fire Rumsfeld as defense secretary though he has more faithfully executed its anti-terror strategy than any others.
The world public is becoming increasingly assertive that chief criminals of this war should be sternly judged as it is a criminal war against humankind.
It is the immutable law governing the development of history that justice is bound to prevail over injustice.
The Bush administration would be well advised to stop at once its anti-terror war fated to meet a fiasco, bearing this truth in mind.
Heredity Consultation Brisk in DPRK
Pyongyang, November 28 (KCNA) -- Heredity consultation about patients suffering from constitutional diseases is under way on a high scientific level in the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea.
The Heredity Consultation Office of the Hospital Attached to Pyongyang University of Medicine has conducted researches for more than two decades to correctly judge at least 100 kinds of heredity causes, environmental and external factors and diagnose and treat basic diseases that affect the growth of human bodies.
It has studied and put on record all symptoms of amyotrophia before making a remote-controlled observation of them. It is diagnosing such cases and those who have such symptoms through PCR observation and by a chain analyzing method.
This helped find out the women with the above-said symptom in good time and diagnose them before childbirth, making it possible to prevent the birth of babies suffering from amyotrophia.
Researches have conducted to accurately diagnose those suffering from growth hormone deficiency. As a result, the office has developed the technology of examining the growth hormone deficiency in blood with the help of highly efficacious insulin.
It has made a great success in taking diagnosing and preventive measures through the introduction of analytical technology to the treatment of chromosome diseases such as Turner's syndrome and Down syndrome which hold a considerable proportion in hereditary diseases.
Researches and examinations of the spread of hereditary diseases and the rate of their occurrence and preventive work have also made brisk headway to check the spread of these diseases.
The above-said office is also busy conducting activities to give technical guidance to the heredity consultation sections of hospitals in various parts of the country and improve the knowledge about medical genetics among people.
The staff of the office is further intensifying its researches into the work to prevent various hereditary diseases to be treated by medical science.
Successes Made in Scientific Researches

The water content of the produced cheese is 17.7 percent and it can be stored for six months or longer.
Those at the Daily Necessities Institute have succeeded in manufacturing mineral nano separation film and colored slate pencils.
The mineral nano separation film is of great utility value in various fields of the national economy including pharmaceutical and foodstuff industries as it helps selectively separate hyperfine structural substances such as microorganisms and bacteria in edge-cutting science and technology field.
The slate pencils with diverse colors and shapes ensure clear handwriting on various cloths and make it easy to erase anything written.

EE.UU. representa amenaza nuclear mas grande, revela Rodong Sinmun
