Message of Greetings to 11th Ordinary Session of Assembly of Heads of State and Government of AU
Pyongyang, June 30 (KCNA) -- Kim Yong Nam, president of the Presidium of the DPRK Supreme People's Assembly, Monday sent a message of greetings to the 11th ordinary session of the assembly of heads of state and government of the AU in connection with its opening in Egypt.
Kim in the message extended on behalf of the DPRK government warm congratulations and salute to all heads of state and government and delegates participating in the session, noting that the AU has achieved great successes in its work to achieve peace, stability and socio-economic development of the continent and boost the unity and cooperation among its member states while rapidly raising its position and role.
The message extended full support and solidarity to the efforts of the African governments and people to build an independent, peaceful and prosperous continent, reiterating the will of the DPRK government and people to steadily boost the traditional friendly and cooperative relations with the AU and its member states.

Message of Greetings to President of Burundi
Pyongyang, June 30 (KCNA) -- Kim Yong Nam, president of the Presidium of the DPRK Supreme People's Assembly, sent a message of greetings to Pierre Nkurunziza, President of Burundi, on June 28 on the occasion of the 46th anniversary of its independence.
The message wished the friendly Republic of Burundi progress and prosperity, expressing belief that the friendly relations between the two countries would grow stronger in the future, too.
Treaty Signed between DPRK and Laos
Pyongyang, June 30 (KCNA) -- A treaty of providing mutual legal assistance in civil and criminal cases between the DPRK and Laos was signed with due ceremony in Vientiane.
Present there from the DPRK side were a delegation of the Central Court led by Yun Myong Guk, its first vice-chief justice, and the DPRK ambassador to Laos and from the Lao side the minister of Justice, the president of the People's Supreme Court, the president of the People's Supreme Public Prosecutor's Office and officials concerned.
The treaty was signed by Yun and Ket Kiettisak, vice-minister of Justice.
Sanatoriums and Holiday Homes Expanded in DPRK
Pyongyang, June 30 (KCNA) -- Construction and Reconstruction of sanatoriums and holiday homes are going on in high key in the DPRK.
The government which spares no effort in promoting the health of the working people, regarding them as the master of the state and society, is building more sanatoriums and holiday homes at scenic spots, while taking care that the working people benefit by them substantially.
In recent years, the Hamju County Farmers' Rest Home was built splendidly at the foot of a thickly wooded mountain overlooking the Kumjingang Hungbong Youth Power Station.
It has three rest houses, a service house and a mess hall which provide farmers with full conditions for spending their holidays while enjoying cultural and emotional life.
Holiday homes are found also at beauty spots in Pongsan, Orang, Jaeryong, Rinsan, Thosan, Suan, Sinphyong and other counties.
Existing ones are being rebuilt on expansion basis to suit the new century.
The holiday home for scientists on Wau Islet, a scenic wonder in the West Sea, has been rebuilt and expanded to render better services to scientists and their families.
The Wonhung Sanatorium, which has been facelifted in a short span of time, has recuperation houses of specialized medical sections and neat modern houses with rooms and curative bathrooms fully furnished for the lodging and boarding of visitors to the hot spring.
New mineral springs have been spruced up at the holiday home at the Sokwang Temple. Now a brisk work is under way to rebuild several rest houses, the park and the mess hall and build an all-purpose hall of cultural amenities.
Many industrial establishments including the Pyongyang Silk Spinning Mill have built wonderful rest centers and are operating them regularly so that working people may enjoy their holidays without feeling any inconvenience.
KCNA Blasts Japan's Thoughtless Behavior
Pyongyang, June 30 (KCNA) -- The Japanese ultra-right conservative forces have made themselves a laughing stock for making much fuss, voicing opposition to the delisting of the DPRK as a "state sponsor of terrorism."
As already reported, the U.S. announced its decision to kick off the process to take the DPRK off the list of the "state sponsors of terrorism" on June 26.
But Abe and other ultra-right conservatives of Japan keep grumbling to the U.S. about the above-said decision even after its announcement, uttering that it is "very regrettable."
This is a very thoughtless remark aimed to hinder the settlement of the nuclear issue at any cost, unaware of the trend of the times.
The principle of "action for action" is the core of the agreement reached by the six parties included in the Sept. 19 joint statement on the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula and the decision to delist the DPRK as a "state sponsor of terrorism" was taken according to this principle.
Voices recognizing and hailing the measure are heard from among Japanese political forces after the announcement, a reflection of such trend.
The ultra-right conservatives' behavior can never be tolerated as it is a criminal act to scuttle the denuclearization process.
Clear is an aim sought by them in categorically opposing the measure.
They seek to keep the ties between the DPRK and Japan in the relationship of confrontation and evade the redemption of its past at any cost. It also reflects their assertion that the settlement of the nuclear issue between the DPRK and the U.S. should not be allowed to lead to depriving Japan of the justification for turning it into a military power.
Such short-sighted artifice can never work in this bright world.
The Japanese ultra-right conservatives would be well advised to face up to the trend of the times and behave themselves before suffering bitterer shame.
Lee Myung Bak's Crafty Ploy to Settle Crisis Flayed
Pyongyang, June 30 (KCNA) -- Lee Myung Bak's recent "special press conference" was nothing but a crafty and sinister ploy to appease and hoodwink the south Korean people in their struggle against the import of American beef in a bid to calm down their resentment and mercilessly suppress the candlelight actions and thus get rid of the pretty fix.
Rodong Sinmun today says this in a signed commentary.
It goes on:
At the press conference Lee jabbered he "felt remorseful" and "pledged himself to make a fresh start" but his remarks were a downright lie. The outcome of the additional negotiations, a product of the huddle held by the puppets with the U.S., failed to provide any guarantee for the lives and safety of the people and protect the "right to quarantine". It was the outcome of another treacherous dealing to bring profits to the American beef businesses only.
The reshuffle made by Lee inside "Chongwadae" was nothing but a reshuffle for form's sake from A to Z as he fired several goons who had been criticized by the public and replaced them with pro-U.S. elements and ultra-right conservatives.
What merits a more serious attention is the sinister aim sought by traitorous Lee group in making much ado about the "change in the pure nature of the candlelight demonstrations." Its ulterior motive is to threaten and blackmail those standing up against it and mercilessly crack down upon their candlelight demonstrations under the absurd pretext of liquidating "the forces behind the candlelight demos" in a bid to bar their actions from developing into an all-out anti-"government" struggle.
With neither deceptive artifice nor fascist crackdown can Lee break the will of the south Korean people in their just struggle. The Lee group had better properly understand the will of the south Korean people to carry on their struggle and drop at once its treacherous policy.
Removal of Source of War Urged
Pyongyang, June 30 (KCNA) -- In order to ensure peace in the Korean Peninsula and achieve the country's peaceful reunification, it is important to reject the moves for aggression and war and remove the danger of war.
Rodong Sinmun today observes this in a signed article.
The constant source of war in the peninsula is nothing but the U.S. military presence in south Korea and the south Korean puppets' reckless policy of war against the DPRK, the article points out, and says:
The warlike forces of the U.S. are still pursuing the anachronistic hostile policy towards the DPRK in disregard of the trend of dialogue and peace and, on this basis, stepping up on a full scale the preparations for invasion of the DPRK.
The U.S. imperialist aggression forces in south Korea are the main source in aggravating the military tension and bringing the danger of a nuclear war to the peninsula.
Lasting peace in the Korean Peninsula can not be achieved unless an end is put to the U.S. hostile policy towards the DPRK and its military occupation of south Korea.
The anti-national confrontation and war moves of the south Korean puppets servile to the aggressor outsiders remain the main factor of threatening peace in the peninsula.
Nothing is more precious than peace for the Korean nation who has been exposed to the constant danger of war for over half a century.
To remove the source of war in the Korean Peninsula is essential for the independent reunification, peace and prosperity.

Pyongyang, June 30 (KCNA) -- Any country backward in science and technology would be automatically outstripped by other countries in the economic development. Then, it will have no option but to resort to the mendicant diplomacy and, in the long run, be swallowed up by the imperialists after losing its Juche character and national identity.

A country and a nation, economically developed and strong in political independence, can turn to be an independent power and a dignified nation, but any country and nation failing to be so cannot defend national dignity and sovereignty, the article says, and goes on:
The economic competition ongoing in a worldwide scale is just the competitiveness in science and technology. Without help of modern science and technology can any country and nation not develop the economy suited to the tendency of development in the present century nor enjoy rich material and cultural life.
Backwardness in science and technology serves as the root of the imperialists' exploitation and plunder and economic domination and subordination over the developing countries.
The imperialists have enforced the persistent sanctions and blockade against the DPRK, getting so hell-bent on the anti-DPRK campaign. Puppet Government's Move to Disorganize Broadcasting Ad Company Denounced in S. Korea
Pyongyang, June 30 (KCNA) -- The south Korean Council of Christian Churches issued a statement on June 26 denouncing the puppet government for its move to disorganize a broadcasting ad company, according to CBS of south Korea.
The organization branded the move pushed forward by the Lee Myung Bak "government" to disorganize the broadcasting ad company under the pretext of eradicating the leftover of the "fifth republic" as unwarranted.
The organization warned that religionists would join all democratic forces in standing up firm against the Lee "government" if it disorganizes the broadcasting ad company without taking full and substantial measures to make up for the heavy loss suffered by the CBS due to the suppression in the days of the "fifth republic".
Large-scale Candlelight Struggle Staged in Seoul
Pyongyang, June 30 (KCNA) -- A strong candlelight action against the enforcement of "official instructions" concerning the hygienic conditions for the American beef import was staged in Seoul on June 28.
The action that lasted one night and two days was participated in by at least 100,000 people from all walks of life from across south Korea including workers, farmers, university students and youth and children and housewives.
At the dawn of that day, citizens from all walks of life put up tents around the plaza in front of the city office and waged a sit-in strike.
They spread a white canvas at least 100 metres long and several metres wide on the road on which they wrote letters exposing the danger of American beef and denouncing traitor Lee Myung Bak for his unpopular misrule including the "big canal project", the privatization of public sectors and the conversion of educational institutions into markets.
They also drew the ugly image of Lee on the canvas so that passers-by might step on it.
Women staged a demonstration, pushing baby carriages or taking children by the hand.
The Government Employees' Union of south Korea held a rally at Chonggye plaza to vow to struggle.
Meanwhile, more than 30 m-long large suspension poster was seen in the area of Sejong Street.
The 52nd candlelight rally took place at the plaza in front of the city office on the evening of the day.
At the end of the rally, its participants started their march toward "Chongwadae" from various streets.
Many citizens joined in the demonstration.
The sit-in strike went on till the morning of June 29.
Lee Myung Bak Group Denounced for Pushing Inter-Korean Relations to Worst Phase
Pyongyang, June 30 (KCNA) -- A spokesman for the National Reconciliation Council in a statement Monday vehemently denounced the Lee Myung Bak group for persistently perpetrating confrontational moves, pushing the north-south relations to an unpredictably worst phase.
On June 25 the south Korean puppets openly conducted the largest-ever anti-DPRK confrontational campaign in history.
Traitor Lee Myung Bak made his appearance at the so-called "party given for those who participated in the June 25 war" to speak ill of the DPRK. He even instigated officials concerned of the puppet government and thousands of lackeys of the U.S. including members of the "Reservists' Association" to stage "memorial service," "lecture on security" and "street demonstration."
Lee Myung Bak went the lengths of sending men in authority even to Washington and Hawaii where RIMPAC joint military exercises will be staged to kick up anti-DPRK rackets.
There they let loose a spate of reckless remarks calling for "transparent security awareness" and "the north's dismantlement of nukes and improved human rights performance" and perpetrated such ridiculous acts as desecrating the sacred flag of the DPRK and stirring up bitterness toward fellow countrymen.
Terming these rackets another outright provocation to the DPRK and an intolerable declaration of confrontation, the statement said:
It is well known to the world that the June 25, 1950 Korean war was a product of the U.S. policy for a war of aggression. However, the Lee group frantically kicked up a ruckus to defend the U.S., war provocateur and murderer, doggedly opposed to the fellow countrymen. This clearly proves that it is a group of unpardonable sycophants toward the U.S. and anti-reunification elements.
We will strictly keep tabs on the Lee group's confrontational racket and the group will be held fully accountable for all the ensuing consequences.
Anniversary of Kim Jong Il's Start of Work at C.C., WPK Celebrated
Pyongyang, June 30 (KCNA) -- Seminars on exploits of General Secretary Kim Jong Il, lectures and film shows were held in Pakistan, Thailand and Bolivia between June 13 and 18 to commemorate the 44th anniversary of his start of work at the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea.
Displayed at the venues of the functions were photos showing the immortal exploits of the peerlessly great persons.
The chairman of the Pakistan Society for the Study of Independence said at the seminar that Kim Jong Il built the WPK into an invincible party which has achieved steel-like unity and cohesion and has taken roots deep among the broad masses.
Songchit Pullarp, chairman of the Organization for the Study of the Juche Idea of Thailand, said at the seminar and the film show that Kim Jong Il has further developed and enriched the Juche idea to meet the requirements of the developing reality and victoriously led the revolution and construction with it as the guiding principle.
Under his wise leadership the WPK has developed into a party strong in the sense of organization without the slightest vacillation and it is shining constantly as the party of President Kim Il Sung, the speaker noted.
The vice-chairman of the Bolivian Movement towards Socialism noted at the lecture that under the leadership of Kim Jong Il the WPK has developed into the most powerful and dignified party steering the world socialist movement.
The Bolivian movement supports the WPK and the Korean people in the efforts to build a great prosperous powerful socialist nation and reunify the country in accordance with the June 15 North-South Joint Declaration, he said.
Korean People's Cause of National Reunification Supported
Pyongyang, June 30 (KCNA) -- Marwan Sudah, chairman of the Arab Committee for Solidarity with Korean People and Supporting the Reunification of Korea in Jordan, issued a statement on June 19 to mark the 35th publication anniversary of President Kim Il Sung's work "On the Five-Point Policy for National Reunification".
The statement noted that the Korean people have worked hard to reunify the country, divided into two by the U.S. imperialists, according to the proposals for national reunification advanced by the President and General Secretary Kim Jong Il.
The U.S. and the south Korean authorities are persistently opposing the DPRK's proposals for reunification, the statement pointed out, charging that the U.S. is intensifying the moves to reduce south Korea into its eternal colony and perpetuate "two Koreas".
The Arab people and the world freedom-loving people are highly praising Kim Jong Il who has built the DPRK into a world model and an invincible power, it stressed.
Kim Il Sung's Exploits Praised in Mexico
Pyongyang, June 30 (KCNA) -- The Mexican Committee for the Study of Kimilsungism released the 8th issue of its bulletin on the occasion of the 14th anniversary of the demise of President Kim Il Sung.
The bulletin carried an article titled "President Kim Il Sung provided historic roots of Songun politics" with a photo of the President.
In the article the bulletin said that Kim Il Sung put forward the Songun idea, the idea of giving importance to the arms, and the line of armed struggle based on it in the period when Korea was under the rule of the Japanese imperialists.
He also set forth the idea and theory on building a party and the state on the basis of the principle of giving priority to military affairs, the principle of giving importance to the army, in the period of building a new society after the liberation of Korea and the idea and theory on strengthening the Korean People's Army as the main force for the war victory in the period of the Fatherland Liberation War, the bulletin noted.

Historic Meeting in Proclamation of Juche Idea
Pyongyang, June 30 (KCNA) -- Seventyeight years have passed since President Kim Il Sung convened a meeting of leading personnel of the Young Communist League and the Anti-Imperialist Youth League in Kalun on June 30, Juche 19 (1930).
It was a historic meeting in which he proclaimed the creation of the Juche idea and, basing himself on it, laid down the Juche-oriented revolutionary line.
At the meeting the President delivered a historic report titled "The Path of the Korean Revolution".
He, in the report, expounded the idea that the master of the revolutionary struggle is the popular masses and the revolutionary struggle will be crowned with victory only when they are organized and mobilized and that the master of the Korean revolution is her people and it should be carried out to suit the actual conditions of the country with the efforts of her people.
He also defined the nature, basic task, motive force and target of the Korean revolution in a scientific way and put forth in a comprehensive way the Juche-oriented lines and policies of the Korean revolution such as the original lines of the anti-Japanese armed struggle and the anti-Japanese national united front and the policy of founding a party.
The President writes in his reminiscences "With the Century" as follows: "We could proclaim the new path for the Korean revolution in Kalun because already in the course of the youth and student movement launched in our days in Jilin we had established the Juche stand on and attitude towards the Korean revolution and cleared a new path for the communist movement".
All the successes made in the protracted Korean revolution are a brilliant fruition of the Juche idea the creation of which was proclaimed at the Kalun meeting and of the great vitality of the Juche-oriented revolutionary line based on it.
The unique Songun revolutionary line of the Workers' Party of Korea has its root in the Juche idea.
Today the Korean People's Army and people are striving hard to accomplish the revolutionary cause of Juche under the leadership of the WPK, holding aloft the eternal banner of Juche raised by the President at the dawn of the Korean revolution.
Ceaseless Aerial Espionage Committed against DPRK
Pyongyang, June 30 (KCNA) -- The U.S. imperialists committed more than 100 cases of aerial espionage against the DPRK and the south Korean puppet armed forces at least 70 cases in June, and this brought the total number of cases of espionage to more than 1,000 in the first half of the year, according to military sources.
On June 29, U-2 belonging to the U.S. imperialist aggressor forces in south Korea made a shuttle flight all day long in the air over the areas of Tokjok Islet, Phochon and Sokcho to perpetrate air observation and electronic reconnaissance against all areas of the DPRK. This spy plane perpetrated 25 cases of espionage during the month and more than 160 cases in the first half of the year.
Meanwhile, the U.S. imperialists periodically let overseas-based RC-135 make high-altitude flights in the air over the area of south Korea for the purpose of spying on the strategic targets of the DPRK.
They let three or four RC-12s and RC-7Bs fly in the air over the forefront every day to commit espionage against the DPRK in June, bringing the number of cases of espionage perpetrated by such planes to more than 560 in the first half of the year.
At a time when the madcap "Key Resolve" and "Foal Eagle" joint military exercises for aggression and joint air military maneuvers were under way, the U.S. imperialists in a coordinated operation with the puppet armed forces mobilized 15 strategic and tactical reconnaissance planes on a daily average and 21 at maximum and Japan-based E-3 to spy on the DPRK.
RC-800 and RF-4C belonging to the south Korean puppet armed forces flew in the sky over the areas along the Military Demarcation Line every day to perpetrate madcap aerial photographing and electronic reconnaissance against the DPRK.
Espionage against the rival side is bound to get pronounced on the eve of a war.
The aerial espionage frantically escalated by the U.S. imperialists and warmongers of the south Korean puppet armed forces keeping pace with their espionage by use of satellites patently proves that they are further stepping up the preparations for a war of aggression.

El gobierno de la Republica Popular Democratica de Corea no escatima nada por el fomento de la salud del pueblo, dueno del Estado y la sociedad, mientras construye una gran cantidad de sanatorios, las casas de descanso y centros de rehabilitacion y presta siempre profunda atencion a las labores para hacer que los trabajadores se disfruten realmente de su beneficio.
Tan solo en los ultimos anos, se construyo magnificamente la Casa de Descanso de los Campesinos del Distrito de Hamju al pie de un monte cubierto de arboles frondosos situado en perimetro de la Central Hidroelectrica Juventud Hungbong de Kumjingang.
La Casa de Descanso esta compuesto de los tres edificios de reposo, el de servicio y los comedores donde los campesinos pueden descansar bien disfrutando a su gusto de la vida cultural.

Por otra parte, los sanatorios y las casas de descanso ya existentes en varios lugares del pais se reconstruyen y se amplian conforme al gusto del nuevo siglo.
La Casa de Descanso de los Cientificos en la isla Wau, lugar pintoresco en el Mar Oeste de Corea, fue reconstruida y ampliada de manera excelente para que los cientificos puedan pasar alegres dias de descanso con sus familiares.
En la Casa de Rehabilitacion de Wonhung que renovo su fisonomia en un corto espacio de tiempo estan construidos el edificio de rehabilitacion dispuesto de secciones especializadas y las viviendas modernas con habitaciones y banos confortables para la vida y cura de las personas quienes vienen a fuente termal.
En la Casa de Descanso de Sokwangsa se prepararon nuevas aguas minerales y se aceleran activamente las labores para reconstruir varios edificios de reposo, parque y comedor y construir el edificio general para la recreacion cultural.
La Fabrica de Hilanderia de Pyongyang y otras fabricas y empresas ponen en funcionamiento normal los sanatorios bien acondicionados para que los trabajadores pasen dias alegres sin incomodidad alguna.
ATCC censura acto imprudente de Japon contra desnuclearizacion
Pyongyang, 30 de junio (ATCC) -- Tuvieron que irse en vacio las fuerzas conservadoras ultraderechistas de Japon que maniobraban pertinazmente contra la exclusion de la Republica Popular Democratica de Corea de la lista de los "paises que apoyan el terrorismo".
Como ya trascendidos, Estados Unidos publico el dia 26 su decision de entrar en el proceso de tachar a la RPDC de esa lista.
Pero, aun despues de esta publicacion, Abe y otros conservadores ultraderechistas japoneses siguen pronunciando palabras quejosas a EE.UU. como que "es una cosa muy lamentable".
Esto deviene un absurdo procedimiento de los que quieren obstaculizar a toda costa la solucion del problema nuclear andando sin saber cual es la corriente de la epoca actual.
El principio de "accion vs. accion" es el articulo medular acordado por 6 partes en la Declaracion Conjunta del 19 de Septiembre sobre la desnuclearizacion de la Peninsula Coreana y, de acuerdo con el, se tomo la referida decision de EE.UU.
En este contexto, suenan entre las fuerzas politicas del Japon las voces que aprueban y aplauden esa decision norteamericana.
La conducta de las fuerzas conservadoras ultraderechistas de Japon no puede ser perdonada en ningun caso, siendo acto criminal para llevar al fracaso el proceso de la desnuclearizacion.
La obstinada negativa de ellas a la exclusion de la RPDC de la lista de los "paises patrocinadores del terrorismo" parte de la sucia intencion de seguir manteniendo las relaciones conflictivas con ella para eludir a toda costa la liquidacion del pasado criminal de su pais.
Tambien ellas calculan que cuando fuera solucionado el problema nuclear entre la RPDC y EE.UU., perderian la justificacion de la conversion de su pais en una potencia militar.
Las artimanas faltas de vision no valen en el mundo actual tan claro.
Las fuerzas conservadoras ultraderechistas de Japon deben ver correctamente la tendencia y actuar con prudencia si no quieren pasar una verguenza mas grande.

Pyongyang, 30 de junio (ATCC) -- Los paises atrasados en la ciencia y tecnica estaran rezagados economicamente, inclinaran la cabeza ante los paises desarrollados, procederan a la diplomacia mendigante para con estos y finalmente, perderan el caracter autoctono y la nacionalidad siendo arrebatados por los imperialistas, asi senala el diario Rodong Sinmun en un articulo divulgado este lunes y continua:
Los paises con una economia desarrollada y con una firme posicion de la independencia politica, podran ejercer dignamente su soberania nacional. Pero, los paises atrasados economicamente no podran defender su dignidad y la soberania nacional.
La emulacion economica que se libra hoy a escala mundial es precisamente la competencia cientifico-tecnica. Sin contar con la ciencia y tecnologia modernas es imposible construir la economia avenida a la tendencia de desarrollo del presente siglo y disfrutar de una rica vida material y cultural.
El atraso cientifico y tecnico de los paises en desarrollo es la fuente de la explotacion, el saqueo, el dominio y la subyugacion economicos de los imperialistas.
Bajo la sancion y el bloqueo de los imperialistas que arman tan obstinadamente alboroto anti-norcoreano, la Republica Popular Democratica de Corea no se deja cohibir en lo minimo acelerando la construccion de gran potencia prospera y avanzando victoriosamente por el camino socialista gracias a contar con la poderosa economia nacional independiente y las fuerzas cientificas y tecnicas propias. Las experiencias de nuestro pais abogan firmemente por la importancia y el valor del desarrollo de la ciencia y tecnologia propias.
Para acelerar el desarrollo economico del nuevo siglo, los paises en vias de desarrollo deben dedicar gran fuerza al desarrollo de la ciencia y tecnica propias a base de los exitos y las experiencias acumulados ya en la construccion de la nueva sociedad.
Mas de 170 casos de espionaje aereo contra la RPDC en junio
Pyongyang, 30 de junio (ATCC) -- Segun fuentes militares, se registraron en junio mas de 170 casos de espionaje aereo en total, especificamente, mas de 100 por parte de las tropas norteamericanas y el resto, por el ejercito titere surcoreano.
De esta manera, se totalizan en mas de mil esos casos reportados en el primer semestre del ano en curso.
El dia 29, un "U-2" de las tropas norteamericanas estacionadas en suelo surcoreano realizo todo el dia vuelos repetidos en el firmamento sobre la isla Tokjok, Phochon y Sokcho dedicandose a la vigilancia aerea y al espionaje electronico sobre todas las zonas de la RPDC.
A lo largo de junio, este avion lo hizo en 25 ocasiones en el mismo mes y en el primer semestre, en mas de 160 ocasiones.
Por otra parte, el "RC-135" de EE.UU., trasladado periodicamente desde su base en ultramar hasta el Sur de Corea, espio los objetivos estrategicos de la Republica Popular Democratica de Corea realizando vuelos a gran altura.
En junio, los imperialistas norteamericanos mandaron todos los dias 3 o 4 aviones tipo "RC-12" y "RC-7B" al espacio aereo sobre la linea avanzada del frente para el espionaje aereo sobre la RPDC.
Sobrepasan mas de 560 los casos de espionaje aereo cometidos de esa manera durante la primera mitad de este ano.
Cuando se libraban acaloradamente los agresivos ejercicios militares conjuntos "Key Resolve" y "Aguilucho" y el ejercicio aereo conjunto, en contubernio con el ejercito titere surcoreano, EE.UU. movilizo para la misma mision 15 aviones de reconocimiento estrategico-tactico como promedio diario y 21 unidades, al maximo, y hasta los aeroplanos de mando "E-3" procedentes de la base en Japon.
Tambien los "RC-800" y "RF-4C" del ejercito surcoreano sobrevolaron diariamente la zona de la linea de demarcacion militar realizando la filmacion aerea y el espionaje electronico.
Es una ley que el espionaje sobre la contraparte se intensifica en visperas de la guerra.
Tal espionaje por medio de aviones, que va al paralelo del reconocimiento por satelite, es una muestra coherente de que los yanquis y los belicistas militares surcoreanos dan mas impulso a los preparativos para la guerra de agresion.
