DPRK Foreign Ministry Spokesman on Implementation of Agreement Adopted by Six-Party Talks
Pyongyang, July 4 (KCNA) -- A spokesman for the DPRK Foreign Ministry released the following statement Friday as regards the implementation of the October 3 agreement adopted by the six-party talks:
The October 3 agreement has entered a new phase in its implementation thanks to the DPRK's sincere efforts.
The disablement of the nuclear facilities in the DPRK has been done more than 80 percent as of now and it implemented the agreed point that calls for presenting an accurate and complete nuclear declaration.
The DPRK took the measure of completely blowing up the cooling tower of the pilot atomic power plant, in particular, going beyond the phase of disablement.
This constitutes a step taken out of good will, a proof of the DPRK's will for the denuclearization, as it means that it has taken in advance the action to be done at the phase following the dismantlement of the nuclear facilities.
The other participating parties of the six-way talks should join the DPRK in its efforts by honestly fulfilling their commitments.
The U.S. published the measure for political compensation according to the October 3 agreement, but the measure for taking the DPRK off the list of "state sponsors of terrorism" has not yet taken effect due to its procedural factor and the measure for putting an end to applying the "Trading with the Enemy Act" against the DPRK has not been implemented to the full in the light of its substance, though the U.S. claims it came into force.
The commitments of the five parties to make economic compensation have been fulfilled just 40 per cent as of now.
A party whose chief delegate had seconded the above-said agreement by raising his hand at the six-party talks is refusing to participate in the undertaking to implement it, but it is still connived at.
The DPRK is ready to cooperate in verifying the nuclear declaration but is maintaining the basic principle that the principle of "action for action" should be observed.
By origin, the denuclearization of the whole Korean Peninsula in line with the September 19 joint statement presupposes its verification. The fulfillment of the commitments by all participating parties including the U.S. should be verified without exception.
Only when all the participating countries accurately wind up the fulfillment of their commitments, is it possible to see the full implementation of the October 3 agreement and only then can the discussion of the issues at the next phase make smooth progress.
This is the basic requirement of the principle of "action for action" and the consistent stand of the DPRK.

Pyongyang, July 4 (KCNA) -- Kim Yong Nam, president of the Presidium of the DPRK Supreme People's Assembly, sent a message of greetings to Hugo Chavez Frias, President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, on July 1 on the occasion of its independence day.
Reaffirming the DPRK's firm support and solidarity with the steadfast principled stand and efforts of the Venezuelan President and people courageously defending the Bolivarian socialist revolution from the outsiders' moves for division and invasion, Kim in the message expressed the belief that the friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries would grow stronger.
Greetings to President of Cape Verde
Pyongyang, July 4 (KCNA) -- Kim Yong Nam, president of the Presidium of the DPRK Supreme People's Assembly, on July 1 sent a message of greetings to Cape Verdean President Pedro Pires on the occasion of the 33rd anniversary of the independence of the country and proclamation of its Republic.
Kim in the message sincerely wished the President greater success in his noble work for the prosperity of the country.

Letter to Kim Jong Il from Participants of 12th Int'l Russian Olympic Contest of Students
Pyongyang, July 4 (KCNA) -- General Secretary Kim Jong Il received a letter from teachers and students of the Russian Department of the School of Foreign Languages under Pyongyang University of Foreign Studies who participated in the 12th International Russian Olympic Contest of Students. The letter was written on June 29 in Moscow.
The letter said that the contest helped them keenly realize in what a benevolent country they have grown up and under what a loving care of a great teacher they have been trained.

DPRK Students Prove Successful at Int'l Russian Contest
Pyongyang, July 4 (KCNA) -- Students of the School of Foreign Languages under Pyongyang University of Foreign Studies proved successful at the 12th International Russian Olympic Contest of Students held in Moscow from June 24 to 28.
At the contest the best prize was awarded to Kim Jin Hyok, the juvenile best prize and the first prize to Ri Un A, the first prize and the juvenile literature reading prize to Kim Pong Min, the first prize to Pak Yu Gyong, Yun Su Yon, Kang Yun Mi, Chae Ji Won and Ri Kuk Chol and the second prize to Kim Kwon Song and Ri Sung Ryong.

President Kim Il Sung Remembered by School Youth and Children
Pyongyang, July 4 (KCNA) -- A remembrance meeting of school youth and children "The Sun's Care" was held at the Central Youth Hall on Friday on the occasion of the 14th anniversary of demise of President Kim Il Sung.
The meeting began with narrative poem and chorus "It Is Our Strong Desire to See the Leader."
Kang Kyong Suk who is daughter of Kang Myong Gun, anti-Japanese revolutionary martyr, in her speech at the meeting said that after embarking on the road of revolution in his early years the President gave origin to the Juche-oriented youth movement and prepared young people of broad sections as reliable revolutionaries, starting the first journey for the Songun revolution.

June Issue of Magazine "Paektu-Hanna" Released
Pyongyang, July 4 (KCNA) -- The General Association of Koreans in China released the June issue of the magazine "Paektu-Hanna."
The magazine carried articles praising the immortal exploits of President Kim Il Sung under the titles "Looking back upon the glorious 60 years covered by the DPRK (1)" and "The historic roots of the people's power construction provided in the crucible of the anti-Japanese war."
It also edited articles titled "The peerlessly great man who ushered in the bright dawn of a great prosperous powerful nation by dint of Songun politics (2)" and "The peerlessly great man who paves a wide avenue for independent reunification".
The articles stressed that it is General Secretary Kim Jong Il's fixed faith and will to achieve national reunification true to the last instructions of the President.
The magazine carried a revolutionary anecdote under the title "The loving care under which fighters were trained." It tells about Kim Jong Suk, woman commander of Mt. Paektu, who brought up recruits into full-fledged revolutionaries with her loving care in the days of the anti-Japanese war.

Rainy Season Begins in Korea
Pyongyang, July 4 (KCNA) -- The rainy season has set in across Korea from July 2.
Ryu Ki Ryol, director of the Central Hydro-Meteorological Institute under the Hydro-Meteorological Service, said in an interview with KCNA:
The rainy season this year came two days earlier than the previous years (July 4).
It poured in many areas of the country from 00:00 on July 2 to 12:00 on 3. The precipitations of Kusong County and Tongchang County, North Phyongan Province is respectively 113mm and 107mm, that of Sepho County, Kangwon Province 108mm and that of Yonan County, South Hwanghae Province 102mm.
The rainy season between July and August is related to the phenomena that damp air of high temperature is moving towards the country while the high atmospheric pressure formed in the northwest Pacific expanding towards it.
The rainfall in this season is tantamount to over 60 percent of the annual precipitation.
The rainy seasons in recent years are characterized with heavy rains or downpours.
The heavy rains, coupled with strong wind, often cause damage by flood, standing water and rainstorms.
It is expected that it will rain heavily in July, one month earlier than last year.
Three Principles of National Reunification
Pyongyang, July 4 (KCNA) -- Thirty-six years have passed since the three principles of national reunification were made public.
The three principles, key of which is independence, peaceful reunification and great national unity, have provided the foundation for reunification indicating the way for accomplishing the cause of reunification. Though the fellow-countrymen live under different systems with varied ideology, ideal, political view and religious belief, they are supporting the three principles of national reunification as the fundamental guideline for the pro-reunification movement.

General Strike Launched in S. Korea
Pyongyang, July 4 (KCNA) -- The south Korean Confederation of Trade Unions (KCTU) staged a general strike at 114 work places across south Korea on July 2 with at least 130,000 unionists attending.
The Hyundai and Kia motor trade unions under the Federation of Metal Industrial Trade Unions totally suspended production for several hours at factories in Ulsan, Jonju, Asan, Hwasong, Kwangju and other places. Workers of the Daewoo and Ssangyong motor factories also entered a strike.
The general strike was joined by the Federation of Chemical Fiber Trade Unions and the Construction Trade Union, which has already been going on a partial strike.
Organizations under the KCTU held regional rallies for vowing struggles.
At the rally held at the plaza of the Seoul City Office that day the KCTU declared that it would wage a struggle against traitor Lee Myung Bak's unpopular evil policies such as import of American beef, privatization of public sectors and "great canal project" in the period of July.
During the period its unionists will stage strikes at work places across south Korea, take an active part in the candlelight actions against beef import and conduct the struggle against the conservative media, it stated.
Meanwhile, a candlelight action for protesting the Lee Myung Bak group's suppression and demanding the total renegotiations on beef import was launched in Seoul on the same day with the attendance of members of civic and public organizations of all social standings including the People's Measure Council against the Total Opening of south Korean Markets to American Beef, workers, youths, students and religionists, at least 30,000 in all.
Lee Myung Bak Group's Suppression of People's Struggle Flayed
Pyongyang, July 4 (KCNA) -- A spokesman for the Central Committee of the Democratic Front for the Reunification of the Fatherland made public a statement on Thursday denouncing the Lee Myung Bak group for indiscriminately suppressing the massive actions of south Korean people in protest against the recent humiliating negotiations with the U.S. on the American beef import and in defence of the sovereign dignity and for the guarantee of the right to existence.
The statement branded the above-said suppression as an open challenge to the south Korean people demanding national dignity and sovereignty, independent new politics and new life and brutal violence putting the past fascist dictatorship into the shade.
The statement cited facts to prove that the Lee group ran the whole gamut of tricks to cover up their true colors as sycophantic traitors such as "special press conference," "Cabinet reshuffle" and additional negotiations on beef import and the like and, finding them no longer workable, they are kicking up a fascist din of wholesale suppression.
The reality goes to prove that "making up for the loss of a decade" much touted by the Lee group is to stamp out human rights and democracy and revive the past fascist dictatorship and tyrannical rule in south Korea, the statement noted, and went on:
No brutal suppression can put down the fierce struggle of the people to win national dignity and sovereignty, democratic rights and freedom. The Lee group should stop at once the brutal suppression of the just struggle of the people and their sycophantic, traitorous and anti-reunification moves if they want to escape the same miserable end as their predecessors met.
Lee Myung Bak's Confrontation with DPRK Blasted
Pyongyang, July 4 (KCNA) -- The Secretariat of the Committee for the Peaceful Reunification of the Fatherland issued information bulletin No. 939 on July 3 denouncing the Lee Myung Bak group of south Korea for getting evermore frantic in its moves for confrontation with the DPRK these days.
The information bulletin said:
The Lee group held "a meeting to commemorate the 6th anniversary of the second Yonphyong naval battle" at the command of the second fleet of the south Korean puppet navy on June 29. It brought together the puppet prime minister and others in authority and military authorities concerned and bereaved families of those who met dog's death in the West Sea incident and other riff-raffs. They incited hostility towards the DPRK, talking about someone's "surprise provocation" and painting those killed in the skirmish as "heroes who defended the country."
The above-mentioned action of the puppet authorities was a deliberate political provocation and intolerable anti-reunification act to chill the atmosphere of reconciliation and unity and the desire to achieve reunification through alliance with the north growing stronger among south Koreans, stoke distrust and antagonism among the fellow countrymen and drive the inter-Korean ties to the phase of confrontation.
The above-said incident was a military provocation orchestrated by the U.S. and the war-like forces of the south Korean military, its lackeys, in a premeditated manner to stem the trend of the June 15 ear of independent reunification, the bulletin noted, adding: Nevertheless, the Lee group staged the anti-DPRK charade, falsifying the truth and talking about "provocations" from someone. This only betrayed once again their treacherous and anti-reunification design to escalate the north-south confrontation and push the situation to the phase of war.
The DPRK will not pardon the confrontational maniacs' reckless moves to impair the dignity of the DPRK and challenge the June 15 era of independent reunification at all but sternly judge them.
The Lee group had better behave themselves, bearing deep in mind that they will be forsaken by the nation and meet shameful destruction for pursuing confrontation with the DPRK, it warned.
Anniversary of Kim Jong Il's Start of Work at C.C., WPK Marked
Pyongyang, July 4 (KCNA) -- A seminar on General Secretary Kim Jong Il's work took place in Democratic Congo and a seminar on his exploits and book exhibition in Nigeria in the period from June 20 to 22 to mark the 44th anniversary of his start of work at the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea.
On display in the venues of the events were works of Kim Jong Il, photographs dealing with his immortal Songun leadership exploits and publications introducing the DPRK.

Pyongyang, July 4 (KCNA) -- A meeting for solidarity with the Korean people was held in Moscow on June 23 under the sponsorship of the Russian Association for Friendship and Cultural Cooperation with the DPRK on the occasion of the June 25-July 27 month of anti- U.S. joint struggle.

Pyongyang, July 4 (KCNA) -- Seminars on President Kim Il Sung's exploits were held in Italy and Poland on June 22 on the occasion of the 14th anniversary of his demise.

Aldo Bernardini, chairman of the Italian Committee for the Study of the Juche idea, said that the Korean people and world progressives look back upon the exploits performed by the President for humankind in every July.

Solidarity with Korean People Expressed in Cuba
Pyongyang, July 4 (KCNA) -- Carlos Lage Davila, member of the Political Bureau of the C.C., Communist Party of Cuba and vice-president of the Cuban Council of State, met and had a talk with the delegation of the DPRK Foreign Ministry led by Vice-Minister Kim Hyong Jun on a visit to Cuba at the building of the Council of State on June 30.

El 20 de marzo de 1923, cuando emprendia a su tierna edad de 11 anos el camino de mil ri (400 kilometros) para el estudio desde Badaogou de China hasta Mangyongdae de Corea, en ese lugar muy significativo, el Presidente Kim Il Sung mando a sus padres en Badaogou el telegrama de "Llegue sin novedad a Kanggye".
Escuchando explicaciones de la guia, recorrio los edificios y objetos historicos conservados en su aspecto original.
Acto seguido, estuvo en el Instituto de Silvicultura y el vivero experimental de la Empresa del Bosque Industrial, de la provincia de Jagang.
Al recorrer el exterior y el interior del instituto y el vivero, incluyendo la arboleda, la sala del cultivo de tejidos y el vivero experimental, se entero en detalles de la investigacion cientifica y el cultivo de las posturas de arboles.
Evaluo altamente los meritos de los cientificos, tecnicos y obreros del instituto y el vivero, quienes hicieron un gran aporte a la prosperidad y al desarrollo del pais, diciendo que ellos solucionaron por cuenta propia los problemas cientificos y tecnicos dedicando toda su inteligencia y pasion, de modo que fueran cultivados muchos arboles de rapido crecimiento convenientes al clima y condiciones naturales de la provincia de Jagang.
Subrayo que la repoblacion forestal tiene mucha importancia para ampliar los recursos forestales del pais y hacer hermoso el territorio nacional y presento las tareas que se presentan ante el instituto y el vivero experimental.
El desarrollo de la silvicultura deviene un trabajo importantisimo para la provincia de Jagang donde abundan montanas, dijo y continuo que deben utilizarlas de manera universal y eficiente para solucionar el problema de los productos forestales necesarios a la produccion y la construccion apoyandose en los recursos forestales locales.
En la Fabrica de Alimentos de Kanggye, el Dirigente escucho la historia del desarrollo de esta planta en la sala de presentacion del historial.
Luego, recorrio los procesos productivos cerciorandose detalladamente de las condiciones de equipos tecnicos y del estado de produccion.
Viendo diversos alimentos sabrosos de alto valor nutritivo que se producen en cadena, evaluo altamente los meritos de los funcionarios y obreros de la ciudad de Kanggye destacando que estos modernizaron la Fabrica de Alimentos Basicos y construyeron esta excelente Fabrica de Alimentos digna de enorgullecerse, cuyos procesos productivos fueron preparados satisfaciendo los requisitos cientifico-tecnicos.
Enfatizo que si realizan con coherencia la renovacion tecnica, establecen estrictas medidas de abastecimiento de materias primas y administran la planta de modo rentable como esta fabrica, podran mejorar con rapidez la vida alimentaria del pueblo.
Senalo que la Fabrica de Alimentos de Kanggye debe acondicionarse mejor como planta ejemplar y normalizar en alto nivel la produccion para contribuir en gran medida a la vida de los ciudadanos e indico las tareas de la fabrica.
En la Fabrica de Confeccion de Ropas Unha de Kanggye, el Dirigente subrayo que el problema del vestido es una de las importantes labores para solucionar los problemas del vestido, la comida y la vivienda y expreso la esperanza y conviccion de que los obreros de la fabrica avivaran mas las llamas de revolucion en la industria ligera para lograr un gran viraje en la produccion de los articulos de consumo popular.
Acto seguido, dirigio sobre el terreno el Restaurante de la Sopa de Visceras de Gallina de Kanggye.
Gracias a la produccion de mucha carne, huevos y productos lacteos en las bases ganaderas como granjas avicolas, de patos y cabras construidas en la ciudad de Kanggye, se logro un cambio trascendental en la vida alimentaria de los ciudadanos, dijo y bendijo la feliz vida de los habitantes de la provincia de Jagang que se hace cada dia mas acomodada.
Diviso el panorama de la ciudad de Kanggye desde el mirador del restaurante recordando los inolvidables dias de la "marcha penosa" y la forzada.
Subrayo que en aquel periodo tan severo cuando la patria atravesaba las pruebas mas arduas debido a las maniobras de aislamiento y aplastamiento de los imperialistas, los habitantes de esta provincia desarrollaron una lucha de vida o muerte levantandose como furiosos oleajes con la bandera roja de la revolucion en alto y convirtieron con sus propias fuerzas todas las ciudades y aldeas en el paraiso de la felicidad.
Apunto que la provincia de Jagang, donde se probo en la practica la justeza de nuestra idea, nuestro regimen y nuestra causa, sirve de faro de esperanza que llama energicamente a nuestro pueblo al futuro mas maravilloso.
Los habitantes de esta provincia, creadores del espiritu de Kanggye y forjadores valientes de la nueva epoca, crean hoy tambien de dia en dia con aquel espiritu e impetu los prodigios y las proezas que sorprenden a todo el mundo, menciono y subrayo que esto deviene la orgullosa demostracion de la inagotable fuerza espiritual del pueblo coreano unido monoliticamente en torno al partido.
El Dirigente expreso la esperanza y conviccion de que los funcionarios, los militantes del partido y los trabajadores de la ciudad de Kanggye y otras partes de la provincia de Jagang seguiran cumpliendo excelentemente el rol de vanguardias en la ofensiva general por la construccion de una gran potencia prospera desplegando mas altamente el espiritu de Kanggye.
Le acompanaron Pak To Chun, secretario responsable del Comite del PTC en la Provincia de Jagang, Kim Ki Nam y Pak Nam Gi, secretario y jefe de departamento del CC del PTC, respectivamente.
Kim Jong Il recibe carta de participantes en Olimpiada del Ruso
Pyongyang, 4 de julio (ATCC) -- Los profesores y alumnos de la seccion de lengua rusa de la Escuela de Lenguas Extranjeras de la Universidad homonima de Pyongyang, participantes en la 12a Olimpiada Internacional del Ruso de los Estudiantes enviaron el 29 de junio desde Moscu una carta al Dirigente Kim Jong Il.
Ellos escribieron en la carta que en los dias del presente concurso, sintieron una vez mas con el corazon que estan creciendo en la muy generosa patria y en el regazo del gran maestro (el Dirigente Kim Jong Il).
Cada vez que los maestros y los concursantes de varios paises venian a felicitarnos admirandose del alto nivel de la educacion de Corea y levantaban el pulgar llamando los nombres del Generalisimo Kim Il Sung y el General Kim Jong Il, sentimos el gran deseo de jactarnos a todo el mundo de nuestro gran orgullo y honor por ser integrantes de la nacion coreana, senala la misiva.
Subraya que mediante el acto por el "Dia de Corea" organizado por si mismos, ellos demostraron no solo a todos los participantes en la olimpiada sino a todo el mundo el aspecto alegre de los alumnos coreanos que crecieron aprendiendo a sus anchas en el regazo del Generalisimo y el General
3 principios de la reunificacion de Corea
Pyongyang, 4 de julio (ATCC) -- Transcurrieron los 36 anos desde cuando fueron publicados los Tres Principios de la Reunificacion de la Patria.
Este programa, en que estan estipulados los 3 principios de la independencia, la reunificacion pacifica y la gran unidad nacional, brinda a la nacion coreana el pilar de la reintegracion e ilumina el camino para realizar esta causa nacional. Por lo tanto, tan pronto como fue publicado, suscito grandes repercusiones internas y externas.
Estos tres principios, que iluminaron los mas correctos principios y medios capaces de lograr con las fuerzas propias de la nacion la reunificacion del pais conforme a la voluntad independiente y el interes fundamental de la nacion coreana, no se pueden pensar al margen de la perspicacia clarividente y la direccion dinamica del Presidente Kim Il Sung dedicadas para el programa comun de la reunificacion de la nacion.
En el 61 (1972) de la Era Juche, el Presidente, al adivinar la demanda real de la reunificacion de la patria de aquel entonces, estipulo los 3 principios de la reunificacion de la patria en el encuentro con el delegado de la parte surena de Corea quien vino a Pyongyang para participar en las conversaciones politicas de alto nivel Norte-Sur e hizo proclamarlos en el interior y el exterior del pais el 4 de julio del mismo ano como el programa comun Norte-Sur de la reunificacion.
En estos principios estan sintetizadas la noble idea y la orientacion del Presidente en materia de reintegracion de la patria y sus hazanas de direccion al respecto y dilucidados claramente los principios fundamentales y medios a ser mantenidos invariablemente por la nacion coreana en el camino de la reunificacion.
Gracias a que el Presidente planteo estos tres principios, toda la nacion coreana llego a tener la garantia fundamental para llevar adelante el movimiento por esta causa nacional.
La justeza, la veracidad y la vitalidad de los 3 principios estan probadas aun mas hoy, epoca de la reunificacion iniciada el 15 de junio.
El poder vital y la fuerza motriz de la epoca actual en que se logra la reunificacion independiente con las fuerzas unidas de la nacion son precisamente los tres principios arriba mencionados.
En virtud de la aprobacion de la Declaracion del 4 de Octubre, programa practico de la Declaracion Conjunta del 15 de Junio, la causa de la reunificacion de la nacion coreana entro en la nueva etapa historica en que se libra la lucha por lograr la reunificacion independiente, la paz y la prosperidad uniendo las fuerzas intercoreanas.
Ahora, todos los coreanos viven bajo diferentes regimenes y son diferentes en la idea, el ideal, el criterio politico y la creencia religiosa, pero, apoyan y defienden dichos principios y los sostienen como la guia fundamental del movimiento por la reintegracion de la patria.
El apoyo de todos los connacionales de distintos sectores en el interior y el exterior del pais a la Declaracion Conjunta del 15 de Junio, la Declaracion del 4 de Octubre y el ideal "Entre nosotros, los connacionales" es justamente el apoyo y respaldo a los tres principios de la reunificacion de la patria.
Ahora, llegan al extremo las maniobras anti-reunificacion de EE.UU. y las fuerzas conservadoras proyanquis del Sur de Corea que impiden la corriente de la epoca de la reunificacion iniciada el 15 de junio.
La clave fundamental para llevar adelante la susodicha causa reside en mantener invariablemente y materializar cabalmente los 3 principios de la reunificacion de la patria.
La nacion coreana luchara con mas vigor por adelantar cuanto antes la reunificacion independiente de la nacion bajo la direccion del Dirigente Kim Jong Il levantando en alto los 3 principios, gran programa de la reunificacion independiente en que esta impregnada la noble idea patriotica del Presidente.
Kim Il Sung glorifico la dignidad de la nacion coreana
Pyongyang, 4 de julio (ATCC) -- En julio en que en todo el territorio reina ardiente anoranza al Presidente Kim Il Sung, el ejercito y el pueblo de Corea recuerdan con profunda emocion las inmortales hazanas de el quien dedico toda la vida a defender la dignidad de la patria y la nacion.
Bajo la cruel dominacion fascista militar colonial del imperialismo japones, Corea habia perdido su brillo en el mapa mundial y la nacion coreana se encontraba en una encrucijada de vida o muerte.
En aquel tiempo, el Presidente Kim Il Sung emprendio el camino de la revolucion encargandose del destino de la patria y la nacion y proclamo la guerra revolucionaria antijaponesa bajo la bandera del Songun (priorizacion militar), la de la idea Juche.
En los dias de la lucha revolucionaria antijaponesa el Presidente Kim Il Sung mantuvo la linea autoctona de la revolucion coreana, llevo al gran auge la revolucion coreana en conjunto con las fuerzas armadas, logro la historica causa de liberacion de la patria y salvo el destino de esta y la nacion.
En el periodo de la construccion de la nueva patria despues de la liberacion, las fuerzas armadas revolucionarias se convirtieron en las potentes regulares, lo cual se debe a la gran direccion del Presidente Kim Il Sung quien puso en primer lugar la soberania y dignidad de la patria y la nacion.
El ejercito y el pueblo de Corea bajo la direccion del Presidente lograron la brillante victoria al derrotar a los imperialistas norteamericanos en la Guerra de Liberacion de la Patria (del 25 de junio de 1950 al 27 de julio de 1953) exaltando asi a todo el mundo el impetu heroico y el poderio de la nacion coreana, y tambien en la batalla de confrontacion con los enemigos sin tiroteo de postguerra, lograron victoria tras victoria manifestando con vigor el poderio del pais.
Gracias a la direccion del Presidente se fortalecio la soberania de la nacion y se glorifico la dignidad de esta en la revolucion y la construccion socialistas de postguerra.
La nacion coreana otrora debil e infortunada ejerce dignamente su soberania tambien en la palestra internacional.
Al enaltecer como Sol de la nacion al gran hombre sin par a quien dio a luz el siglo 20, Corea se ha hecho una nacion que defiende la libertad e independencia de la patria frustrando todo intento de los enemigos poderosos y logra la prosperidad de Corea socialista del Juche.
La alta dignidad y orgullo, que infundio el Presidente Kim Il Sung a los coreanos, brillan de siglo en siglo gracias a disfrutar de la sabia direccion del Dirigente Kim Jong Il, insigne hombre sin par.
