The Mexican Committee for the Study of Kimilsungism issued bulletin No. 12 titled "The Workers' Party of Korea which guides the Songun revolution." It carried a photograph of President Kim Il Sung and General Secretary Kim Jong Il standing together.

The bulletin said in an article that the steadfast anti-imperialist stand maintained by the DPRK in the struggle against imperialism and spectacular successes achieved by the Korean people in building a great prosperous powerful socialist nation would be unthinkable without the WPK, the guiding force of the DPRK society.

Under the leadership of Kim Jong Il the WPK will always demonstrate its might as a force steering the cause of Songun, it stressed.

The Mexican Institute for the Study of the Juche Idea issued bulletin No. 24 titled "Statesman with noble sense of moral obligation." It carried a photograph of Kim Jong Il standing on the tribune of honor of the Kim Il Sung Square.

The bulletin recalled that in July 1994 when Kim Il Sung demised, Kim Jong Il put up the slogan "The great leader Comrade Kim Il Sung will always be with us", imbuing the people with the faith that he is always alive.

It said that Kim Jong Il made public various works including "Respecting the Forerunners of the Revolution Is a Noble Moral Obligation of Revolutionaries" and "On Establishing the Communist Moral Trait throughout the Society," making sure that to respect the forerunners of the revolution, highly estimate their spirit and exploits and learn from their traits became the trend of the whole society.
