What has taken place in south Korea for the past one year teaches a serious lesson that it is impossible to improve and develop the inter-Korean relations as long as the traitors to the nation stay in power, backed by outside forces. Whoever stands for independent reunification, peace and prosperity should, therefore, resolutely turn out in the struggle against Lee Myung Bak.

How to approach the June 15 joint declaration and the October 4 declaration the north and the south pledged to implement before the nation serves as a barometer to distinguish the policy for independent reunification, peace and prosperity from the policy for confrontation and war. Accordingly, the October 4 declaration is not a document that allows one to dodge its implementation. Moreover, it is impossible to improve the inter-Korean relations in the future, too, if one ignores and negates any document as one pleases for the mere reason that it was signed by one's predecessor.

The day is not far off when traitor Lee will face the nation's stern judgment for being hell-bent on sycophancy towards the U.S. and confrontation with compatriots in disregard of the above-said two declarations, warns the commentary.
