The servicepersons and people of the DPRK clearly notice Kim Jong Il's distinguished personality as a great man in the appearance of the WPK demonstrating its dignity as the party of President Kim Il Sung and the invincible and iron-willed party.

The wise leadership provided by Kim Jong Il to develop the WPK into an ever-victorious revolutionary party finds its expression in the fact that he has guided the WPK to firmly preserve its revolutionary character as the party of the President.

It is leading the revolution and construction to victory guided by the revolutionary idea of the President with the high dignity as his party under the wise guidance of Kim Jong Il. Its guiding idea is the Juche idea, Songun idea of the President and its cause is the cause of Juche, the cause of Songun revolution started by him.

Kim Jong Il's wise leadership also finds its manifestation in the fact that he saw to it that the Party remarkably increased its militant function and role as required by the new era of Songun revolution and a fresh turn was effected in the working methods and style of the officials.

The WPK guided by the great leader is a revolutionary party all members of which are armed with the Juche idea, Songun idea and they live and struggle in the spirit of devotedly defending the headquarters of the revolution. It is also an invincible revolutionary party which has a strong political foundation, army-people unity with the People's Army as the core and a militant party which has brought about epoch-making miracles and changes in building a great prosperous powerful nation by the Songun political mode.

The cause of building a great prosperous powerful nation in the DPRK is sure to triumph thanks to the seasoned leadership of the Party and the revolutionary army and people who thoroughly implement the plan and intention of the leader, concludes the article.
