The bulletin in an article with a photo showing the might of single-minded unity of the Korean people said that President Kim Il Sung formed the DIU, thus starting the history of building a revolutionary party of Juche type and consolidating the organizational and ideological foundation for founding a party during the anti-Japanese revolutionary struggle.

Saying that the WPK has achieved the single-minded unity of the whole society by pursuing the benevolent politics for the first time in history, the bulletin continued:

The WPK shows deep loving care for the popular masses and places trust in them as required by the benevolent politics based on the Juche idea.

General Secretary Kim Jong Il considers that the loving care and obligation among comrades precisely lead to unity and the more sincere and warmer the comradeship becomes, the stronger the single-minded unity will grow.

The single-minded unity of the DPRK is admired by the international community for being stronger than a nuclear weapon. This would be unthinkable without the benevolent politics pursued by the WPK.
