Pyongyang, October 12 (KCNA) -- DPRK Foreign Minister Pak Ui Chun Sunday sent a message of greetings to Russian foreign minister Sergei Viktorovich Lavrov on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between the DPRK and Russia.
He in the message said that the two countries as friendly neighbors have successfully cooperated with each other in the work to ensure the regional security and achieve the common prosperity of the peoples of the two countries over the past 60 years since the establishment of diplomatic ties.
Expressing belief that the close cooperation between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of the two countries would grow stronger in boosting the traditional DPRK-Russia relations of friendship and cooperation in the spirit of the common documents agreed upon between the two sides, the message wished him success in his responsible work for protecting the external interests of the country.
