Pyongyang, October 14 (KCNA) -- DPRK women judoists bagged a trophy cup, two gold medals, three silver medals and seven bronze medals at the 3rd East-Asian Judo Championships and the 3rd Chinese Taipei International Judo Games.
The games held in Chinese Taipei in September brought together judoists from various countries and regions including the DPRK.
DPRK women judoists won the title of the championships and the cup by beating the teams of Chinese Taipei, south Korea and China. Hwang Chun Gum snatched a gold medal in the women's individual games in the 63kg category.
Choe Kyong Sil placed first in the women's individual games of the 63kg category of the Chinese Taipei International Judo Games.
