Pyongyang, October 14 (KCNA) -- A 2009-2011 inter-governmental plan for cultural exchange was signed between the DPRK and Mongolia in Ulan Bator on Oct. 8.
Present there were members of the friendship delegation of the Korean Committee for Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries led by Vice-Chairman Jon Yong Jin, and the DPRK ambassador to Mongolia from the DPRK side and Minister Yo. Otgonbayar and Vice-Minister S. Tumur-Ochir of Education, Culture and Science and officials concerned from the Mongolian side.
The plan was inked by Jon Yong Jin and Yo. Otgonbayar.
