Pyongyang, October 15 (KCNA) -- German Ambassador to the DPRK Thomas Schafer gave a reception at the Taedonggang Club for the Diplomatic Corps on October 14 on the occasion of the national day of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Present there on invitation were Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs Kung Sok Ung, Vice-Minister of Foreign Trade Ri Myong San, Vice-Chairperson of the Korean Committee for Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries Hong Son Ok who is chairperson of the DPRK-Germany Friendship Association, Vice-Chairman of the Pyongyang City People's Committee Kim Jong Sik, officials concerned and diplomatic envoys of various countries and representatives of international organizations here.
Staff members of the German embassy here were on hand.
