Pyongyang, October 17 (KCNA) -- A 2009-2010 plan for exchange between the Foreign Ministry of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and the Russian Foreign Ministry was signed in Moscow on Oct. 15.
Present at the signing ceremony were DPRK Foreign Minister Pak Ui Chun and his party on a visit to Russia and Kim Yong Jae, DPRK ambassador to Russia, from the DPRK side and Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, Russian Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs Aleksei Borodavkin and other officials concerned from the Russian side.
The plan was inked by Pak Ui Chun and Sergei Lavrov.
