The DPRK will as always respect the sovereignty of other countries and resolutely foil all attempts and moves to infringe upon the sovereignty and interests of others and interfere in other's internal affairs.

The DPRK is a peace-loving state.

The Korean people will always wage a dynamic struggle to foil the imperialists' moves for aggression and war and protect the peace and security in Asia and the rest of the world in unity with all the peace-loving people of the world under the uplifted banner of peace.

It is a sure guarantee for promoting the cause of global independence to boost the friendship and solidarity among the peoples advocating independence.

It is the consistent policy of the DPRK government to develop the friendly and cooperative relations with all the countries that respect the DPRK's sovereignty.

The DPRK will make efforts to develop the international relations on the principle of independence and the international justice and improve and normalize the relations with those countries which were in the hostile relationship with the DPRK in the past if they respect its sovereignty and roll back their hostile policies towards it.

The DPRK's just foreign policy is greatly conducive to actively promoting the development of the sound international relations and making the world independent and multi-polar.
