Important Days of DPRK Marked in Different Countries

Pyongyang, October 19 (KCNA) -- Film shows were held in Myanmar, Austria, Russia, Thailand and Germany and by the Asian Football Confederation between Oct. 5 and 10 on the occasions of the 63rd anniversary of the founding of the Workers' Party of Korea and the 82nd anniversary of the formation of the Down-with-Imperialism Union.

The participants in the film shows watched Korean films showing undying feats of President Kim Il Sung and General Secretary Kim Jong Il and the might of the single-minded unity of Songun Korea.

After watching the film, the mayor of Yangon City, Myanmar said that the WPK is the most powerful invincible party in the world as it is guided by the great Juche idea.

The acting chairman of the Society for the Promotion of the Relations between Austria and DPRK in his speech made at the film show praised Kim Jong Il for successfully carrying forward to completion the cause of the President.

After watching the film, the general secretary of the AFC said that the DPRK has advanced without any vacillation despite all sorts of difficulties and the moves of the imperialist allied forces to pressurize it as the WPK and the Korean People's Army have successfully carried out their roles under the leadership of Kim Jong Il.

A message of greetings to Kim Jong Il was adopted at the film show held in Austria.
