At the press conference speakers said that the "people's federation to put an end to anti-state education" which was recently formed with conservative forces filed a suit with the prosecution against Jongyojo, branding it as an "enemy-benefiting organization".

They noted that they would struggle against the frantic moves of the conservative group to deny the achievements made in the struggle for democracy and turn back clock of history.

Then a press release was read out at the conference. It said that the conservative forces are now making desperate efforts to insult the activities of Jongyojo and obliterate it. They cannot brand the activities of Jongyojo as "illegal" unless they are intended to bring back the Cold War era, it added.

At the end of the press conference Jongyojo handed to the prosecution a written document indicting the above-said conservative organization for its crimes.
