As the revolutionary soldier culture created by the People's Army has an influence on the society, the every nook and corner of the country is full of militant spirit and fervor, the socialist way of life and the fine folk traditions are carried forward firmly and the life environment is improved day by day.

Under the slogan "Push ahead through the thorny path in high spirits!" all the people are leading a confidence- and optimism-filled life while conducting mass cultural work and mass physical culture and sports activities.

The revolutionary view of life is an ideological and spiritual source that makes it possible to bring the construction of a great, prosperous and powerful socialist country to victory.
