Pyongyang, October 21 (KCNA) -- An inter-governmental agreement on air service between the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and Kuwait was signed in Kuwait on Oct. 15.
Present at the signing ceremony were Ho Jong, DPRK ambassador to Kuwait, and staff members of his embassy and an official of the General Bureau of Civil Aviation of the DPRK and Fawaz Abdul Aziz Al-Farah, chairman of the General Council of the Civil Aviation of Kuwait, and officials concerned.
An agreement was inked by the DPRK ambassador and the chairman of the above-mentioned general council.
