Pyongyang, October 21 (KCNA) -- A delegation of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party led by Thongloun Sisoulith, member of the Political Bureau and chairman of the Commission for External Affairs of the Central Committee of the party who is vice-prime minister and minister of foreign affairs of the Lao government, arrived here today.
It was met at the airport by Kim Thae Jong, vice department director of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, and Chaleune Warinthrasak, Lao ambassador to the DPRK.
