The Lee clique of traitors' talk about "the lost decade" is, in essence, a blatant challenge to the DPRK and all Koreans who have made every sincere effort to achieve the independent and peaceful reunification of the country. It is nothing but an undisguised declaration of anti-reunification confrontation and a proclamation of a war of aggression against the north as it betrays the intention to block national reunification, negating the north-south joint declarations, and provoke a war against the north in league with foreign forces.

The commentary cites concrete facts to prove that as soon as the group of traitors seized power, it pursued the criminal moves to overturn the landmark achievements made in the June 15 era of reunification in contravention of the spirit of the north-south joint declarations and began brutally cracking down upon the people from all walks of life aspiring after the country's reunification by linking them with the north, thus fanning up the atmosphere of confrontation with it.

The Lee group is working with bloodshot eyes to sell off the interests of the nation to foreign forces in order to seek its wealth and luxury and meet its greed for power, serve the purposes of confrontation and war and push the inter-Korean relations to collapse. This is the thrice-cursed unpardonable group of quislings.

The hue and cry persistently raised by the Lee group over the "lost decade" while denying the north-south joint declarations and the idea of "By our nation itself" are an intolerable challenge to all the compatriots calling for the development of the inter-Korean relations and the unity of the nation and independent reunification.

The inter-Korean relations can never be normalized as long as the Lee group is allowed to persistently pursue confrontation and war in violation of the June 15 joint declaration and the October 4 declaration supported and approved by all Koreans in a bid to bring back the June 15 era of reunification to those of north-south confrontation in the past.
