Present there on invitation were Paek Yong Ho, vice-chairman of the Korean Committee for Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries, officials concerned, working people in the city and diplomatic envoys and staff members of embassies of various countries and representatives of international organizations here.

On hand were Jose Manuel Galego Montano, Cuban ambassador to the DPRK, and staff members of his embassy.

Speeches were made there.

The participants looked round art works depicting the natural scenery and structures of Cuba.
