Pyongyang, October 24 (KCNA) -- Korean book, photo and handicraft exhibitions took place in Russia, Mexico and Peru from Sept. 29 to Oct. 20 on the occasions of the 63rd anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea and the 82nd anniversary of the formation of the "Down-with-Imperialism Union."
Displayed in the venues of the exhibitions were works of President Kim Il Sung and General Secretary Kim Jong Il, photos showing their revolutionary activities, books and photos introducing the Korean people in their struggle to build a great prosperous powerful nation under the leadership of the WPK and handicrafts associated with wisdom and talent of the Korean people.
Present at the opening ceremonies of the exhibitions were figures of relevant units including Ussuriysk City Administration in Maritime Territory of Russia, Metepec City Office of Mexico State and city cultural house in Mexico, the Lince District Office, Lima City and the Moyobamba City Office, San Martin Province in Peru and other people.
