The secretary general of the Peruvian Group for the Study of Kimilsungism said this in a statement released on the occasion of the 63rd founding anniversary of the WPK.

He stressed that President Kim Il Sung founded the WPK guided by the Juche idea and brought about great changes by wisely leading it.

The WPK, party of Juche type, which built a socialist system centered on the popular masses on the land of Korea has always advanced along the road of victory despite the U.S. imperialists' moves for aggression and natural calamities, the statement noted, and continued:

General Secretary of the WPK Kim Jong Il has further reinforced the Party organizationally and ideologically. He has developed the WPK into an invincible party through the struggle for defending sovereignty of the country.

Today the WPK serves as a beacon of hope for the world revolutionary people struggling to build a new world where the popular masses have become genuine masters of their destiny.
