Present at the talks were members of the delegation of the Hydro-Meteorological Service of the DPRK headed by its Director Ko Il Hun from the DPRK side and members of the delegation of the Chinese Ministry of Water Resources headed by its Chief Engineer Liu Ning from the Chinese side.

At the talks both sides swapped views on the issue of boosting the scientific and technological exchange and cooperation between the Hydro-Meteorological Service of the DPRK and the Chinese Ministry of Water Resources.
