Present there on invitation were diplomatic envoys and embassy officials of Poland, the Czech Republic, Romania and Bulgaria, delegations of foreign ministries of the Slovak Republic and Hungary and diplomatic envoys of other countries here.

On hand were Foreign Minister Pak Ui Chun, Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs Kung Sok Ung and officials concerned.

Speeches were made there.

Its participants talked to one another about the need to boost the relations between the DPRK and European countries.
