Involved in the exercises will be two ground corps, the "Metropolitan Garrison Command," two naval fleets, a combat air division and division-level forces of the Marine Corps of the south Korean puppet armed forces.
During the military exercises the puppet warmongers are going to stage river-crossing exercises, integrated exercises for defending important facilities and regions, taking-off and landing exercises in emergency runway, naval mobile and firing exercises and other offensive war exercises in sky, land and sea of south Korea, including areas around Seoul, Ryoju and Richon of Kyonggi Province, Phohang of North Kyongsang Province and the West Sea of Korea.
What is more serious is that they decided to stage large-scale landing exercises in league with the U.S. imperialists during the above-said military exercises.
The U.S. imperialists and the south Korean warmongers announced that more than 10,000 troops including one regiment of the U.S. Marine Corps and two regiments of the south Korean puppet Marine Corps would be hurled into the landing exercises.
This is a very ill-boding movement as the past landing exercises were staged mainly by the south Korean puppet Marine Corps with the involvement of a very small number of the U.S. forces.
The puppet warmongers are attempting to startle the DPRK by staging various names of war exercises with mobilization of huge armed forces. However, they should be clearly mindful that such reckless moves will accelerate their own destruction.
