Pyongyang, November 3 (KCNA) -- The 8th International Seminar on Education of Preschool Children was held in Nuevo Leon State, Mexico, from October 23 to 25 with delegations and delegates of at least 20 countries attending.
Maria Guadalupe, chairperson of its organizing committee, highly praised the DPRK's socialist education system.
She said she was struck with strong admiration at the most popular socialist education system in the DPRK, visiting it several times.
She continued:
Visiting schools, kindergartens and nurseries, in particular, I noticed for myself what great benefit the Workers' Party of Korea and the state are bestowing on the students and children.
President Kim Il Sung was the great father who preferentially provided the best things in the world to the children, calling them "kings" of the country.
Under the deep concern and warm loving care of General Secretary Kim Jong Il the Korean children are growing to be the happiest and most sound and talented intellectuals in the world under the excellent conditions.
It is pity that I cannot tell in such a short time all facts about the popular education system and the upbringing and education system in the DPRK, which have become a wonderful reality.
One should visit the DPRK without fail in order to witness the true picture of Korean-style socialism and know about the reality of its above-said systems.
