Pyongyang, November 4 (KCNA) -- DPRK Foreign Minister Pak Ui Chun Monday sent a congratulatory message to Alexis Thambwe Mwamba upon his appointment as foreign minister of the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Expressing belief that the friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries would grow stronger by joint efforts, the message sincerely wished him success in his new job.
