Pyongyang, November 5 (KCNA) -- The U.S. imperialists are contemplating deploying in Guam ultra-modern war hardware such as refueling tanker, strategic bombers and latest-type unmanned high-altitude reconnaissance planes to cope with "contingency" on the Korean Peninsula. This move is part of the U.S. imperialists' policy of aggression towards the DPRK aimed to mount a surprise preemptive attack on it any time.
Rodong Sinmun Wednesday observes this in a signed commentary.
The U.S. move to beef up its air force in Guam suggests that the task force in the U.S. air force has a crucial offensive mission to perform in its strategy for a preemptive attack on the DPRK, the commentary notes, and goes on:
The U.S. imperialists' war strategy is to wage blitz warfare by a preemptive attack. In order to carry out this strategy the U.S. bellicose forces regard an air task force as a major war means for increasing the efficiency of preemptive strikes and attaining the desired aim.
The U.S. war-like forces seek to secure capability enough to launch a surprise attack on the DPRK by amassing air force in Guam and other areas of the Asia-Pacific. Their aim is to mobilize huge air force any moment to make a concentrated air strike at the DPRK.
The method of preemptive attack may prove effective in wars with other countries but it does not work on the DPRK.
This method is not a monopoly of the U.S.
The U.S. bellicose forces had better give up their reckless scenario for a preemptive attack on the DPRK, pondering over what a dear price they will have to pay for it.
