The exercises are field mobile exercises staged by the puppet military to increase the "ability for carrying out operation plan and joint operation and integration combat" under the simulated condition of an all-out war for invasion of the DPRK, and they are a very dangerous military provocation for a war of aggression on the DPRK from A to Z in view of their nature, scale and program, the commentary notes, and goes on:
The warmongers are escalating the moves for a war to invade the DPRK while asserting that the north should be pressurized by a military edge. They have gone the length of frantically stepping up their preparations for a real "preemptive strike" after choosing the "theory of preemptive strike" at the DPRK, for which they excused themselves, as a basic striking mode against the DPRK, recklessly calling for "advance".
Shortly ago, they staged a "demonstration firepower" drill to which the "concept of preemptive strike" is applied.
Under such situation the puppet warmongers are staging the said exercises with the U.S. by mobilizing huge armed forces. This proves that their scheme for a war against the DPRK has been put on the phase of practical implementation.
Should the warmongers ignite a war against the DPRK its army will foil their "preemptive strike" with its preemptive strike beyond imagination based on striking means more powerful than a nuclear weapon.
