Noting that Kim Jong Il is victoriously leading the Korean people in their struggle to build a great prosperous powerful nation with his Songun leadership, he added:
The DPRK is now displaying its might as an invincible military power.
The DPRK which was founded thanks to the efforts of the armed forces and people has settled all its issues in reliance upon its revolutionary armed forces.
It is entirely ascribable to the Songun leadership of President Kim Il Sung, the eternal sun of Juche, and Kim Jong Il who is successfully carrying forward and accomplishing the cause of the President.
Kim Jong Il is the great brilliant commander endowed with matchless pluck and guts.
The DPRK is pushing forward the revolution and construction on the principles of giving importance and priority to military affairs under his leadership.
The achievements made by the Korean people in boosting the national defence capability go to prove the great vitality of the Songun politics.
It is my belief that the Korean people would surely build a great prosperous powerful socialist nation under the leadership of Kim Jong Il who is pursuing unique Songun politics.
