Pyongyang, November 9 (KCNA) -- The south Korean Solidarity for Implementing the South-North Joint Declaration on Nov. 4 filed a damages suit in the Seoul Central District Court against the false results of the investigation made by the puppet prosecution into its leading members.

The organization termed "the results of the intermediary investigation conducted into the case of the above-said solidarity" made public by the prosecution authorities on Oct. 24 sheer lies and fabrications, branding this action as an infringement on human rights as it defamed those who were arrested and prosecuted.

Noting that the announcement of the results of the investigation was obviously an illegal action, the organization demanded the authorities own responsibility to compensate for the damage done to the above-said persons through false propaganda.

The organization declared that it files a damages suit against the prosecution in order to help the organization and its leading members restore their honor and make sure that groundless malignant misinformation is no longer floated by media.
