The study tour is participated in by servicepersons of the Korean People's Army and working people and school youth and children from across the country.
The members of the group of the study tour went round the Monument to the Victorious Battle of Pochonbo and the Monument bearing the poem "May immortal course of march shine" before leaving Hyesan.
They placed flowers before the statues of President Kim Il Sung in revolutionary battle sites and revolutionary sites including the Pochonbo Revolutionary Battle Site, the shore of Lake Samji and the Monument to the Victorious Battles in the Musan Area and the statue of Kim Jong Suk, anti-Japanese war hero, in the Sinpha Revolutionary Site before paying tribute to him and her in humble reverence.
They deeply acquired the rare military tactics and outstanding commanding art of the President while visiting the Pochonbo Revolutionary Museum and the then Command Post of the Pochonbo Battle, Police Post and Sub-county Office and other places.
After arriving in Samjiyon via Posori Spring and Junghung Table Land, they are visiting various places such as the Samjiyon Grand Monument, the Samjiyon Revolutionary Museum, the Paektu Hall and Chonji Health Complex.
They visited the old home of General Secretary Kim Jong Il in the secret camp of Mt. Paektu, where they saw with keen attention relics preserved with care there. They once again felt high pride and self-confidence of making a revolution under the leadership of Kim Jong Il, the son of the guerilla.
They are also going round the revolutionary battle sites and revolutionary sites in the area of Mt. Paektu such as the Sajabong secret camp, Chongbong, Konchang, Pegae Hill and bivouac of Mupho, the Monument to the Victorious Battles in the Musan Area, the Sinsadong Revolutionary Battle Site and the Rimyongsu Revolutionary Site.
Colorful political and cultural events such as meetings to hear impressions of reminiscences of anti-Japanese guerrillas and poem recital, a question-and-answer competition and a sports and amusement game are taking place in the course of the study tour.
