Pyongyang, November 12 (KCNA) -- Manouchehr Mottaki, Iranian foreign minister, and his party arrived here today.

They were greeted at the airport by Kung Sok Ung, vice-minister of Foreign Affairs of the DPRK, and Morteza Moradian, Iranian ambassador to the DPRK.
