Pyongyang, November 18 (KCNA) -- The British Branch of the Korean Friendship Association headquartered in Spain demanded an immediate dissolution of the south Korea-U.S. "Combined Forces Command" and the withdrawal of the U.S. forces from south Korea in a statement issued on Nov. 7, 30 years since the fabrication of the command.

The command is a tool for infringing upon the sovereignty of the south Korean people and enforcing the U.S. imperialists' colonial rule over south Korea, the statement noted, and continued:

Their military presence and domination over south Korea are a basic factor of infringing upon the dignity and sovereignty of the Korean nation, vitiating the atmosphere of dialogue and peace on the Korean Peninsula and bringing the danger of a new war.

It is an urgent demand of the era to get the command, the root cause of misfortune of the Korean people, dissolved and put an end to the U.S. imperialists' domination over south Korea.

The Lee Myung Bak puppet clique had better drop at once their policy of sycophancy and submission to the U.S., bearing in mind that such policy of acting war servants for the U.S., imploring for the permanent presence of the U.S. imperialist aggressor forces in south Korea, would only precipitate their doomsday.
