Pyongyang, November 18 (KCNA) -- Some time ago, south Korea co-sponsored the so-called "resolution on human rights," joining the dishonest forces in their moves to do harm to the DPRK at the 63rd UN General Assembly and went the lengths of conducting a lobbying operation to have the paragraph of the draft resolution supporting the historic June 15 joint declaration and the October 4 declaration deleted.
Rodong Sinmun and Minju Joson Tuesday in signed commentaries brand the Lee Myung Bak group's reckless action as an intolerable mockery of the dignified system in the DPRK and a politically motivated blatant provocation to it and a dangerous act of pushing the inter-Korean relations to an uncontrollable collapse.
Rodong Sinmun says it is known well that the Lee regime is the worst confrontation-minded regime in history which leaves no stone unturned to stand in confrontation with the DPRK and do harm to it.
It goes on:
Traitor Lee considers the "human rights" racket as well as the nuclear row as a basic means to stifle fellow countrymen in collusion with outside forces.
His group is working hard to fabricate a "law on human rights of the north" at the puppet National Assembly, crying out for handling someone's "human rights issue" though it is beset with lots of human rights issues.
Its anti-DPRK "human rights" racket has reached such a pass that it co-sponsored the above-said resolution in the international arena.
What is more intolerable is the lobbying operation conducted by the Lee group to get the above-mentioned paragraph of the draft resolution deleted.
The reality clearly indicates that the Lee regime's criminal moves to escalate the provocation and confrontation with the DPRK have reached such a serious phase that it cannot remain an onlooker to them any longer.
The inter-Korean relations can never get rid of the present catastrophic crisis as long as the Lee group malignantly hurts the dignity and system of its fellow countrymen and gets frantic in the racket of confrontation with the DPRK in pursuance of its sinister purpose, utterly indifferent to national reconciliation and unity and the peace and reunification of the country.
Minju Joson warns that the Lee group had better behave with discretion, bearing in mind that its reckless moves for confrontation with the DPRK will only precipitate its self-destruction.
