Pyongyang, November 18 (KCNA) -- DPRK Minister of Foreign Affairs Pak Ui Chun met and had a friendly talk with the government delegation of the Dominican Republic headed by Minister of Government Jose Miguel Mejia who paid a courtesy call on him at the Mansudae Assembly Hall today.
